Conventionally, this construction method involves attaching a base material such as plywood or fiberboard with nails to the entire surface of the joisted floor, and then bonding decorative flooring materials such as cushion floor sheets or carpet to the surface of the base material. (former).

A flooring material (generally 1' x 6' size) that has been given a decorative finish on the surface and has been given actual finishing is placed on the joists, and a nail is driven into the male joist to attach the female fruit to the male joist. A method of fitting, connecting flooring materials, and laying the flooring materials to form a floor (the latter).

However, the former method has the advantage that the floor covering material is laid after the base material is installed, so the nailing of the base material can be done by nailing, but it requires two steps: applying the base material and applying the decorative material. However, the disadvantage is that the construction process is time-consuming.

In the latter method, the first flooring material is first poured into the wall, in the area hidden by the baseboard, and then
Nail the male part on the opposite side to fix the first flooring material. Next, the female part of the second flooring material to be connected to the male part of the first flooring material is fitted, and the other male part is nailed.

This method has the advantage that the floorboards can be laid one after another over the entire surface, without the nail heads appearing on the surface. However, even the latter method still has the drawback of being too time-consuming for the following reasons.

That is, although flooring materials with a width of 1 shaku are generally used to match the spacing between the joists, it takes too much time and effort to apply decorative material to such narrow flooring materials. In order to save such labor, it is possible to widen the width of the flooring material that has been decorated in advance and perform the construction by hammering nails into the floor, but the nail heads will appear on the floor surface and the design will be degraded. Also, as a result of nailing, dents or hangnails in the flooring material, and cracks due to protruding nail heads, etc., are likely to occur.

Furthermore, as mentioned above, to save construction time,
It is also possible to increase the width of the flooring material by widening the spacing between the joists, but in this case, the flooring material will sag between the joists.

The present invention eliminates the labor involved in constructing conventional flooring materials as described above, and without deteriorating the design.
Moreover, the purpose is to enable complete construction of the flooring material.

Double-sided tapes 2a and 2b are pasted on the surface circumference side or both side edges and appropriate positions within the surface of the plate-like substrate 1 to be joined by butt-butting the end surfaces. At this time, as shown in FIG. 2, the upper release paper 3u of the double-sided tapes 2a and 2b remains, and the lower release paper 3d is of course removed. Figure 1 shows double-sided tape 2
An example of the arrangement of a and 2b is shown.

The double-sided tapes 2a and 2b are attached to the floor material 1 at positions corresponding to the joists 7. In general, the spacing between the joists 7, which are floor structural members, can be estimated in advance, so the double-sided tapes 2a and 2b may be attached according to this assumed spacing.

Next, 100 to 200 g/m 2 of a synthetic resin adhesive 4 such as vinyl acetate is applied to the entire surface of the plate-like substrate 1 to which the double-sided tapes 2a and 2b are attached. At this time, the upper release paper 3u of the double-sided tape 2a remains in place. (FIG. 2) Next, the decorative material 5 is placed on the surface of the plate-shaped substrate 1 to which the adhesive 4 has been applied, and is adhered. (Fig. 2) The decorative material 5 may be a synthetic resin sheet, such as a thick resin sheet such as vinyl chloride or polyester, or a foamed cushion sheet made by foaming these resin sheets, or a sheet with fibers embedded in the surface. attached (or pasted)
Carpet etc. are used. Note that the sheet-like material may be embossed.

The decorative material 5 floats on the double-sided tapes 2a and 2b without being attached to the plate-like substrate 1 because of the upper release paper 3u left on the upper surface of the tapes 2a and 2b.

Since the decorative material 5 is raised at the double-sided tapes 2a and 2b, if the decorative material 5 is thin, the tape 2 portions tend to appear uneven. For this reason, the design may be degraded, so it is preferable that the decorative material 5 be thick or carpet-like.

Effects of the present invention: The flooring material of the present invention has double-sided tape 2 on the surface of the plate-like body 1.
A flooring material that becomes a single construction unit is formed by simply pasting the tape on the peripheral edge or both side edges and at appropriate intervals within the plane, and cutting the cuts 6 along the tape 2b. Therefore, the flooring material of the present invention can be directly brought to the construction site and installed, which saves time and effort.
