Description of the Related Art When constructing a building, especially a house, it is common to first design the floor plan of each floor of the building in accordance with the area and shape of the site and the adjacent topography and geographical conditions. . By the way, in recent years, the lifestyle has become diverse, and the family structure is not limited to the form of a couple and their children, but also the form of a so-called multi-family living together with three generations of parents, children and grandchildren, or even just a couple. Due to the variety of shapes, there are many patterns in the floor plan design, and therefore it takes a lot of time to determine this.

There is. Along with this, there is also a demand for shortening the period in the construction plan stage, that is, the design stage such as the floor plan. This is because the client side strongly requests to live in the house as soon as it builds the house, and the construction side can prepare materials such as procurement soon if the design is decided early. This is because the work period can be shortened. However, buildings, especially houses, are subject to large restrictions on their location conditions, such as bearing and positional relationship with adjacent roads. A pattern is created, which makes it very difficult to simplify it and improve efficiency.

In the method of designing a building described in the above, a basic unit having a bathroom, an entrance, a hall leading to the entrance, and a staircase and having a substantially rectangular shape in plan view is set on the first floor, and the basic unit is viewed in plan view. The bathroom is arranged in one of the two vertically divided areas, and the entrance, hall, and stairs are arranged in the other, and the entrance and the stairs are arranged in the direction of the dividing line. The side where the stairs and are located,
And, the means for solving the above-mentioned problems is to dispose the first-floor living part in an L-shape in plan view continuously on the side where the stairs and the bathroom are arranged. In the building according to claim 2, claim 1
What was obtained by the described design method was taken as a means for solving the above problems.

Since the living part on the first floor is arranged, the entrance faces the outside, so the position of the entrance is always secured. In addition, because the location of the location is restricted, such as the bathroom is restricted by piping or the entrance is exposed to the outdoors, the location of the floor plan is fixed. Efficiency can be improved. Furthermore, since the stairs are provided in the basic unit and the stairs are adjacent to other living areas on the first floor, the stairs are located in the central part of the living space on the first floor, so the second floor is called the first floor. When designing the floor plan of the second floor when the floor area (floor shape) is the same,
Since the stairs are located almost in the center, it becomes easier to connect the living rooms formed on the second floor to the stairs, compared to the case where the stairs are arranged outside, and the layout design restrictions on the second floor are reduced. Also, since the entrance will always be located on the outer wall side, it is possible to turn the entrance to any of north, south, east, west, and the side where the entrance and stairs are arranged, and the stairs and bathroom are arranged. In plan view L
Since the first-floor residential area is arranged in a letter shape, part of the residential area will always face the south, east, or west side, which is advantageous for lighting.

With a few restrictions, it becomes possible to freely design the layout of the living area on the first floor according to the site area.

The hole 17 is formed by combining the stairs 7 into a substantially square planar shape, and a public space 18 is arranged continuously to the hole 17 on the south side thereof. In addition, children's rooms 19 and 19 are arranged on the east side, a bedroom 20 is arranged on the west side, and a toilet 21 is arranged on the north side. Therefore, even if the orientation of the stairs changes, by rotating the hall accordingly, the spaces of the bedroom 20, the children's rooms 19, 19 and the like can be left as they are. Therefore, unless the doorway of each room is not secured due to the positional relationship with the hall, the floor plan shown in FIG. 2 can be utilized almost as it is, and even when the doorway is not secured, the bedroom 20 and the children's rooms 19, 19 are provided. It can be dealt with by a simple design change such as exchanging the positions of and.

The position of the entrance 5 is determined according to the site, that is, the road facing the site. Next, the floor plan of the first-floor residential section located around the basic unit 2 is determined. In this case, since the kitchen is arranged on the north side, the remaining space inevitably becomes the living room 14. In the example shown in FIG. 1, FIG. 3, FIG. 4, and FIG. 5, only the living room 14 is arranged in the portion corresponding to the living room 14, but it is possible to divide it into a plurality of living rooms if necessary. Is.
As for the floor plan of the living part on the second floor, the stairs 7 are located substantially in the center of the whole, so that by arranging the halls 6 around the stairs 7, most of the stairs 7 will pass through the halls 6. Since all positions are continuous, in this embodiment, the child rooms 19, 19,
The floor plan can be freely set with almost no restrictions on the position such as the bedroom 20.

Since the unit 2 is set and the position thereof is first determined, the design procedure is simplified as compared with the case where the floor plan is designed including the positional relationship of the individual constituent elements and the combination with other constituent elements. It is possible to sufficiently reduce the time and labor required for. That is, the entrance 5 that must be placed at a position facing the outside, the bathroom subject to restrictions on piping, and the stairs 7 that influence the communication between the first floor and the second floor and the communication between the living rooms on each floor depending on the position. Therefore, the floor plan of the surrounding space can be performed in a state where there is almost no restriction of communication with the stairs 7, and the degree of freedom in floor plan setting increases. Furthermore, entrance 5
Since the basic unit 2 and the living part on the first floor are arranged so that the area is always on the outer wall side, the entrance 5 can be directed to either north, south, east, or west, and in that case, the south and east are advantageous for daylighting. Alternatively, a part of the living part 3 on the first floor can be arranged on the west side. In addition, in the house 1 constructed and constructed based on such a design method, the entire construction period including the design stage becomes short because the design is simplified.

As the determined basic unit, the living part on the first floor is arranged in an L-shape in plan view continuously on the side where the entrance and stairs are arranged and the side where the stairs and bathroom are arranged in this basic unit. Since this is done, the entrance always faces the outside, and the position of the entrance can always be secured. When the floor area is the same as the first floor (floor shape) when designing the floor plan for the second floor, the stairs are located almost in the center, so for example, they are formed on the second floor as compared to the case where the stairs are located outside. This facilitates communication between each room and the stairs, reduces restrictions, improves design efficiency, and increases the degree of freedom in floor plan design on the second floor. In addition, since the basic unit and the living part on the first floor are arranged so that the entrance is always located on the outer wall side, the entrance can be directed to either north, south, east, or west, and in that case, south which is advantageous for lighting, A part of the living area on the first floor can be placed on the east or west side. Since the building according to claim 2 is constructed based on the design method described above, the entire construction period including the design stage is short, and the basic unit is fixed, so there are few restrictions. The layout of the living area on the first floor can be freely designed according to the site area.
