図2に示される実施例では、X型架構交点に合成柱4を
設けることで、合成柱4間の耐力壁6を、粗密に配置し
ている。すなわちX型架構交点1の柱は、4本の柱3で
構成する合成柱4とし、合成柱4間に必要とする耐力壁
6を少なくするのみではなく、耐力壁6配置の選択幅を
広めることが可能な構造構成とする。また架構の交点1
に合成柱4を設けることにより、合成柱4間に必要とす
る耐力壁6を少なく、3〜4層ごとに用いる等の粗密化
をはかる構造形式を可能にする。またX型架構交点1
に、4本の柱3から成る合成柱を配置することで、合成
柱4間の耐力壁6を3〜4層ごとに用いて粗密化した
り、耐力壁配置にも選択幅を持たせることを可能にし
て、新しい住空間を供給し、又、経済面ではコストの削
減に効果を奏する。1階の耐力壁5を省くことで、団地
等の地盤面空間の連続性を高めることが可能になり、外
構設計に新しいコミュニティ空間を創出し、人間性の回
復を担う、集合住宅づくりに役立つ。図3に示される実
施例(a)では、住棟軸に対して住戸軸が45°と13
5°に回転して構成されており、住棟ユニット同士を平
行に配置した時の対向棟への視線距離を示すもので、住
棟外郭線軸に対して外壁が常に45°で接している為、
対向棟間距離よりも、視線の直線距離の方が長くなり、
プライバシー確保につながる。すなわち、団地内配置で
住棟を平行に配置する場合の住棟軸に対して住戸軸が4
5°と135°に構成されている為、図に明示のように
対向棟との直線距離が長くなり、プライバシーの確保や
高密度感の緩和につながり、良質な高密度集合住宅を可
能にして住宅地不足を補うことができる。また、図3

して建物外郭線が45°をなす山型になっている為、広
い視界の確保や太陽光の導入等、外部環境に接する面を
多くしている。すなわちこの住棟ユニットの架構法で
は、建物外周壁が外気に接する面を多くする為に、図に
明示の如く、45°の山型の連続形を建物の外郭線と成
る様に構成する。図4に示される実施例では、2:4の
割合の長方形の架構(図4に明示の如く、長方形の架構
の短辺の長さ14,000(2)と長辺の長さ28,0

せて構成した住棟ユニットを示すもので、このような割
