Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain an ink for skin mark which is water-resistant and low-toxic, imparts a mark, that is readily erased by an alcohol, to the surface of the skin, and is useful as a medical assistant by incorporating a specific dye and specific solvents. CONSTITUTION:The ink is prepared by mixing a dye selected from Red 213, Red 215, a grape juice dye and a beefsteak plant dye, a main solvent of ethyl alcohol, and a solvent selected from glycerol, propylene glycol and water. The mixing proportion of each raw material is about 0.5-5wt.% for the Red 213 or Red 215, about 45-70wt.% for the grape juice dye or beefsteak plant dye, about 50-80wt.% for the ethyl alcohol, about 5-30wt.% for the glycerol or propylene glycol, and about 5-20wt.% for the water. The ink thus obtained is useful for use as a mark for specifying a site to be treated on the surface of the skin.

The former ink has good adhesion to the skin surface, but it does not have erasability by alcohol, and the dye used in the latter ink is designated as a food additive. Since it is a pigment that has not been listed and is not listed in the standard for cosmetic raw materials, it cannot be said that its safety is guaranteed, and its suitability for skin marks is questionable. The present invention seeks to provide a low toxicity skin mark ink that is water resistant on the skin surface but provides marks that are easily erased with alcohol.

Further, the pigment is a pigment which has a low adsorptivity to the skin (protein) and dissolves in ethyl alcohol and polyhydric alcohol. Specifically, it is a grape juice pigment (main ingredient anthocyanin type) designated as a food additive. Pigments), shiso pigments (principal component anthocyanin-based pigments), and four kinds of pigments, Red No. 213 (Rhodamine B) and Red No. 215 (Rhodamine B stearate), which are listed in the cosmetic material standard. Of the above dyes,
Red No. 213 and Red No. 215 are used in the ink composition in the range of 0.1 to 10% by weight, preferably 0.5 to 5.0% by weight, and the grape juice pigment and the perilla pigment are 25 to 75% by weight, preferably 45 to 70% by weight. Used in the range of.

Ethyl alcohol is used as the main solvent, but a solvent selected from glycerin, propylene glycol and water is mixed. Ethyl alcohol is used in the range of 20 to 90% by weight, preferably 50 to 80% by weight in the ink composition, and is added as a solubilizing agent for adjusting the evaporation rate of the ink or dye. Glycerin and propylene glycol are used for the ink composition. 5 to 50% by weight,
It is preferably used in the range of 5 to 30% by weight, and water is 5
It is used in the range of 30 to 30% by weight, preferably 5 to 20% by weight. The addition of a large amount of water tends to enhance the adsorption of the dye to the skin and deteriorates the alcohol erasability of the mark on the surface of the skin. Therefore, 30% by weight is the upper limit of use in the ink composition as described above.

If desired, shellac, polyvinyl butyral, polyvinyl alcohol, polyvinyl pyrrolidone, rosin, cellulose derivatives, vinyl acetate resin, etc. may be used to further improve the water resistance of the mark on the skin and to adjust the viscosity of the ink. The above alcohol-soluble resin may be added in the range of 0.5 to 20% by weight in the ink composition. As a matter of course, it is necessary that all of the above resins are designated as food additives or listed in the cosmetic raw material standard.

[Function] Since the dyes are alcohol-soluble and sparingly water-soluble, the marks on the skin surface formed by the ink for skin mark using the dyes are not bleeded by sweat or washed off with water. Since the adsorptivity of the mark to the mark is not strong, the mark can be easily erased by rubbing it with absorbent cotton containing alcohol.

Next, each sample ink is filled in a marking pen having a fiber pen formed by resin-processing a fiber bundle and an ink occlusion consisting of the fiber bundle, and a predetermined mark is formed on the skin surface with the sample pen. The test was conducted for water resistance and alcohol erasability. In the water resistance test, the mark was exposed to running water from the tap for 1 minute, the surface water was wiped off with a cloth, and the state of the mark was visually observed. In the alcohol erasability test, the mark was rubbed with alcohol absorbent cotton to examine how many rubs it took to completely erase the mark. Table 2 shows the test results
