The present invention relates to a water-based ink suitable for use in stamps and writing instruments.More specifically, the present invention relates to a water-based ink suitable for use in stamps and writing instruments. (evaporation stability)
Regarding water-based ink that has excellent properties. Conventional inks for writing instruments have disadvantages such as when the writing instrument is left in the air for a long time after the cap is removed, the dye precipitates on the pen tip, causing fading, discoloration, and the inability to write. Furthermore, if the conventional stamp pad is left with the lid open, dyes and the like will precipitate on the surface of the stamp pad, resulting in uneven stamping and discoloration. The present invention eliminates these drawbacks and provides an ink with excellent stability over time, drying resistance, and water resistance. That is, the gist of the present invention is an ink characterized by blending (A) and (B) represented by the following general formula into an aqueous solution of a water-soluble dye. Next, each component of the water-based ink of the present invention will be explained in detail. As the water-soluble dye, dyes such as water-soluble acid dyes, direct dyes, and basic dyes can be used. For example, as an acid dye, CI.Acid Orange
(CI.15575), CI.Acid Red27 (CI.16185), CI.Acid
Blue93 (CI.42780), as a direct dye, Direct
Fast BlackD (CI.27700), CI.Direct Black19
(CI.35255), Direct Sky Blue 6B (CI.24410),
As a basic dye, CI.Basic Red 1
(CI.45160), CI.Basic Blue 7 (CI.42595), CI.
Basic Yellow 2 (CI.41000), used alone or in combination with other water-soluble dyes.
These dyes can be varied depending on the purpose, but best results are obtained when used in an amount of 2% to 30% (by weight) of the ink. Next, the compounds represented by the above general formulas (A) and (B) may be changed depending on the purpose of use, but 0.5
The best results are obtained when using % to 3.0% (by weight). The effects of adding the compounds represented by the general formulas (A) and (B) are as follows. Since the solubility of dyes can be increased, it is now possible to use dyes that have been difficult to use (especially direct dyes), and ink with good water resistance can be obtained. In addition, it improves the color development of the dye, and since it is a high boiling point compound, it prevents the evaporation of the ink and eliminates precipitation of the dye, resulting in an ink with good stability over time and excellent drying resistance. Further, if necessary, solvents such as polyhydric alcohol solvents, glycol solvents, and glycol ether solvents, as well as preservatives, preservatives, surfactants, and the like can be used as appropriate. This will be explained below using examples. Example 1 Ink for writing instruments (unit: parts by weight)

[Table] Blue ink was obtained by completely dissolving each of the above components. Even if the inks of Examples 1, 3, and 4 were filled into a writing instrument similar to a commercially available felt-tip pen and left at room temperature for 3 weeks with the cap removed, the dye did not precipitate on the tip of the pen, and writing did not cause smudging. Nakatsuta. Furthermore, there was no change in color development, and the color tone was the same as that of the initial writing line. When a commercially available stamp pad was filled with the ink of Example 2 and stamped with a rubber stamp, a clear stamp was obtained and the water resistance was also good.
