浄装置に関する。

理装置には各種装置が開発されている。

ところが、一般的な連続洗浄装置は、洗浄液槽内に多数
本のガイドロールを配設せしめて、これらのガイドロー
ルにより蛇行される布帛を洗浄液と繰返し接触せしめ
て、液の置換すなわち洗浄を行なっているものである
が、このような基本的な洗浄装置では洗浄効率が低く多
量の水量と時間を費やせねばならないものであった。そ
こで洗浄効率を高めるために、ガイドロールによりガイ
ド移送される布帛に、多数個設けたノズル孔から噴射さ
れる洗浄液圧を付与せしめて、布帛に付着されている不
純物を強制的に脱落させるようにした種類の洗浄装置も
多数開発されているが、かかるノズル孔からの噴射圧を
利用して洗浄を行なうものにあっては、揉み効果が少な
く、洗浄が十分に行なわれず、処理不良を生じるという
不具合がある。また上記のように多数のノズル孔から噴
射される圧力噴射液を布帛へ作用させる洗浄手段では、
洗浄液を加圧するための加圧設備及びエネルギー源が必
要となり、経済性の点でも問題があった。

しながら振動源が必要となり、経済性の点で問題があっ

フロー口と、該オーバーフロー口の開口面と対設し、洗
浄水の水圧で振動し、これを間欠的に流下せしめる振動
板とからシャワーボックスを構成し、これを液面から露
出する布帛の作用面に対向するように設けたことを特徴
とする布帛の連続洗浄装置により達成される。

で、その結果洗浄むらを有しない効率的な洗浄を行ない
得るようになるのである。

第4図は布帛の連続的洗浄装置の実施例を示す全体説明
図であって、(1)は洗浄すべき例えば絹布、編物等の
布帛(2)を連続的に通過せしめることができる洗浄液
槽であって、この洗浄液槽(1)の内部には布帛(2)
をガイド移送せしめるための複数個のドラム(3)が配
設されている。このドラム(3)は第5図に示す如く、
その周面に多数個の透孔(4)が穿設立されていて、こ
の孔あきドラム(3)の全面において通液性をもたらし
ている。またこれらの孔あきドラム(3)は、洗浄液槽
(1)内において上下2段に配置されているが、その上
段に配置されている孔あきドラム(3)は、洗浄液槽
(1)内の洗浄液(5)中に浸漬されないように液面が
設定されている。(6)はその気中に位置される孔あき
ドラム(3)にガイド移送される布帛面に向けて洗浄水
をシャワーさせる本発明の中核をなすシャワーボックス
であって、本実施例にあっては2基のシャワーボックス
が、洗浄液槽(1)の上部に配設されている。このシャ
ワーボックス(6)の詳細は、第1図乃至第3図に示す
如く、方形のボックス本体(7)と、このボックス本体
の外部より内部へ洗浄水を供給する給水管(8)と、こ
のボックス本体(7)の片側面において水平方向に開口
したオーバーフロー口(9)と、このオーバーフロー口
(9)の開口面に対して若干の隙間、すなわち本実施例
ではスペーサ(17)の介在により隙間(a)を形成する
振動板(10)とからなっており、この振動板(10)は取
付ねじ(11)によって上記間隙を保ってボックス本体
(7)に固定されているものである。また前記給水管
(8)のボックス本体(7)内端部は、前記オーバーフ
ロー口(9)の長手方向に流水するため、第3図に示す
ように逆T字状の分散管(12)に形成されると共に多数
の流出口(13)が穿設されている。従ってこのように構
成されているシャワーボックス(6)によれば、給水管
(8)よりボックス本体(7)内に供給された洗浄水
は、オーバーフロー口(9)と振動板(10)の間に形成
された間隙を経て布帛の幅方向に幅を有するフィルム状
の流下水(14)となる時に、振動板(10)を振動せしめ
間欠的に流下されるものである。そして具体的に振動を
発生させるためには、例えば洗浄水の水圧が0.8〜1.6kg
/cm2で、洗浄水の流量が80〜210l/minであり、一方振動
板(10)がステンレスで形成され、幅が15〜20cmであ
り、長さが150〜180cmであり、厚みが2〜6mmであり且
つオーバーフロー口(9)と振動板(10)の間隙が0.5
〜1.0mmである場合が挙げられる。

作用されることであり、更に間欠的な洗浄水の流下によ
り揉み効果が作用されるさとであり、その結果洗浄むら
を有しない効率的な洗浄が期待できるものである。

布帛の連続洗浄がなされるという効果が得られる。
