【発明の効果】以上に詳述した如く、本発明による時

夫々に送り出す第1と第2との2台のアンコイラーと、
第1と第2とのプラスチックフィルムの夫々に逆張力を
与える為の第1と第2とのダンサーロール群と、第2の
プラスチックフィルムの幅方向両端部を幅方向内側に向
けて多段に折り返し、折り返し部分の平坦さを保つと共
に側面に折り込みひだを形付けた状態で次工程にフィル
ムを送り出す為のガイド装置と、第2のプラスチックフ
ィルムに形付けられた折り込みひだを安定させるための
加熱装置と、折り込みひだを安定させて形付けた第2の
プラスチックフィルムとその上面に第1のアンコイラー
から第1のダンサーロール群を経て逆張力を与えて送り
込む第1のプラスチックフィルムとを上記の両者の重合
する面でプラスチックフィルムの送り方向に連続して線
状に圧着する機能を持った超音波圧着機と、圧着処理時
のプラスチックフィルムに張力を付与して圧着操作を容
易にしながらひだを持った状態のまま圧着して管状帯の
形をした1体ものとして成型した第1と第2との2枚の
プラスチックフィルムよりなる管状帯を送り出す第3の
ダンサーロール群と、上記管状帯の幅方向中央部に開口
部を残した状態で管状帯の幅方向両端部から管状帯を山
形状に封着する加熱封着機と、加熱封着機から送り出さ
れて来る管状帯の繰り込み量を次工程への送りだし量と
均衡させて調節するための第4のダンサーロール群と、
連続して流れて来た部分封着の管状帯を切断分離して個
々の製品に仕上げる為の切断機と、仕上がった製品を送
り出すための搬送装置とからなり、上記の各装置が夫々
記載の順に配置されている事を特徴とする収納パットの
製造装置。
