4, the attaching
To this end, the

At this time, each of the

Referring again to FIG. 1, the envelope circular shape in which both ends of the

7, the dividing
Referring back to FIG. 1, the envelope circle divided into two lines by the dividing

9 is a flowchart of a method of manufacturing a plastic bag according to an embodiment.
Referring to FIG. 9, the vinyl fabric may be transferred by first rotating one or more rollers (S1). The vinyl fabric is stored in a roll and is fed to the other process steps while being pulled flat by the rollers in use. Since the steps described below are performed in a state in which the vinyl fabric is transported as described above, the point at which the vinyl fabric is transported by the rollers will not be described below in duplicate.
For the manufacture of a plastic bag, an adhesive may be first applied to one area of the vinyl fabric (S2). For example, an adhesive may be applied to a predetermined portion corresponding to the center of the width with reference to the width direction of the vinyl fabric.
In one embodiment, unnecessary portions of the vinyl fabric are cut off after application of the adhesive (S3). For example, the unnecessary portion may be a printing area required in a process of brand printing or the like.
Next, an adhesive band can be attached to the adhesive region of the vinyl fabric adhesive (S4). The adhesive strip is attached to the vinyl fabric so that when the plastic bag is used, it is removed and the envelope can be closed by using the adhesive of the fabric.
Next, both end portions of the vinyl fabric to which the adhesive band is not attached can be folded to form an envelope (S5). At this time, the vinyl fabric can be folded so that both ends of the vinyl fabric face the adhesive band or come to a position spaced apart from the adhesive band by a predetermined distance.
Next, the folded both end portions of the vinyl fabric can be heated and / or pressed (S6). This is to prevent the folded end portions of the vinyl fabric from flooding.
Next, the vinyl fabric can be cut along the adhesive band attachment region (S7). By this cutting process, an envelope circle corresponding to two lines of plastic bags is obtained from one vinyl fabric. Accordingly, the processing speed can be improved as compared with processing a single line in a single process as in the conventional method.
Next, the plastic bag is completed by cutting the vinyl fabric with the heating sealer and joining the sides of the bag (S8). The heating sealer is made into an envelope shape by cutting the vinyl fabric to a predetermined length and melting and transferring the transmitting portion.
