本発明無機塗料塗装板の補修構造は、表面が無機塗料1
で塗装された板2に穿孔された孔3内に、頭6を埋め込
むようにしてビス等の固着具4を打ち込み、その固着具
4の頭6の上の前記孔3内に溶剤系パテ7を充填し、そ
の溶剤系パテ7の上にフッ素樹脂塗料8を塗布して成る
ことを特徴とするものである。しかして、素材としての
フッ素樹脂塗料8の高耐久性に加え、直接固着具4の頭
6にフッ素樹脂塗料8を塗布するのでなく、固着具4の
頭6を孔3の中に埋め込むようにして頭6の上に空間を
設け、頭6の上にパテ7を充填してからパテ7の上にフ
ッ素樹脂塗料8を塗布しているので、フッ素樹脂塗料8
と下地との馴染みが良好となってフッ素樹脂塗料8が剥
がれにくくなり、補修部分にも高耐久性が得られるもの
である。また、パテ7を充填してあるから、固着具4の
形状が表面のフッ素樹脂塗料8に現れず、補修部分を滑
らかに仕上げることができるものである。また、パテ7
として溶剤系のものを用いているので、水系パテを用い
る場合のように水分によりフッ素樹脂塗料8の塗膜成形
が阻害されることもないのである。 以下本発明の実施例を添付図に基いて詳述する。板2は
外壁材のような建材用の板などであり、木質の板や石綿
セメント系の板など特に限定されるものではない。板2
の表面全面には耐久性の高い無機塗料1が予め塗布され
ている。しかして、現場において、この板2をフレーム
のような取付け対象5に取り付ける場合には、ドリルな
どでビスやボルトなどの固着具4の頭6の大きさ程度あ
るいは若干大きな径の孔3を貫通しないように板2の表
面側から穿孔し、この孔3内に固着具4を入れて取付け
対象5に打ち込み、固着具4の頭6を孔3内に埋入させ
る。この後、孔3内に溶剤系パテ7を注入して固着具4
の頭6の上に溶剤系パテ7を充填する。更に、溶剤系パ
テ7の上に無機塗料1と同じ色のフッ素樹脂塗料8を塗
布し、フッ素樹脂塗料8を現場で乾燥させ、無機塗料1
とフッ素樹脂塗料8とが面一になるように仕上げて補修
用のフッ素樹脂塗料8が目立たないようにする。ここで
パテ7として溶剤系のものを用いるのは、水系のパテ7
を用いた場合には水系パテ7が乾燥しないうちにフッ素
樹脂塗料8を塗布すると水分が反応してフッ素樹脂塗料
8の塗膜が形成されないためである。
