Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of crack and drop of a mortar surface by pouring the hardening synthetic resin into a hole which is drilled onto the mortar surface and has a prescribed diameter and fixing the mortar onto a substrate member by screwing a machine screw. CONSTITUTION:Holes 12 having a prescribed diameter are drilled at an interval of 15-25cm in the vicinity of a crack formed on a mortar 11, and the hardening synthetic resin is poured into the hole 12. Then, a flush machine screw 13 is screwed to fix the mortar 11 onto a substrate material, e.g., a substrate plate 14. Then, the surface of the mortar 11 is applied with the primer treatment by previously spraying a permeable waterproof liquid, and a waterproof film is formed, and after a substrate pain such as cation filler is applied onto said waterproof film, the suitable finish spraying such as painting, lithine, and Bon tile is carried out, and the surface decoration treatment is carried out. Through this primer treatment, penetration to the crack part is generated, and the mortar 11 itself is joined, and the waterproofness can be improved.

In recent years, most wooden buildings have a simple fireproof structure, and a mortar wall (hereinafter simply referred to as mortar) of a predetermined thickness is coated on the outside surface.

However, in the construction of mortar, for example, metal lath is usually applied to the base material (such as lotus board), and then mortar is applied, so it may bend due to earthquakes or other vibrations, or deformation of the base material over time. As a result, the mortar on the surface could crack and moisture could enter inside, corroding the metal materials such as metal lath that stop it, causing the mortar to fall.

Therefore, as soon as cracks appear in the surface mortar, it is necessary to repair them immediately, and conventionally the only thing that has been done in the past has been to pour resin such as epoxy into the cracks and repaint the surface.

Therefore, since the lifted mortar remains as it is, there is no fundamental solution, and as time passes, the entire mortar further lifts from the base material, peels off, swells, and falls.

Furthermore, when the mortar cracks, rainwater and the like seep into the interior through these cracks, resulting in rotting of the base board and the like, shortening the lifespan of the wooden building as a whole.

The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a method for preventing mortar from falling in a wooden building, which does not cause mortar to lift up, crack again, or fall.

[Means for Solving the Problems] A method for preventing mortar from falling in a wooden building according to the present invention in accordance with the above-mentioned object is to drill a hole of a predetermined diameter in the mortar surface to be treated, and fill the hole with a curable synthetic resin. After pouring, screws are inserted to fix the mortar to the base material, and then surface cosmetic treatment is performed.

[Function] The method for preventing mortar from falling in wooden buildings according to the present invention involves drilling a hole of a predetermined size on the surface of the mortar to be treated, injecting a curable synthetic resin into the hole, and then screwing a hissing hole into the hole. Since the mortar is fixed to the base material, the mortar that has risen from the base material is pressed against the base again, and since it is fixed with screws, subsequent lifting and falling of the mortar can be prevented.

Thereafter, a curable synthetic resin 12a is injected into the hole 12. Here, the curable synthetic resin 12a refers to a synthetic resin that adapts to the countersunk screw (other screws may also be used) and mortar that will be inserted later, and hardens after a certain period of time, and is a rubber-based adhesive and an epoxy resin. , silicon adhesive, etc.

Immediately after injecting the curable synthetic resin, screw in the countersunk screw 13 to transfer the mortar 11 to the base plate 1, which is an example of the base material.
Fixed at 4. In this case, if there are pillars, rims, etc. at the bottom of the base plate 14, it is preferable that the countersunk screws reach this part.

After the above treatment, a surface cosmetic treatment is carried out. This surface cosmetic treatment involves applying a primer treatment by spraying a penetrating waterproofing liquid in advance to form a waterproof film on the surface, and applying a base paint (for example, a cationic filler) on top of the primer treatment. This is done by applying a suitable topcoat (e.g., paint, lysine, bontile, elastic tile, skin, stunco) after coating.

Here, by applying the primer treatment, it penetrates into the cracks 10 of the mortar 11 and joins the broken mortar itself, further improving the waterproofness of the mortar.

Here, the surface cosmetic treatment performed after screwing in the countersunk screw 13 is not limited to the above embodiment, and any treatment can be applied as long as it closes cracks in the mortar and beautifies the surface. .

As is clear from the above explanation, the method for preventing mortar from falling in a wooden building according to the present invention uses hiss to fix mortar that is cracked or is likely to crack in the future to the base plate. Even if mortar is lifted up due to cracks, it can be returned to its original state and held securely.

Therefore, if the base material is flat, the mortar surface will also be flat, and since the surface decoration treatment is applied, water will not enter the interior from the mortar surface that has passed the fall prevention, and the long life of the base plate will be extended. As a result, the lifespan of the building as a whole can be extended.
