Means for Solving the Problems The present inventors have, versus the base material
Nails on the front side of the structural member when the structural member is fixed
Putty material 2 near nail head of nail 1 that needs to be filled
To become, to hold the putty 2 to putty the nail driving to the structure member comes out on the front surface of the structural member,
Next, fill the nail hole formed between the nail head and the surface member surface
A putty nail was developed as follows. The nail 1 referred to here is a double-headed nail, a top hat nail, a needle nail, a ring nail, a pipe nail, a split pipe nail, a pipe screw nail, or the like, which is structured when a structural member is fixed to a base material. It refers to all nails that need to fill the needle hole on the front side of the member. As a mode of the holding putty 2, Toka is held near the head of the nail, Toka is held to the nail body, even nail body is in the one pipe-shaped or the like for holding to the cavity, either
Is also held near the nail head .

When such a nail with putty is driven into a wall member such as plywood or gypsum board, or a structural member such as a peripheral edge, the nail 1 is buried in the structural member. And the nail hole formed between the surface of the structural member is filled. In this case, the putty can be made closer to the original color of a structural member such as wood by coloring, and is less noticeable due to oil stain surface treatment or the like.

1 shows an embodiment in which the present invention is applied to a double-headed nail. FIG. 1 (a) is a perspective view and FIG. 1 (b) is a sectional view after construction. In this example, the putty material 2 is held between the upper head 4 and the lower head 5 of the double nail 3. With such a structure, as seen in (b),
When the nail with putty of the present invention is driven into the base material 10 with the structural member 11 such as a plywood or a peripheral edge, the nail 1 of the double nail is buried in the structural member, but the putty material 2 is Thus, the nail hole formed between the surface of the structural member and the nail member remains filled, and no post-treatment such as filling the nail hole is required.

FIGS. 2A and 2B show an example in which the present invention is applied to a silk hat nail 6, in which FIG. 2A is a perspective view, and FIG. The putty material 2 is inserted between the flange 1b and the narrow nail head 1a at the upper end. When this is driven into the structural member 11, even in this example,
As shown in (b), the nail 1 is buried in the structural member, but the putty material 2 remains in a state of filling the nail hole formed between the nail head 1a and the surface of the structural member 11.

3A and 3B show an example in which a putty material of a spherical tip is mounted on the needle nail 7, wherein FIG. 3A is a perspective view and FIG. When the nail is nailed into the structural member 11 because the nail head 1a is also small, the entire nail 1 is easily embedded in the structural member, and as a result, the putty material 2 is placed between the nail head 1a and the surface of the structural member 11. The formed nail hole remains filled.

FIGS. 4A and 4B show an example in which the body is applied to a ring nail 8 having a large number of rings. FIG. 4A is a perspective view, and FIG. 4B is a sectional view after construction. In this example, the putty material 2 is extrapolated from the body of the nail to the head of the nail. In this case, when the putty material is present in a number of ring-shaped grooves to stop the plywood, the peripheral edge and the like, the holding force between the members is large.

FIGS. 5A and 5B show an example in which the putty material 2 is filled inside the pipe nail 9, in which FIG. 5A is a perspective view and FIG. 5B is a sectional view after construction. Since the inside of the pipe nail is hollow, it is structured to be filled with the putty material 2 and is driven into the structural member 11, and in this example, the pipe nail 1 is embedded in the structural member as shown in (b). As a result, the putty material 2 is pushed by the structural member that enters the nail to fill the nail hole. In this case, the holding force of the putty material is extremely large.

FIG. 6 shows an example in which a putty material is filled in the split pipe nail 12, in which (a) is a perspective view and (b) is a cross-sectional view after construction. Split pipe nail 12 is split from the nail point to the upper part of the torso.
12c, which has a property of being difficult to be opened from the front end when driven into the structural member 11. This is particularly effective when the base material is soft. In this example, the cavity at the tip of the nail is filled with a plug 12d, and the upper cavity is filled with the putty material 2. When driven into the structural member 11, the split pipe nail 12 is also buried in the structural member as shown in (b) in this example, but the plug 12d becomes difficult to move as a resistor, so that the putty material 2 is also left to fill the nail hole.

FIGS. 7A and 7B show an example in which a putty material is filled in the cylinder of the pipe screw nail 13. FIG. 7A is a perspective view, and FIG. 7B is a sectional view after construction. The underlying material is wood and is suitable for fastening gypsum board structural members 11 thereto. Also in this example, the putty material 2 inside remains without following the entry of the pipe screw nail 13, so that the nail hole is closed.

The use of putty nails of various shapes according to the present invention eliminates the need for filling work with putty after nailing, which contributes to labor saving. If the putty is colored, it is not necessary to finish the surface with paint or oil stain, and the labor can be further saved. In the case of a ring nail, the use of an adhesive is also effective, but it is not necessary to apply the adhesive between members for stopping the adhesive. Also, other putty nails have the feature that it is not always necessary to use an adhesive because of the nail head.
