【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は壁板持に軽量気泡コンクリート(以下ALC板
て略省する)を建物躯体に取付ける壁板取付構造に係り
、更に詳しくは壁板を建築物躯体に釘類で定着するに際
して釘類の頭部を該壁板に所定の深さ迄貫入させ、かつ
この貫入によって生じた壁板表面の穴に弾力性を持った
埋め物を充填することを特徴とした壁板取付構造に関す
るものである。

従来、ALC板の壁板を建物躯体に取付ける方法として
は第1図に示す如く、ALC板1を間柱、胴縁、柱等の
建物躯体2の外表面に当接し、釘、ビス等の釘類3をこ
の躯体2の所定位置に打込み、その頭部を所定の深さ迄
貫入し、この頭部の貫入によって生じた穴4にALC板
と同様の外観及び吸水性を有する特殊モルタルよりある
埋め物5を充填し、更に躯体2の室内側には石こうボー
ド等の内装材6を釘7を打込むことによって取付構成し
ていたが、従来のこの構造に於ては内装材6を釘止めす
る際に穴4内に充填された埋め物5が釘打の際の衝撃や
振動によって脱落してしまう事故が多く、このために外
装仕上げ工事前に再度埋め物の充填処理をやり直さなけ
ればならない欠点があった。

図により本考案に係る構造の一実施例について説明する
と、第2図に於て、ALC板1を建物躯体2の外表面に
当接し、釘類3を打込むことによってALC板1を躯体
2に固定すると共に釘類3の頭部を貫入することによっ
て形威された穴4内にウレタンシーリング材にALC板
の微粉末を重量比15%の割合で混入した埋め物5′を
充填して穴4を完全に埋設し、次に石こうボードよりな
る内装材6を躯体2の反対側から釘7によって釘打して
固定し、更にALC板1の外表面にアクリル系砂壁状吹
付材を塗布して外装置8を形威し、全体を構成する。

材を混入したものが良く、特に前述のウレタンシーリン
グ材は硬化時間が長く弾力性に冨むので好適である。

案の弾力性を有するシーリング材等を埋め物として使用
した場合とを比較した処、従来のものは内装材の釘抜の
際にその衝撃及び振動によって25〜30%脱落したの
に対して、本願の構造のものにはこのような脱落現象は
全く認められなかった。

物が脱落する恐れが全くなく、しかもこの埋め物には無
機質充填材が混入されているので、外装仕上げを施した
場合にもこの部分に色むらが生ずる心配がなく、従って
美しく体裁の良い健築構造を簡単に得ることが出来る特
徴を有するものである。
