が露光されてしまうという問題があつた。

つて降下し,基板(3)を露光部ガラス板(10)上の所
定の位置に置く。この時,搬送用吸盤(6)はバツクア
ツプシート(40)内に収納され,バツクアツプシート
(40)の面が基板(2)に密着し,基板(2)を所定の
位置に加圧固定する。次に光源(12)により露光部ガラ
ス板(10)に書かれた回路パターンで露光された後,キ
ヤリヤ(5)を上方に移動し基板(2)を持ち上げ,さ
