この考案は 従来のクサビ型ワークチャックにバランス用重り受け台（３）を 設け遠心力を利用して高速回転時の把握力低下防止に関するものである。

従来のクサビ型ワークチャックでは高速回転時における遠心力に対応する機構 が不適当である。

【考案が解決しようとする課題点】
本案は その欠点を除いて安全で精密加工ができるクサビ型ワークチャックを 開発しようとするものである

【課題を解決するための手段】
今 その解決手段を図面に追いながら説明すれば （イ）６爪用に加工されたチャック本体（１）の摺動部に３個の爪受け台（２ ）と３個の重り受け台（３）を組み込む。 （ロ）爪受け台（２）と重り受け台（３）のスライド方向を相反して摺動させ るこう配スリーブ（７）を組み込む。 （ハ）フロントカバー（４）を取りつける。 （ニ）チャッキング用生爪（５）３個とバランス用重り（６）３個を取りつけ る。

【作 用】
本案は、以上のような構造であるから高速回転時における遠心力で爪受け台（ ２）がこう配スリーブを引き上げようとする力を、重り受け台がこう配スリーブ を引き下げようとする力とで打ち消されれば遠心力による把握力の低下がなくな る。

【考案の効果】
従つて遠心力を利用し、相反して引っ張り合うことで把握力の低下を防ぎ高速 回転に対応できるエアー駆動式ワークチャックである。
