Abstract
Description
Claims (17)
- 1.導電性繊維で強化された樹脂で形成された構造をある周波数で誘導された磁 場の手段により優先的に加熱する方法であって、前記構造を優先加熱材料と組み 合わせることを含み、前記優先加熱材料は前記磁場と結合できかつこれにより加 熱され、前記導電性繊維は前記磁場により実質的に加熱されることなく前記磁場 と結合できる方法。
- 2.前記優先加熱材料が磁性体でありかつ電気不導体である請求の範囲1の方法 。
- 3.前記優先加熱材料が磁性体であるかつ導電体である請求の範囲1の方法。
- 4.前記優先加熱材料が非磁性体でありかつ導電体である請求の範囲1の方法。
- 5.前記優先加熱材料が前記構造内に組み込まれた粒子である請求の範囲2、3 又は4の方法。
- 6.前記構造が少なく1個の表面を有し、前記優先加熱材料が前記表面にある請 求の範囲2、3又は4の方法。
- 7.前記構造が少なくも1個の表面を有し、前記優先加熱材料が樹脂フィルムの 層の中に組み込まれ、前記樹脂フィルムの層が前記表面に隣接する請求の範囲2 、3又は4の方法。
- 8.前記周波数が約3kHzから約70kHzの範囲内にある請求の範囲1の方 法。
- 9.前記優先加熱材料がマネチックオキサイドである請求の範囲2に定められた 方法。
- 10.前記優先加熱材料がニッケルである請求の範囲3に定められた方法。
- 11.前記優先加熱材料が網である請求の範囲2、3又は4の方法。
- 12.前記優先加熱材料が箔である請求の範囲2、3又は4の方法。
- 13.前記繊維が炭素繊維である請求の範囲1の方法。
- 14.前記樹脂がポリエーテルケトンケトンである請求の範囲1の方法。
- 15.前記樹脂がアヴィミド(Avimid、商品名)Kである請求の範囲1の 方法。
- 16.複数の前記構造を重ねる段階、及び構造を結合するように構造が磁場で誘 導されている間にこの重ねらた構造に圧力を加える段階を含んだ請求の範囲1の 方法。
- 17.導電性繊維で強化された樹脂で形成された構造を、平面内の予定された方 向において、ある周波数で誘導された磁場の手段により優先的に加熱する方法で あって、前記構造を優先加熱材料と組み合わせることを含み、前記優先加熱材料 は前記磁場と結合できかつこれにより加熱され、更に前記繊維が前記誘導磁場に より実質的に加熱されることなく実質的に前記誘導磁場の平面内にありかつこれ と整列されるように前記磁場内で前記構造を方向付けることを含んだ方法。
