Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.水素化一脱水素化機能性を持つ金属と、非層状無機質で多孔質な結晶相物質 より成り、焼成後、18Åより大きいd間隔で相対強度100を持つピークを少 なくとも1個有するX線回折パターンを示し、6.7kPa(50トール)およ び25℃において物質100グラム当たりベンゼン15グラムよりも大きいベン ゼン収着能を有する担体成分を含んで成ることを特徴とする触媒組成物。 2.結晶性物質が、焼成後少なくとも13オングストローム単位の直径を持つ、 均一な大きさの孔の配置を有する請求項1記載の触媒組成物。 3.結晶性物質が、18オングストローム単位よりも大きいd100値で示され る電子線回折パターンを示す請求項1記載の触媒組成物。 4.結晶相が焼成後、少なくとも1個のピークが、電子線回折パターンのd10 0値に対応するd間隔を持つX線回折パターンを示す請求項1記載の触媒組成物 。 5.結晶相が少なくとも13Åの直径で、均一な大きさの孔の六角形の配置を持 ち、および焼成後に1218Åよりも大きいd100値で示し得る六方晶の電子 線回折パターンを示す請求項1記載の触媒組成物。 6.結晶相が、焼成後に少なくとも1個のピークのd間隔が、電子線回折パター ンよりのd100値に対応するX線回折パターンを有する請求項5記載の触媒組 成物。 7.結晶相が、焼成後に10オングストローム単位のd間隔よりも大きい位置に 、少なくとも2個のピークを持ち、少なくともそのうちの1個は18オングスト ローム単位のd間隔よりも大きい位置にあり、どのピークも最強のピークの20 %より大きい相対強度で、10オングストローム単位よりも小さい位置にはない 、X線回折パターンを有する請求項5記載の触媒組成物。 8.結晶相が、焼成後に相対強度が最強のピークの10%より大きい状態で約1 0オングストローム単位のd間隔よりも小さい位置にピークを持たないX線回折 パターンを示す請求項5記載の触媒組成物。 9.結晶性物質が金属シリケートである請求項1記載の触媒組成物。 10.結晶相物質がアルミノシリケートである請求項9記載の触媒組成物。 11.組成物が少なくとも0.1重量%の金属水素化一脱水素化成分を含む請求 項1記載の触媒組成物。 12.組成物が少なくとも0.1重量%の、周期表の第VIII族の周期5また は6よりの貴金属を含む請求項11記載の触媒組成物。 13.貴金属が白金より成る請求項12記載の触媒組成物。 14.組成物が、少なくとも1種の、周期表の第VIII族よりの金属より成る 、卑金属水素化一脱水素化成分を含む請求項1記載の触媒組成物。 15.金属水素化一脱水素化成分が、少なくとも1種の、周期表の第VIII族 よりの金属と、少なくとも1種の周期表の第VIB族よりの金属を含んで成る請 求項14記載の触媒組成物。 16.金属水素化一脱水素化成分がニッケルとタングステンを含んで成る請求項 14記載の触媒組成物。 17.金属水素化一脱水素化成分の量が少なくとも1重量%である請求項14記 載の触媒組成物。 18.金属水素化一脱水素化成分の量が少なくとも5重量%である請求項14記 載の触媒組成物。 19.結晶性物質と複合させたマトリックス物質を含む請求項1記載の触媒組成 物。 20.マトリックス物質がアルミナを含んで成る請求項19記載の触媒組成物。 21.担体成分が無水物として表して次の組成を持つ請求項1〜20のいずれか に記載の触媒粗成物: rRMn/q(WaXbYeZdOh)[式中、RはMに含まれない全有機物質 :rはRのモルまたはモル分画の数;Mは1またはそれ以上のイオン:nは酸化 物として表した、Mを除く組成の電荷:qはMの重量付けモル平均原子価;n/ qはMのモルまたはモル分画の数;Wは1またはそれ以上の2価の元素;Xは1 またはそれ以上の3価の元素;Yは1またはそれ以上の4価の元素:Zは1また はそれ以上の5価の元素;a、b、cとdはそれそれW、X、YとZのモル分画 ;hは1から2.5の数;そして(a+b+c+d)=1]。 22.焼成後、約18Åよりも大きいd間隔に相対強度100を持つピークを少 なくとも1個有するX線回折パターンを示し、50トールおよび25℃において 100グラムの物質当たり約15グラムのベンゼンよりも大きいベンゼン収着能 を持つ非層状で無機質で多孔質の結晶相物質を含んで成る担体物質に、水素化一 脱水素化機能性を持つ金属を取り込ませることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の触 媒組成物を調製する方法。 23.金属が担体物質とのカチオン交換によって担体物質に取り込まれる請求項 22記載の方法。 24.金属が、合成されたままの状態の結晶性物質とのカチオン交換によって、 担体物質に取り込まれる請求項23記載の方法。 25.金属が、結晶相物質およびバインダーを含んで成る担体物質に取り込まれ る請求項22記載の方法。 26.金属が含浸によって担体物質に取り込まれる請求項25記載の方法。 27.触媒組成物が、m2・g−1で表され、次の式で示される表面積Sを有す る請求項1記載の触媒組成物: s>600−13,3X [式中、Xは全金属装填量(重量%)であり、その最小値は12重量%である] 。 28.結晶相物質が、焼成後少なくとも13Åの直径を持つ、均一なサイズの孔 の六角形の配置を待ち、18Åより大きいd100値で示し得る六法晶の電子線 回折パターンを示す請求項27記載の触媒組成物。 29.結晶相物質が、焼成後、電子線回折パターンよりのd100値に対応する d間隔を持つピークを、少なくとも1個持つX線回折パターンを有する請求項2 7または28記載の触媒組成物。 30.結晶相物質が、6.7kPa(50トール)および25℃において、10 0グラム当たり15グラムよりも大きいベンゼン収着能を示す請求項27、28 または29記載の触媒組成物。 31.結晶相物質が、次に表される組成を持つ請求項27、28、29または3 0記載の触媒組成物: Mm/q(WaXbYeZdOb) [式中、Mは1またはそれ以上のイオン;nは酸化物として表された時のMを除 いた組成の電荷;qはMの重量付けモル平均原子価;n/qはMのモルまたはモ ル分画の数;Wは1またはそれ以上の2価の元素;Xは1またはそれ以上の3価 の元素:Yは1またはそれ以上の4価の元素;Zは1またはそれ以上の5価の元 素;a、b、cとdはそれぞれW、X、YとZのモル分画;hは1から2.5の 数;そして(a+b+c+d)=1]。 32.Wが2価の第1横列遷移金属またはマグネシウムより成り:Xがアルミニ ウム、ホウ素、ガリウムまたは鉄より成り;Yがケイ素またはゲルマニウムより 成り;そしてZがリンより成る請求項31記載の触媒組成物。 33.aとdがOであり、h=2である請求項31記載の触媒組成物。 34.Xがアルミニウム、ホウ素、ガリウムまたは鉄より成り、Yがケイ素また はゲルマニウムより成る請求項33記載の触媒組成物。 35.触媒が、周期表の第VIA、VIIAまたはVIIIA族の、少なくとも 1種の卑金属より成る請求項27記載の触媒組成物。 36.触媒が第VIA族の少なくとも1種の卑金属と、第VIIIAの少なくと も1種の卑金属を含んで成る請求項27記載の触媒組成物。 37.少なくとも200m2g−1の表面積と、少なくとも12重量%の全金属 含量を有する請求項27記載の触媒組成物。 38.少なくとも300m2g−1の表面積と、12〜20重量%の全金属含量 を有する請求項27記載の触媒組成物。 39.少なくとも200m2g−1の表面積、少なくとも12重量%の全金属含 量と少なくとも0.6cc・g−1の孔容量を有する請求項27記載の水素化加 工触媒。 40.少なくとも300m2g−1の表面積、12〜20重量%の全金属含量と 0.6〜0.8cc・g−1の孔容量を有する請求項27記載の水素化加工触媒 。 41.少なくとも200・2g′1の表面積、少なくとも12重量%の全金属含 量と6.0g・cc−1までの真の密度を有する請求項27記載の水素化加工触 媒。 42.少なくとも約13Åの直径の孔を持ち、焼成後約18Åよりも大きいd間 隔において、相対強度100のピークを少なくとも1個持つX線回折パターンを 示す、無機質、非層性で多孔質の結晶相物質に金属成分を取り込ませ、m2・g −1で表した次の式で定義される表面積Sを持つ二機能性触媒を生産することを 特徴とする請求項27記載の触媒を製造する方法:S>600−13.3X [式中、Xは重量%で表した金属含量で、少なくとも12重量%である]。 43.金属が、焼成された結晶性物質に含浸によって取り込まれる請求項42記 載の触媒製造方法。 44.金属成分の金属が、焼成した結晶性物質に含浸によって取り込まれる請求 項42記載の触媒製造方法。 45.金属が初発湿式方法によって取り込まれる請求項44記載の触媒製造方法 。 46.金属が、焼成した結晶性物質中に、フッ素含有促進剤の存在なしに取り込 まれる請求項42記載の触媒製造方法。 47.触媒の孔直径が少なくとも30Åである請求項42記載の触媒製造方法。
