Claims (18)
- 1.被処理体の表面に式−CmF2m−で表されるフラグメントが結合して密着 性のフルオロポリマー層を形成させる条件下において、該被処理体を該フラグメ ントにさらすことを含む、被処理体へのフルオロポリマー製フィルムの貼着法。
- 2.炭質被処理体の表面に式−CmF2m−で表されるフラグメントが結合する ことによって該被処理体に共有結合的に結合したフルオロポリマー層を形成させ る条件下において、該被処理体を該フラグメントにさらすことを含む、炭質被処 理体へのフルオロポリマー製フィルムの貼着法。
- 3.被処理体を式CmF2mで表される飽和分子雰囲気にさらし、該分子を開裂 させることによりフラグメントを該被処理体の表面に結合させて密着性のフルオ ロポリマー層を形成させることを含む、被処理体へのフルオロポリマー製フィル ムの貼着法。
- 4.炭質被処理体を式CmF2mで表される飽和分子雰囲気にさらし、該分子を 開裂させることによりフラグメントを該被処理体の表面に結合させ、該被処理体 に共有結合的に結合したフルオロポリマー層を形成させることを含む、被処理体 へのフルオロポリマー製フィルムの貼着法。
- 5.炭質ポリマーがフルオロポリマーである請求項2または4記載の方法。
- 6.被処理体がフィルムである請求項1から5いずれかに記載の方法。
- 7.被処理体が多孔性または微孔性のフィルムである請求項6記載の方法。
- 8.分子がシクロパーフルオロアルカンである請求項3から7いずれかに記載の 方法。
- 9.分子がシクローCmF2m(式中、nF4、5、7まはたは8の数を示す) である請求項8記載の方法。
- 10.分子がシクロバーフルオロヘキサンである請求項8記載の方法。
- 11.被処理体へフィルムを貼着する前に、該被処理体をエッチング処理に付す 請求項1から10いずれかに記載の方法。
- 12.被処理体をプラズマ照射下でさらす請求項1から11いずれかに記載の方 法。
- 13.プラズマ出力が5Wよりも低い請求項12記載の方法。
- 14.プラズマ出力が0.1〜50Wである請求項12記載の方法。
- 15.0.01〜5torrに排気されたチャンバー内において処理をおこなう 請求項1から14いずれかに記載の方法。
- 16.フルオロポリマー製フィルムに共有結合的に結合した炭質ポリマー。
- 17.ポリマー体がptfe体である請求項16記載のポリマー体。
- 18.炭素原子とハロゲン原子以外の原子を含有しないフィルムであって、手で 剥離できないフルオロポリマー製二層フィルム。
