Description
Claims (9)
- 1.溶媒内に5〜15%のフエノールトリアジンを含む溶液を収容した第1の浴 にカーボンフアイバを通過させ、カーボンフアイバ全体に亙りフエノールトリア ジンを分散させる工程と、フエノールトリアジン処理したカーボンフアイバを乾 燥させる工程と、20〜40%のフエノールトリアジンの溶液を収容した第2の 浴内に処理したカーボンフアイバを通過させ、予め含浸されたカーボンフアイバ を作成すると共に、カーボンフアイバ内のフエノールトリアジンを30〜50% にする工程とを包有してなる、カーボンフアイバを仕上処理してカーボンフアイ バとシアネートフエノール母材との接着性を向上する方法。
- 2.更に予め含浸されたカーボンフアイバを所望の形状に成型する工程と、予め 含浸されたカーボンフアイバを硬化して高い強度を持つ複合材を形成する工程と を包有してなる請求の範囲1の方法。
- 3.更にプラズマチヤンバ内においてカーボンフアイバを活性化させ、第1の浴 内にカーボンフアイバを移動させて化学的官能基並びに極性基を導入し樹脂仕上 材との界面結合強さを向上させる工程を包有してなる請求の範囲1の方法。
- 4.更にプラズマチヤンバ内の酸素雰囲気内でカーボンフアイバを活性化の行う 工程を包有してなる請求の範囲3の方法。
- 5.更にプラズマチヤンバ内のアルゴン雰囲気内でカーボンフアイバの活性化を 行い、この活性化後にアクリル酸クラフトを行う工程を包有してなる請求の範囲 3の方法。
- 6.更にプラズマチヤンバ内の水雰囲気内でカーボンフアイバの活性化を行う工 程を包有してなる請求の範囲3の方法。
- 7.溶媒内に5〜15%のフエノールトリアジンを含む第1の溶液でカーボンフ アイバを処理し、カーボンフアイバ全体に亙りフエノールトリアジンを分散させ る工程と、フエノールトリアジンで処理したカーボンフアイバを空気乾燥させる 工程と、溶媒内に20〜40%のフエノールトリアジンを含む第2の溶液でカー ボンフアイバを処理し、予め含浸されたカーボンフアイバを作成し、カーボンフ アイバ内のフエノールトリアジンを30〜50重量%にする工程とを包有してな る、カーボンフアイバを仕上げ処理して樹脂母材との接着性を向上させ、500 °Fで最大92%の室温乾燥強さを与える方法により得られるカーボンフアイバ で補強された樹脂母材を備える複合材。
- 8.カーボンフアイバが複合材の全体積の最大60%を占めてなる請求の範囲7 の複合材。
- 9.溶媒内に5〜15%のフエノールトリアジンの溶液を含む第1の浴内を通過 させ、カーボンフアイバ全体に亙りフエノールトリアジンを分散させる工程と、 フエノールトリアジン処理したカーボンフアイバを乾燥させる工程と、フエノー ルトリアジン処理したカーボンフアイバを所望の形状に成型し樹脂母材複合材を 作成する工程とを包有してなる、カーボンフアイバを仕上処理しカーボンフアイ バとシアネートフエノール母材との接着性を向上させる方法。
