Claims (9)
- 1.少なくとも支持体に隣接する液体材料の層が、500s−1より小さい剪断 速度では20mPa・sより大きい粘度を持ち、106s−1より大きい剪断速 度では10mPa・sより小さい粘度を持つ疑似塑性の液体になるように、一層 又はそれ以上の層を含む液体材料が移動支持体上にコーティングされるフローコ ーティング方法。
- 2.該疑似塑性液の粘度が、104ないし106s−1の間の剪断速度で10m Pa・sより小さい粘度に到達する、請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。
- 3.該疑似塑性液の粘度が、104ないし108s−1の間の剪断速度で実質的 に一定の値に近づく、請求の範囲第1又は2項に記載の方法。
- 4.該疑似塑性液が100Os−1以下の剪断速度で実質的に一定の粘度を示す 流動学的プロファイルを有する、請求の範囲第1〜3項のいずれかに記載の方法 。
- 5.該疑似塑性液が500s−1以下の剪断速度で実質的に一定の粘度を示す流 動学的プロファイルを有する、請求の範囲第4項に記載の方法。
- 6.該液体が、1000s−1より低い剪断速度で30ないし200mPa・s の間の粘度を有する、請求の範囲第4項に記載の方法。
- 7.該液体が、104ないし108s−1の間の剪断速度で0.5ないし10m Pa・sの間の粘度を有する、請求の範囲第3項に記載の方法。
- 8.該液体の二層又はそれ以上の層が疑似塑性である、請求の範囲第1〜7項の いずれかに記載の方法。
- 9.請求の範囲第2〜8項のいずれかに記載の疑似塑性液。
