Abstract
Description
Claims (17)
- 1.液体媒質内にガス粒子を形成するに当たり、前記液体媒質内に浸漬した端縁 を有する表面にガスの被膜を形成し、 前記ガスの被膜に隣接して、前記表面上に前記端縁に向け指向する液体の流れを 発生させ、 このようにして、使用中、前記端縁に接近し、及び/又は前記端縁から去る際に 剪断力により前記ガスの被膜を破断してガス粒子にすることを特徴とするガス粒 子形成方法。
- 2.前記端縁において前記液体の流れに合流する第2の液体の流れを発生させる 工程を含む請求の範囲1に記載のガス粒子形成方法。
- 3.前記第1の液体の流れ、及び前記第2の液体の流れが異なる速度を有する請 求の範囲2に記載のガス粒子形成方法。
- 4.前記第1の液体の流れ、及び前記第2の液体の流れを前記ガスの被膜と共に 、前記表面の前記端縁に向け加速する請求の範囲3に記載のガス粒子形成方法。
- 5.前記ガスの被膜の速度が前記第1の液体の流れ、及び前記第2の液体の流れ の速度より早い請求の範囲4に記載のガス粒子形成方法。
- 6.液体媒質内に浸漬した時供給されたガスの被膜を形成する表面を有する構造 体を具え、前記表面に端縁を設け、使用中、前記ガスの被膜が前記端縁に接近し 、及び/又は前記端縁から去る際に、前記ガスの被膜に隣接して前記表面上に発 生し前記端縁に向け指向する液体の流れによる剪断力によって前記ガスの被膜を 破断してガス粒子にするよう前記端縁を配置したことを特徴とするガス粒子形成 装置。
- 7.前記端縁を唇部の形状に形成し、これにより、使用中、前記表面上の前記液 体の流れが第2の液体の流れに合流できるようにした請求の範囲6に記載のガス 粒子形成装置。
- 8.一端に環状唇部を画成する外方に拡大する円周端縁を有する円形の形態のプ リフィルミング体を前記構造体が具え、このプリフィルミング体の外面上に前記 ガスの被膜を形成するようにした請求の範囲7に記載のガス粒子形成装置。
- 9.前記環状唇部の外径より僅かに大きい外側逸出直径を有する円形孔の形状の 送出口と液体導入口とを有する室内に前記プリフィルミング体を収容し、環状間 隙を形成するよう前記円形孔の近くに前記環状唇部が位置するよう前記ブリフィ ルミング体を配置した請求の範囲8に記載のガス粒子形成装置。
- 10.使用中前記ガスの被膜を形成する前記外面上にガスを送給するガス分散送 出口を前記プリフィルミング体に設け、前記ガス分散送出口を覆う自己シール性 を有する弾性材料を設けた請求の範囲9に記載のガス粒子形成装置。
- 11.前記環状間隙の寸法を変化させるよう前記円形孔に対する前記環状唇部の 位置を変化可能に構成し、これにより、使用中、発生するガス粒子の寸法を変化 させる請求の範囲10に記載のガス粒子形成装置。
- 12.前記請求の範囲6〜11のいずれか1項に記載のガス粒子形成装置の形の ガス混和ユニットを組み込んだ浮遊装置。
- 13.下端に設けた前記ガス混和ユニットを有する細長いライザーを具え、これ により、使用中、乱流が無く前記ライザー内に強いガスリフトを発生する流れを 生ぜしめる請求の範囲12に記載の浮遊装置。
- 14.前記ガス混和ユニットと前記ライザーとの間に前記ライザーより横断面積 が大きい反応器容器を具え、使用中、この反応器容器により、均一なガスの分散 を容易にし、内部に形成されるガス及びスラリーの混合体内にガス粒子が再結合 するのを最少にする請求の範囲13に記載の浮遊装置。
- 15.前記ライザーを上昇する前記ガス及びスラリーの混合体の流れが更にスロ ーダウンするようにした拡大端部を前記ライザーの上端に設け、これにより、使 用中、前記ライザーの排出口で泡の形のガス粒子が前記ガス及びスラリーの混合 体から分離するよう十分にこのガス及びスラリーの混合体をスローダウンさせる 請求の範囲14に記載の浮遊装置。
- 16.前記ライザーは前記浮遊装置の分離ユニットに排出を行い、この分離ユニ ットから回収された分離されたスラリー液体を前記ガス混和ユニットを通じて再 循環し前記ガス粒子に価値物質が付着する可能性を増大する請求の範囲15に記 載の浮遊装置。
- 17.前記ライザー内に発生したエアリフトによって前記ガス混和ユニットの排 出流体に十分低い圧力を作用させ、前記ライザーの高さにほぼ等しい高さの再結 合スラリーの高さによって加圧される前記ガス混和ユニットと前記液体導入口と の間に生ずる差圧に起因し必要な泡の寸法、ガスの分散、及びスラリーの再循環 を達成する請求の範囲16に記載の浮遊装置。
