Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.壁により全部または一部が囲まれた通路、例えば地上または地下のパイプラ インまたは管きょをライニングするにあたり、ホース形のフレキシブルなライニ ング用積層体を、通路内へ導入し次いで圧縮空気などの気体圧力媒体によって通 路内側に押圧、維持して、当該通路内側に沿った形態を成形し、次いで当該積層 体中に含まれる樹脂を光エネルギーなどの放射エネルギーによって硬化させるこ と、 樹脂の硬化に必要な放射エネルギーを所定の期間当該樹脂に供給すること、順次 連結させた複数の放射エネルギー源(23)を、圧縮空気などの気体圧力媒体に より膨張させた積層体(8)内を実質的に一定の速度でもって移動させることに よって、前記放射エネルギーを形成せしめること、および圧縮空気などの気体圧 力媒体をホース形積層体(8)内に通して流出させ、これにより、当該積層体( 8)の通路内側への連続的押圧の下に樹脂の硬化過程の間に発生しうる熱を運び 出す ことを特徴とする方法。 2.前記放射源(23)を、積層体の通路内への導入方向と反対の方向に樹脂の 硬化過程の間に移動させる請求項1記載の方法。 3.前記放射源(23)を、放射源(23)用の導電ケーブル(60)を牽引ロ ーブとして用い、膨張させた積層体(8)内中央の経路に沿って牽引して前進さ せる請求項1または2記載の方法。 4.壁により全部または一部が囲まれた通路、例えば地上または地下のパイプラ インまたは溝をライニングするに際し、ホース形のフレキシブルなライニング用 積層体を、通路内へ導入し次いで圧縮空気などの気体圧力媒体によって通路内側 に押圧、維持して、当該通路内側に沿った形態を成形し、次いで当該積層体中に 含まれる樹脂を光エネルギーなどの放射エネルギーによって硬化させることによ り前記通路をライニングするための装置であって、放射エネルギー発生用の複数 の放射エネルギー源(23)を、相互に連結させて配置するとともに、カルダン 自在継手により、当該放射源(23)の連結を行い、圧縮空気などの気体圧力媒 体をホース形積層体(8)内に通して流出させるための装置を接け、これにより 熱を運び出すことを特徴とする装置。 5.前記カルダン自在継手が開口部を有し、この開口部内に、放射エネルギー源 (23)用の導電ケーブル(60)が通過する請求項4記載の装置。 6.圧力媒体流動用の前記装置が、当該圧力媒体の流量を変化させるためのバル ブ手段(13)を備える請求項4または5記載の装置。 7.バルブ手段(13)が、流量制御用のバルブであってスプール状の形態をな し、また当該バルブ手段(13)の中央位置にロープ用の通路を設けるとともに 、プラグ(16)により開閉自在な複数の媒体放出孔(15)を当該バルブ手段 (13)内を貫通させて設ける請求項6記載の装置。
