Abstract

(57)【要約】 【目的】 施工時に滑ることもなく、接着力の向上し
た床タイルを得ることを目的とする。 【構成】 ＰＶＣ等の合成樹脂からなる１〜５ｍｍ厚
さの床タイル裏面にタイル全厚の０．５〜１５％の深さ
のエンボスが付与された、接着力が大きく、タイルの櫛
目も目立たず、施工中にタイルが滑りにくく、優れた施
工性が得られた。

【考案の詳細な説明】
【０００１】
【産業上の利用分野】
本願考案は施工性の優れた床タイルに関する。
【０００２】
【従来技術と問題点】
従来のタイルは裏面が平滑なので接着力が弱くて剥離しやすく、また床下地と タイル間に塗布する接着剤の櫛目がタイル表面に出やすい等の欠点があった。
【０００３】
【問題点を解決する手段】
本願は上記問題点を解決した床タイルで、合成樹脂からなる床タイル裏面にタ イル全厚の０．５〜１５％の深さのエンボスが付与されたことを特徴とする床 タイル、をその要旨とする。
【０００４】 以下図面に基づいて本願考案を説明する。 「図１」は本願考案断面図であり、１はＰＶＣ等の合成樹脂シートからなる厚 さ１〜５ｍｍの床タイル本体であり、この床タイル裏面（下地接着面）全面に はエンボス４が付与されている。
【０００５】 エンボス４はタイル先端側凸部２と凹部３との連続形成により得られその深さ ｔは０．０５〜０．７５ｍｍが好適である。 タイル本体裏面に上記エンボス４を全面形成することにより、本願考案床タイ ル５が得られる。 -2-
【０００６】 「図２」はタイルの比較施工状態の断面図で床下地Ｇ上に櫛刷毛で接着剤７を 塗布し、裏面フラットな（エンボスのない）タイル６を施工した。経時ととも にタイル表面には櫛目跡８の非平滑部分が発生した。また床下地との接着部分 が少な目なので、接着強度も弱かった。
【０００７】 一方本願考案タイルを施工した場合にはエンボス４にほぼ接着剤の櫛目７が一 致し、この結果接着剤と床タイル裏面が密着し、接着力が向上する。
【０００８】 このようにエンボス空隙に接着剤層が納まるので、床タイル６のように表面に 櫛目跡が露出しないで床タイル１の表面９、９’はフラットな面が得られ、美 観上好ましい。
【０００９】 本願考案において床タイルは単層よりなり、その裏面にタイル全厚０．０５〜 １５％深さのエンボスが付与されてもよく、また表面化粧層と樹脂裏打ち層が 積層されて裏打ち層にタイル全厚さの０．０５〜１５％深さのエンボスが付与 されてもよい。

【実施例】
下記配合のＰＶＣ組成物をカレンダーロールを通すことにより２ｍｍ厚のシー トとし、次いで得られたシート裏面にエンボスロールで２５０μｍの深さのエ ンボスを付与した。 このエンボスを付与したシートをコンベアベルトで打ち抜き装置に導いて本願 考案の床タイルを得た。単位は重量％である。 -3-
【００１１】 配合例 ＰＶＣ １５％ 可塑剤 ９％ 炭酸カルシウム ７４％ 顔料 １％ 安定剤 １％
【００１２】 得られた床タイル用シートは打ち抜きに際してコンベアベルト上を滑らず、正 確に裁断でき、好適な生産性が得られた。 上記得られた床タイルは接着力は２．０ｋｇ／ｍ2で、施工後は歩行中に剥離 しなかった。
【００１３】 また施工後経日とともに接着剤の櫛目が床タイル表面に露出することもなく、 施工中にタイルが滑ってタイルの目地がずれたり、接着剤が付着してタイル表 面が汚れることもなかった。

【比較例】
実施例と同じシートを裏面にエンボスを付与することなく実施例と同様打ち抜 いてタイルを得た。 製造中は上記シートはコンベアベルト上を滑るため打ち抜き精度が低下し、ま たタイル接着強度は１．７ｋｇ／ｍ2と低く歩行中に剥離しやすかった。櫛目 も生じ、タイル施工中も滑りやすかった。

【考案の効果】
床タイル裏面にエンボスを付与し、接着剤の接触面積を大きくすることによ り、接着力が向上した。 -4-
【００１６】 下地に塗布した接着剤の櫛目跡がタイル表面にあらわれなかった。
【００１７】 施工に際し下地に接着剤を塗布してタイルを置敷いた時、エンボスのために イルが滑りにくく、タイルがズレてタイル列が崩れたり、タイルが汚れたり することが防止された。
【００１８】 エンボス部分の材料が節約され、コストダウンになった。
