2. Description of the Related Art In a technique using a hollow fiber membrane, bubbling with air is usually used for cleaning a membrane module. In the conventional bubbling with air, air is generally diffused from the outside of the membrane module. When air was diffused from the outside, only the surface of the membrane module was diffused, and diffused near the water collecting part where the membrane was most clogged was insufficient.

In the conventional one-end or both-end water collecting type module, when the suspended matter is removed by bubbling, the air diffuser for bubbling is installed in the lower part of the membrane module.
When there is a water collecting section at the lower part, air from the air diffuser hits the lower water collecting section as shown in FIG. 3 and is dispersed to the surroundings, so that cleaning by bubbling near the water collecting section cannot be sufficiently performed. Further, for example, as shown in FIG. 4, even if an air diffuser is inserted and installed between the membranes, uniform bubbling around the membrane water collecting portion is difficult. As described above, in the conventional cleaning method, the bubbling cleaning in the vicinity of the water collecting portion where the permeation flux is highest and the membrane is blocked is insufficient.

In order to solve the above problems, according to the present invention, in an external pressure type hollow fiber membrane module in which cleaning air diffusers are closely arranged, potting portions are provided in two stages and the two stages are provided. A water collecting portion is provided in the gap between the provided potting portions, and an air diffusing tube is installed by penetrating the potting portions provided in the two steps, and one end of the air diffusing tube installed through the penetrating portion is used as the air diffusing member. The opening is made, and the other end is made to open in the potting portion where the hollow fiber membrane is stretched.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS The present invention will be described below in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, but the present invention is not limited thereto. Example 1 FIG. 1 shows a schematic sectional view of the hollow fiber membrane of the present invention, and FIG. 2 shows a partially enlarged view of the potting portion of FIG. 1 and 2
In the above, the hollow fiber 1 is supported by the lower potting portion A2 and the upper potting portion 4, and the water collecting portion 5 which is sealed between the lower potting portion A2 and the potting portion B3 which supports the air diffusing tube therebelow. Is provided and the air diffuser tube 9 penetrates through.

The water treated in the hollow portion is collected in the lower water collecting portion 5, passes through the water collecting portion connecting pipe 7, flows into the upper water collecting pipe 6, and is discharged to the outside. The treated water may be discharged directly from the lower water collecting section 5. An air receiver 10 is provided below the potting unit 3 to temporarily receive diffused air. As long as the lower portion of the air receiving portion 10 is open, the diameter may be the same as or wider than that of the potting portion. The air diffuser tube 9 is a tube of about 2 to 5 mm, which penetrates the pottings A2 and B3 to connect the air receiving portion 10 and the upper surface of the potting portion 2 to each other. It is desirable that the air diffuser tube 9 is uniformly arranged with respect to the potting portion 2. The air discharged from the air diffuser 11 once receives the air receiving portion 1
0, further passes through the diffuser tube 9 and is diffused from the upper surface of the potting portion 2.

Aeration is between the hollow fiber membranes and the potting portion 2
Therefore, the cleaning effect on the potting portion and its vicinity is significantly enhanced. In addition, the air that has diffused rises between the membranes, so it is used efficiently for cleaning.
Even if there is a potting part on the upper part of the water collected at both ends, the rising air directly hits the potting part, so that the cleaning effect is enhanced. In this embodiment, an example of the water collecting type on both ends is shown.
The same operation can be performed when collecting water at one end and the water collecting portion is located above the air diffuser.
