ツをベースにしたものが多いが、加熱や添加物(砂糖や
着色料等)によって、フルーツの風昧やビタミン等の栄
養素を破壊してしまっている。しかし、本発明で使って
いる健康食品は、もともと中国の薬膳料理て使われてい
るものであるので、加熱による栄養素の損失の心配はな
い。 (作用)上記の様な食品は、中国では古来より健康に良
い食品として、日々の食事の中から体に取入れられてき
たものであり、滋養、強壮、強精などの体力造りに、有
益な食品として知られている。本発明のように、ゼリー
といった、若者のみならず老人にも食べられる食品の中
に、以上のような物を入れることによって、無理なく、
