Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 （産業上の利用分野） 本考案は、ローディング方式を有する磁気記録再生装置
における結露時のカセットテープの処理装置に関するも
のである。
（考案の概要） 本考案は、結露時にはカセットテープを装着不可能と
し、ドラムモーターを回転させ結露解消時には、カセッ
トテープを装着可能とすることにより、カセットテープ
を保護する装置である。
（従来の技術） 従来、結露時は第３図のフローチャートに示す様にモー
ドキーの受け付けを禁止し、単にドラムモーターを回転
させることで結露を解消する様にしていた。
（考案が解決しようとする問題点） しかしこの従来の方法では、ドラムに水滴が付いていた
場合などドラムが回転することにより水滴がカセットテ
ープに付着し、ドラムが乾燥してもテープに水滴が残っ
た状態になる。この状態ではモードキーを受け付ける
為、テープがローディングするとテープを傷付けてしま
う等の問題があった。
（問題を解決するための手段） 上記問題を解決するため、本考案はカセットテープの装
着状態を検出する装着状態検出手段と、ドラムの結露が
検出された際に、カセットテープが装着状態にある時
は、該カセットテープを吐出する吐出手段と、ドラムの
結露が検出された際に、カセットテープが装着状態でな
い時は、カセットテープの装着を禁止する装着禁止手段
と、ドラムの結露が解消された際に、上記吐出手段にて
吐出したカセットテープを再度装着状態に復帰させる装
着手段と、ドラムの結露が解消された際に、上記装着禁
止手段のカセットテープ装着の禁止を解除する解除手段
とを備えてなるものである。
（作用） 結露時に一度カセットテープを排出させて、装着不可能
とさせてしまうので、テープに水滴が付く様なことはな
く、テープをローディングしても傷付けることがなくテ
ープを保護できる。
（実施例） 第１図は本考案の実施例を示すフローチャートを示す。
第２図は動作回路のブロック図を示す。
メカ１上に取り付けられた結露センサー11の出力をシュ
ミットアンプ２で増幅し、その出力21を制御回路３に入
力する。アンプ出力21は結露時に“H"になり結露解消時
には、“L"となる。この出力信号を制御回路３に入力す
ることで結露状態かどうかを判断し、第１図のフローチ
ャートの動作をする。制御回路３の出力31によりドラム
モーター12の回転／停止を制御し、カセットテープ制御
出力32によりモータードライバー回路４を制御しカセッ
トモーター13を制御し、カセットテープの吐出、装着を
制御する。
（考案の効果） 従って、本考案によれば、ドラム結露時には、既に装着
されているカセットテープを吐出するので、テープに水
滴が付くことがなく、従って、該テープに傷が付くこと
もなく、該テープを保護することができる。また、ドラ
ム結露時に、カセットテープの装着を禁止することで、
モードキーの受付けを禁止する必要もなくなる。さら
に、ドラムの結露が解消されると、吐出されたカセット
テープを自動的に元の装着状態に復帰することができ
る。そしてまた、ドラムの結露が解消されると、カセッ
トテープの装着が可能となるので、使用者は容易にドラ
ムの結露の有無を判断して安心してカセットテープの装
着操作を行うことができる。

第１図は本考案の実施例を示すフローチャート、第２図
は動作回路のブロック図、第３図は従来例を示すフロー
チャートである。 １…メカ、11…結露センサー、12…ドラムモーター、13
…カセットモーター、２…シュミットアンプ、３…制御
回路、４…カセットモーター制御用のドライバー回路。

  1. 【請求項１】ドラムの結露を検出する結露検出手段と、 ドラムの結露が検出された際に該ドラムを回転させるド
    ラム回転手段とを備えたドラム結露時のカセットテープ
    処理装置において、 カセットテープの装着状態を検出する装着状態検出手段
    と、 ドラムの結露が検出された際に、カセットテープが装着
    状態にある時は、該カセットテープを吐出する吐出手段
    と、 ドラムの結露が検出された際に、カセットテープが装着
    状態でない時は、カセットテープの装着を禁止する装着
    禁止手段と、 ドラムの結露が解消された際に、上記吐出手段にて吐出
    したカセットテープを再度装着状態に復帰させる装着手
    段と、 ドラムの結露が解消された際に、上記装着禁止手段のカ
    セットテープ装着の禁止を解除する解除手段とを備えた
    ことを特徴とするドラム結露時のカセットテープ処理装
    置。
