Abstract

PURPOSE:To shorten the construction period with a less number of workers, by providing a trapezoidal boxlike form on a network structure on the ground, and by charging soil into the form so that the soil is wrapped by the network structure and wound back. CONSTITUTION:A trapezoidal boxlike form 3 is laid on a network structure 2 on the ground 1, at a position where a slope surface is formed, and soil is charged into the form 3 and is then rolled. After the form 3 is removed, the soil is wrapped by the network structure 2 and is wound back, and the soil is banked up on the rear surface of the soil block and is rolled so as to prepare the ground 1 which is flush with the upper surface of the earth block. With the repetitions of the above-mentioned procedure, a predetermined height is obtained. Further, a height difference part is formed in rear of the soil block, and the network structure is temporarily stretched with a slack while the soil is banked so that the net in the soil block part is pulled rearward and is wound with no wrinkles. Then, the soil is filled in the rigid form 3 and is sufficiently rolled, and with the repetitions of the soil filing and rolling steps, the soil is sufficiently squeezed so as to form a slope surface.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as a method of forming an embankment using a mesh structure or a sheet, a sandbag is laid on a portion forming a slope and laid so as to be wrapped with a net, and used for embankment during construction. Was preventing it from collapsing. However, the work of packing sand in bags to make sandbags, transporting them to the site, and stacking them on the slope is a heavy labor and requires a lot of manpower. As a method that does not use sandbags, Japanese Patent Publication Sho 6
No. 3-11488 discloses a method of embankment using a form made of a net member in which a net is stretched and bent to form a diagonal L shape on the bottom surface and the front surface according to the gradient. The part is deformed by the load from the upper part and the joint with the upper embankment becomes insufficient, and it is difficult to form a slope with sufficient strength. As an improvement method, in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 3-51423, a flexible plastic net is laid on the ground surface, and after embankment in a mold made of the mesh member, the plastic net is wrapped so as to wrap the mold. The way to return is shown. However, this method is both uneconomical because it requires both a plastic net and a plastic net.

According to the present invention, a trapezoidal box formwork is placed at a slope forming position on a mesh structure or sheet laid on the ground, and the trapezoidal box formwork is placed until a predetermined height is reached. After putting the soil into the box-shaped formwork and rolling it, the formwork is removed and the formed soil block is rewound so as to be wrapped with the mesh structure or sheet. There is provided a method for forming a slope, which is characterized by pressing the soil block to the same level as the upper surface of the soil block and repeating the above operation until the required height is reached. That is, instead of sandbags or the like on the sloped surface, a tightly closed soil block is used which is formed by inserting soil into a box-shaped frame, rolling it, and then removing the die.

In the method of the present invention, the same applies to either the mesh structure or the sheet, but the case of using the mesh structure will be described. As shown in FIG. 1, a mesh structure 2 is laid on the ground surface 1 in advance, and a trapezoidal box-shaped form 3 for soil block formation is arranged at the slope position (step 1). Trapezoidal box form 3
As shown in Fig. 2, is a trapezoidal formwork in which steel plates are lined inside a frame made of shaped steel, the front and rear surfaces have the same slope as the slope, and the left and right surfaces are vertical surfaces. A hoisting ring 4 is provided. The soil is put into the formwork, and the compaction is performed by the compaction machine until a predetermined height is reached (procedure 2).
The mold is extracted using a crane, and the soil block 5 is formed on the mesh structure 2. In this way the soil block 5
Are provided along the slope forming line. The gap between the left and right soil blocks is applied to the slope side and the back side to fill the soil, and compacted by rolling. In the case of viscous soil, a mold release synthetic resin sheet may be attached to the inner surface of the mold to facilitate the separation of the mold from the soil block.

Next, the back of the soil block is also filled and compacted.
When this embankment and compaction are performed, it may be at the same level as the embankment block surface, but in order to firmly hold the mesh structure in the ground, it is preferable to provide the step portion 6 lower than the embankment block surface. . Next, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the mesh structure 2 is wound so as to wrap the embankment block 5 so that the front edge portion thereof is laid on the step portion,
Temporarily fix it with a U-shaped pile, etc. (Step 3). Next, as shown in FIG. 6, embankment and rolling are performed also behind the soil block to form the ground at the same level as the soil block surface (procedure 4). The following mesh structure is laid on this newly formed ground surface, and the above operation is repeated to create a ground surface having a slope with a required height as shown in FIG. 7. In order to drain the embankment, an appropriate drainage material for drainage may be laid on the ground surface with one end open on the slope to perform the above operation.

According to the method of the present invention, embankment is carried out in a rigid mold and the compaction is sufficiently repeated to compact the soil sufficiently.
In addition, a soil block forming a slope without unevenness can be obtained.
Furthermore, a step portion is provided at the rear of the soil block, and the mesh structure is laid in a loosely stretched state for temporary fixing and embankment, so that the mesh structure has a soil block slope portion and a step portion,
Since the earth pressure is applied to the ground and is firmly fixed to the ground by receiving the earth pressure from the upper and side portions, the length of the mesh contacting the ground can be shortened. In addition, since the net is pressed against the soil block toward the step portion by the embankment work and the net in the soil block portion is pulled backward, the soil block can be wound in a wrinkle-free state.
