Abstract

(57)【要約】 【目的】 乗り物などの窓に取り付けられている従来の
ワイパーは円弧状に移動するため長方形の窓の全面を拭
くことができない。本発明のワイパーは水平方向のみに
移動するようにし、長方形の窓でも全面を拭くことがで
きるようにしたものである。 【構成】 本発明のワイパーは図１において、Ｗ１のＡ
点がＳを中心にして回転しても受動部分Ｗ２が水平方向
のみに移動するように構成されている。すなわち、Ｗ１
の円弧運動に同期させてＷ１自体の長さを変えて、つね
に垂直になつているＷ２を水平方向のみに移動するよう
に構成されている。

Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 この発明は乗り物などの窓に取り付けられているワイパ
ーを水平移動させ、窓の全面を拭くことができるように
したものである。従来のワイパーは円弧の帯状に窓を拭
くので、長方形の窓では図２の斜線部に示すような拭き
残し部分がある。拭き残し部分がない方が良いことは安
全上の観点から明らかである。本発明は、図１において
常に垂直に保たれているＷ２を，Ｗ１の円弧移動に同期
させてＷ１自体の長さを伸縮させ，Ｗ２を水平方向のみ
の往復運動に変えることで窓の全面を拭くことができる
ようにしたものである。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】 図１において、Ｗ１が支点Ｓを中心とし
    て円弧状に往復運動するとき、Ｗ２が水平移動のみを行
    なうようにＷ１が伸縮するように構成されたワイパー。
