Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 （産業上の利用分野） 本考案はベッドの側面フレームに関するものである。
（従来の技術及びその課題） 従来、ベッドの側面フレームの多くは例えば第３図や第
４図に示すように、型鋼や角型鋼パイプ等のフレーム部
材ａを、その平面部ｂをベッドｃの外側に向けるように
配設して構成しており、かかる側面フレームを飾るため
に塗装を行ったり、木目等を表わした化粧板ｄを取り付
けたりしている。
化粧板ｄは取り付ける場合、上記のフレーム部材ａは平
面部ｂをベッドｃの外側に向けるように配設した構成で
あるから、化粧板ｄをこれに直接にねじｅにより取り付
けるのは構造上無理があり、そのため従来は、適宜の取
付金具ｆを介して取り付けることが多い。即ち、従来は
まず化粧板ｄに取付金具ｆをねじｅにより取り付け、次
いでこの取付金具ｆをボルトｇ等によりフレーム部材ａ
に取り付けている。
このため化粧板ｄの取り付けが比較的面倒で、取付金具
ｆも必要であることからコスト高となっていた。
本考案は以上の課題を解決することを目的とするもので
ある。
（課題を解決するための手段） 前述した課題を解決するための本考案の構成を、実施例
を表わした第１図〜第２図を参照して説明すると、本考
案のベッドの側面フレームは、溝形部１の開口部２の縁
３の両側に外向きフランジ部４ａ，４ｂを形成したフレ
ーム部材５を、該開口側２がベッド６の外側となるよう
に配設すると共に、化粧板７の裏面側に、前記夫々の外
向きフランジ部４ａ，４ｂに対応する嵌合溝８ａ，８ｂ
を対向して形成し、該嵌合溝８ａ，８ｂを、前記フレー
ム部材５の対応する夫々のフランジ部４ａ，４ｂに長手
方向の端部から嵌合することにより、該フレーム部材５
の開口２側に、前記外向きフランジ部４ａ，４ｂをもっ
て前記化粧板７を取り付けたことを特徴とするものであ
る。
（作用及び実施例） 上記の構成に於いて、化粧板７の裏面側に、夫々の外向
きフランジ部４ａ，４ｂに対応する嵌合溝８ａ，８ｂを
対向して形成し、この嵌合溝８ａ，８ｂを、フレーム部
材５の対応する夫々の外向きフランジ部４ａ，４ｂに長
手方向の端部から嵌合すれば、化粧板７は該嵌合溝８
ａ，８ｂと外向きフランジ部４ａ，４ｂの嵌合により固
定状態となり、こうして化粧板７を極めて容易な作業に
よりフレーム部材５に取り付けて側面フレームの装飾を
行うことができる。このように、単なる板体の化粧板７
であっても、フレーム部材５の開口側２に外向きフラン
ジ部４ａ，４ｂをもって容易に取り付けることができ
る。
上記嵌合溝８ａ，８ｂを形成した化粧板７は、合成樹脂
の押出加工等により、例えば第２図（ａ），（ｂ）に示
すように形状等の種々のものを容易に構成することがで
きると共に、外向きフランジ部を形成したフレーム部材
５も押出加工等により容易に構成することができるか
ら、本考案の側面フレームは製作コストも低い。
なお、第１図に於いて、符号１０はベッド６の両側の側
面フレームを結合する結合フレーム、１１は脚である
が、これらのベッドフレームの構成、並びにこれらによ
り支持する床板の構成等は適宜である。
（考案の効果） 本考案は以上の通り、溝形部の開口側の縁の両側に外向
きフランジ部を形成したフレーム部材を、該開口側がベ
ッドの外側となるように配設し、該フレーム部材の開口
側に於いて、前記外向きフランジ部と化粧板の嵌合溝を
嵌合させて、該化粧板を取り付ける構成であるので、種
々の形状等の化粧板を、容易且つ堅牢に、そして低コス
トで側面フレームに取り付けることができるという効果
がある。

第１図は本考案の側面フレームの一例を表わした説明的
斜視図、第２図（ａ），（ｂ）は、本考案の側面フレー
ムの要部拡大説明的断面図である。第３図は、従来例の
説明的斜視図、第４図（ａ），（ｂ）、（ｃ）は、従来
例の要部拡大説明的断面図である。 符号１……溝形部、２……開口側、３……縁、４ａ，４
ｂ……外向きフランジ部、５……フレーム部材、６……
ベッド、７……化粧板、８ａ，８ｂ……嵌合溝、１０…
…結合フレーム、１１……脚。

  1. 【請求項１】溝形部の開口側の縁の両側に外向きフラン
    ジ部を形成したフレーム部材を、該開口側がベッドの外
    側となるように配設すると共に、化粧板の裏面側に、前
    記夫々の外向きフランジ部に対応する嵌合溝を対向して
    形成し、該嵌合溝を、前記フレーム部材の対応する夫々
    のフランジ部に長手方向の端部から嵌合することによ
    り、該フレーム部材の開口側に、前記外向きフランジ部
    をもって前記化粧板を取り付けたことを特徴とするベッ
    ドの側面フレーム
