ブの洗浄作業の労力を軽減せしめる。 【構成】 タンク本体１内に設けた洗浄用スプレー装置
２に連結する洗浄液供給管３に一端を連通させる分岐管
４を設け、タンク本体１に取付けたサンプリングバルブ
５において弁栓６がスプリング７の力によって密閉する
弁室８内へ洗浄液を流入させてその圧力により弁栓６を
開かせるように前記分岐管４の他端を弁室８内へ連通せ
しめる。

【考案の詳細な説明】

【産業上の利用分野】
本考案は、牛乳、ジュース、コーヒー等液状製品の連続殺菌装置などに組込ん で使用するタンク等に取付けたサンプリングバルブの洗浄機構に関する。

【従来の技術】
タンク内に収容した液状製品を抽出して検査等をなすために、タンクには一般 的にサンプリングバルブを設けているが、従来のサンプリングバルブで特に手動 によって操作するものは、洗浄する場合に分解しなければならず極めて面倒であ った。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
そこで本考案は、タンクに取付けたサンプリングバルブを分解することなく洗 浄できるようにして、サンプリングバルブの洗浄作業の労力を軽減せしめること を目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本考案は、上記目的を達成するために、タンク本体１内に設けた洗浄用スプレ ー装置２に連結する洗浄液供給管３に一端を連通させる分岐管４を設け、タンク 本体１に取付けたサンプリングバルブ５において弁栓６がスプリング７の力によ って密閉する弁室８内へ洗浄液を流入させてその圧力により弁栓６を開かせるよ うに前記分岐管４の他端を弁室８内へ連通せしめたものである。

【作用】
タンク本体１の内部を洗浄するために、洗浄用スプレー装置２に通じる洗浄液 供給管３に洗浄液を流すと、洗浄液の一部が分岐管４に流入し、更に分岐管４を 通ってサンプリングバルブ５の弁室８へ洗浄液が流入する。弁室８内の洗浄液の 圧力が増大してスプリング７の力より大きくなると弁栓６が押されて開くので、 弁室８からタンク本体１内へ洗浄液が入り込む。従って弁室８内を洗浄液が流れ ることによりサンプリングバルブ５の洗浄が行われる。

【実施例】
以下に本考案の一実施例を図面に基づき説明する。まず図１に示すように、タ ンク本体１の内部の天面には多数の洗浄液噴出孔９を穿設したボール状の洗浄用 スプレー装置２が吊設されていて、この洗浄用スプレー装置２には勿論洗浄液供 給管３が連結されている。一方、タンク本体１の底に近い側面の外部にはサンプ リングバルブ５が取付けられている。このサンプリングバルブ５は図２に示すよ うに、弁栓６の開閉によってタンク本体１と連通し又は密閉される弁室８を有し ている。この弁室８にはサンプリングするときに開口する抽出孔部１０を設けて 該抽出孔部１０に脱着自在なプラグ１１を取付けている。又、弁栓６と一体的な 弁棒１２の先端を外部へ貫出させてハンドル１３を取付け、このハンドル１３を スプリング７で外方へ押すことにより弁栓６が弁室８を密閉するようになってい る。サンプリングする場合は、プラグ１１を抜いて抽出孔部１０を開口し、次に ハンドル１３をスプリングに抗して内方へ押して弁栓６を開くことにより、タン ク本体１から液状製品を弁室８へ流入させ、更に抽出孔部１０を通して外部へ吐 出させることにより行う。そして、前記の洗浄用スプレー装置２に連結した洗浄 液供給管３に一端を連通させると共に他端をサンプリングバルブ５の弁室８に連 通させた分岐管４を設け、この分岐管４からサンプリングバルブ５の内部に洗浄 液を流してサンプリングバルブ５を洗浄するようにしている。尚、図中１４，１ ５，１６，１７はＯリングを、１８，１９，２０はクランプを、２１，２２はパ ッキンをそれぞれ示している。

【考案の効果】
本考案は上記の通りであり、分岐管４を設けることによって、タンク本体１を 洗浄するときに同時にサンプリングバルブ５も洗浄されるので、従来のようにサ ンプリングバルブを分解して洗浄するような面倒がなく、洗浄作業が格段に容易 化する効果がある。

  1. 【請求項１】 タンク本体１内に設けた洗浄用スプレー
    装置２に連結する洗浄液供給管３に一端を連通させる分
    岐管４を設け、タンク本体１に取付けたサンプリングバ
    ルブ５において弁栓６がスプリング７の力によって密閉
    する弁室８内へ洗浄液を流入させてその圧力により弁栓
    ６を開かせるように前記分岐管４の他端を弁室８内へ連
    通せしめたことを特徴とするサンプリングバルブ付きタ
    ンクにおけるサンプリングバルブの洗浄機構。
