【発明の詳細な説明】

【産業上の利用分野】本発明は、自動車のバンパーに係
り、特に、他の車輌との衝突を防止するのに有用なバン
パーに関する。

【従来の技術】従来、自動車のバンパーは、単に金属性
の衝撃吸収材料で構成されていた。
【０００３】
【発明が解決しようとする課題】上記、従来のバンパー
では、車輌同士の衝突の衝撃を吸収することはできる
が、衝突自体を防止することはできなかった。

【課題を解決するための手段】本発明は、上記課題を解
決するため、バンパーの外方に向けて、磁石の同種の極
を設けた衝突防止型バンパーとしたものである。

【作用】バンパーに設けた磁石同士が反発するので、自
動車の衝突を防止することができる。
【０００６】
【実施例】図１，２に、本発明の実施例を示す。本例で
は、磁石としてフェライト製のものを用いている。これ
はフェライトの場合、−５６℃まで磁石として用いるこ
とができるためである。通常の鉄の場合は−１３℃まで
しか使用できず寒冷地での使用に問題がある。また、本
例では、Ｎ極を外方に向けて設けてあるがこれは、Ｓ極
よりもＮ極を用いた方が強力になるためである。磁石と
しては、永久磁石だけでなく、電磁石を用いることもで
きるが、この場合、電気が切れた場合のバックアップ対
策を行う必要がある。なお、本発明は自動車のみでなく
電車その他にも適用可能である。

【発明の効果】本発明は、以上のように構成されている
ので、本発明に係るバンパーを装備した自動車は衝突が
防止されるという優れた効果を奏する。
