本考案はセメント質の補強層と多孔質断熱層と
耐水性装飾表層とを備えた建築用パネルに関する

このような建築用パネルはいずれも強度的に不充
分である。このため、断熱性に優れた発泡プラス
チツク板の片面にセメント類よりなる表層を形成
した複合パネルも提案されている。(例えば、実

(考案が解決しようとする問題点)
ところが、前記したような従来の建築用の複合
パネルでも表面強度や曲げ強度が不充分なうえ耐
水性にも乏しく、そのまま内装材や外装材として
使用しても耐久性に乏しいうえにセメント類より

耐水性及び断熱、耐火性に優れているうえに装飾
的にもすぐれており、しかも、壁面への施工を適
確容易に行えてそのまま建築物の内装材や外装材
として使用できる建築用パネルを目的として完成
されたもので、補強金が埋込まれた主板部の裏面
に周枠部を一体成形したセメント類よりなる浅箱
状のパネル主体の表面に耐水性装飾層を形成する
るとともに裏面の凹部に多孔質軽量芯板を一体に
埋設し、さらに、前記周枠部には前記補強金に基
端が固着された取付金具の先端を突出させたこと

もつて取付けるだけで優れた装飾効果を発揮する

部より突出させたので、強度的に優れており、長

体1にはその裏面の凹部2に多孔質軽量芯板5を
一体に埋設するとともに主板部1aの表面には耐
水性装飾層6を被着形成してある。なお、多孔質
軽量芯板5としてはロツクウール板やガラスウー
ル板、珪酸カルシウム板、泡ガラス成形板、軽石
類似発泡板などの無機質板であつても発泡合成樹
脂板などの有機質板であつてもよいが、無機質板
であると耐火性にも優れたものとなり、また、耐
水性装飾層6としてはポリウレタン系塗料などの
合成樹脂塗膜層のような塗膜であつても、タイル
や軽金属薄板などの貼付層であつてもよい。さら
に、浅箱状のパネル主体1の凹部2を同材よりな
る縦横の隔壁で区画されたものとしたり、この隔
壁にも取付金具4を取付けるようにしてもよく、
さらにまた、外装用として特に雨水の浸透し易い
場所で使用するものでは周枠部1bの表面や裏面
の多孔質軽量芯板5にプラスチツク系の耐水被膜
を塗布形成したり、耐水セメントなどの吹きつけ

型を用意し、この型中へ装飾用タイルを敷き並べ
たうえ上記モルタル材料の一部を流し込み、その
上に880mm×880mmのメタルラス板の隅角部付近に

材を敷き、その上から残りのモルタル材料を流し
込み、次に、850mm×850mm×85mmの市販されてい
る撥水処理の施されたロツクウール板を木枠中の
モルタル材料の裏側中央に載せてモルタル材料が
側面の肩まで押し上げられるまでガラスウール板

の後加工を施すことなく充分な耐水性と装飾効果
を発揮するようにしたもので、壁面への取付けは
前記補強金に基端が固着されたものとして周枠部
より突出する取付金具で行われるので、施工が容
易なばかりか長期間にわたつてパネル主体の剥離
落下を防止でき、構造が簡単で安価に量産できる
利点と相俟ち、従来の建築用パネルの問題点を解
決したものとして実用的価値極めて大きなもので
