[Industrial Application Field] The present invention relates to a post-treatment surface treatment method for preventing adhesion that occurs when elastic bodies are stacked, and more specifically to a surface treatment liquid for the same. [Prior Art] Conventionally, when molded products made of rubber elastic bodies such as bearing seals or oil seals are stacked or packaged, they stick to each other and cause blocking, causing various problems in work. . For this reason, post-treatment to prevent adhesion is required, and countermeasures have been taken by applying a surface treatment liquid or chemically changing the surface with chemicals. [Problems to be solved by the invention] However, in the former method of applying a surface treatment liquid, the surface treatment liquid obtained by dissolving silicone oil and a surfactant in an organic solvent, or emulsion type silicone oil surface treatment. Even if the liquid is used more as an aesthetic treatment agent than as an anti-blocking agent, it is not only unable to sufficiently suppress the adhesive force, but also causes the surface of the elastic body to become wet due to the liquid components such as silicone oil, resulting in poor appearance. It had drawbacks such as causing defects. The latter type of chemical treatment chemically treats the surface, such as by halogenating the diene rubber, to lower the coefficient of friction and harden only the surface to prevent blocking. In order to obtain appropriate surface roughness and surface hardening, there remain very difficult problems in adjusting the chemical blend ratio and processing time, and it is also expensive, and the residual halogen can lead to rust in composite products containing metal. It had the following drawbacks. [Means for Solving the Problems] The present invention eliminates these drawbacks and provides a surface treatment liquid that is effective in preventing slipping and blocking and has good slipping properties. The surface treatment liquid in the present invention contains 0.1 to 10 parts by weight of low molecular weight previnyl ether with a melting point of 45 to 50°C,
This is a surface treatment liquid obtained by dissolving, dispersing, or emulsifying 10 to 1000 cs of dimethylsiloxane silicone oil in 0.1 to 10 parts by weight of a solvent. The low molecular weight ponovinyl ether used here can be specifically represented by the following general formula.

In general, polymer waxes such as polyethylene wax have a hard film and are advantageous against blocking, but their fluidity is poor even at temperatures above their softening point, making it extremely difficult to form a uniform film on the surface of vulcanized rubber. It is difficult and disadvantageous from an aesthetic point of view. On the other hand, solid paraffin waxes have high fluidity at temperatures above their melting point, which is advantageous for forming a uniform film on the surface of vulcanized rubber, but the film is soft and disadvantageous against blocking. However, the aforementioned low molecular weight polyvinyl ether has the same fluidity as solid paraffin at temperatures above its melting point, and can easily form a uniform film, and the film itself is very hard compared to solid paraffin. , very advantageous against blocking and good from an aesthetic point of view. By using a low molecular weight polyvinyl ether in this way, the disadvantages of polymers such as polyester wax and solid paraffin can be overcome, and the advantages can be achieved. Furthermore, by adding 10 to 10,000 cs of dimethylsiloxane-based silicone oil, smoothness is improved without impairing blocking resistance.
Water repellency and dustproof effects are also increased. As explained above, the present invention is a surface treatment liquid that uniformly forms a hard film that is advantageous for blocking resistance on the interface of stacked vulcanized rubber, and provides satisfactory blocking resistance and slipperiness. . Next, examples will be shown. [Example 1] 1 part of low molecular weight polyvinyl ether (Hoechst Wax V: manufactured by Hoechst) and 0.5 part of silicone oil (KF96, 100cs, manufactured by Shin-Etsu Chemical) were heated to 60°C, and Freon 113 (Daiflon S3, (manufactured by Daikin Industries): 100 parts was added and dispersed with a disperser to prepare a surface treatment liquid. (Specifically, the Hoechstowax V mentioned above is polyvinyl ether of octadecyl alcohol.) 1000 pieces of each of 10 different sizes of vulcanized rubber were prepared and mixed in the proportions shown above. The surface treatment solution obtained was dipping, dried and cured at 70°C for 5 minutes. In addition to stacking 100 of these pieces, we also prepared 1000 pieces of vulcanized rubber that had not been treated with a surface treatment solution, stacked them in the same way, and left them in an atmosphere at 40°C for 7 days, then observed the blocking state. did. As a result of observation, no blocking was observed in the vulcanized rubber pieces treated with the surface treatment liquid of the present invention, and they remained in good condition and had excellent sliding properties. However, a piece of vulcanized rubber without surface treatment liquid is 100%
Blocking occurred almost all over the sheets, and an average of 53 sheets had such a degree of blocking that it was difficult to remove them. [Effects of the Invention] As described above, the surface treatment liquid according to the present invention eliminates the stickiness peculiar to rubber elastic bodies by simply applying it to the rubber surface, reliably prevents blocking, and improves the sliding property. The objective is to provide an ideal surface treatment solution that not only improves the surface appearance but also contributes to improving the appearance. It goes without saying that this surface treatment liquid is not limited to bearing seals and oil seals, but can be widely applied to products made of rubber elastic bodies where blocking is a problem.
