[Industrial Application Field] The present invention relates to a post-treatment surface treatment method for preventing adhesion that occurs when elastic bodies are stacked, etc.
More specifically, it relates to a surface treatment liquid. [Prior Art] Conventionally, molded products made of elastic materials such as bearing seals or oil seals have caused various problems in work because when stacked or packaged, they stick to each other and cause blocking. . For this reason, post-treatment to prevent adhesion is required, and countermeasures have been taken by applying a surface treatment liquid or chemically changing the surface with chemicals. [Problems to be solved by the invention] However, in the former method of applying a surface treatment liquid, the surface treatment liquid obtained by dissolving silicone oil, surfactant, etc. in an organic solvent or emulsion type silicone oil surface treatment. Although the liquid is more effective as an aesthetic treatment agent than as an anti-blocking agent, it is not only unable to sufficiently suppress the adhesive force, but also causes the surface of the elastic body to leak due to liquid components such as silicone oil, resulting in poor appearance. There were drawbacks such as causing The latter type of chemical treatment chemically treats the surface, such as by halogenating diene rubber, to lower the coefficient of friction and harden only the surface to prevent blocking. In order to obtain the desired surface roughness and surface hardening, there remain very difficult problems in adjusting the chemical blend ratio and processing time, and it is also expensive, and there are many drawbacks such as the residual halogen that can lead to rust in composite products containing metal. It had [Means for Solving the Problems] The present invention eliminates these drawbacks and provides a surface treatment liquid that is effective as a countermeasure against slippage and blocking. As a result of intensive research to overcome the above-mentioned conventional drawbacks, the present inventor has discovered that by dispersing and mixing an aqueous ionomer dispersion into an emulsion-type silicone surface treatment liquid, the blocking effect of the elastic body can be sufficiently improved. It has been found that this does not impair the appearance of the molded product. In the present invention, the particle size of the ionomer in the surface treatment solution is preferably a straight spherical aqueous dispersion with a particle size of 0.5 μm or less, preferably 0.2 μm or less. Particle size is 0.5μ
If it exceeds this range, the appearance of the molded product will be impaired and the coating will not be uniform. In addition, the concentration of ionomer is 0.1~
5 parts by weight, preferably 0.5 to 2.0 parts by weight. If it is less than 0.1 part by weight, the anti-blocking effect of the molded product will be significantly reduced, and if it exceeds 5.0 parts by weight, uniform application will not be possible, resulting in poor appearance. [Function] In the present invention, the surface treatment liquid may be applied by dipping or spraying, and the drying method may be natural drying or forced drying by heating, air blowing, etc. Well, there are no particular limitations. As described above, the present invention forms a uniform non-adhesive solid layer at the interface between stacked elastic bodies, fully exhibits the anti-blocking effect, and provides an ideal surface that provides a molded product with a good appearance. It is a processing liquid. Next, examples will be shown. [Example] Using an emulsion-type silicone-based surface treatment liquid (KM742, KF-96, 100CS manufactured by Shin-Etsu Chemical Co., Ltd., silicone oil concentration 28%), the silicone oil concentration in the surface treatment liquid was set to 0.5 parts by weight. As shown in Table 1, an aqueous ionomer dispersion (Chemipearl manufactured by Mitsui Petrochemical Co., Ltd., ionomer concentration 26%) was added to the treatment solution so that the ionomer concentration was 1.0 parts by weight. Prepare 1,000 vulcanized rubber pieces of 10 types of different sizes, and dip them with 3 types of surface treatment liquids with different particle sizes obtained by mixing them in the proportions shown above. It was allowed to dry and harden for 10 minutes. In addition to stacking 100 pieces of vulcanized rubber, prepare 1000 pieces of vulcanized rubber that have been treated with a conventional surface treatment solution. I observed the condition. As a result of observation, no blocking was observed in the vulcanized rubber pieces treated with the surface treatment liquid of the present invention, and they remained in good condition and had excellent sliding properties. However, out of 100 pieces of vulcanized rubber treated with conventional surface treatment liquid, blocking occurred almost all over, and the average
90 sheets had a high degree of blocking and were difficult to remove. This was tabulated as follows.

As described above, the surface treatment liquid according to the present invention eliminates the stickiness peculiar to rubber elastic bodies by simply applying it to the rubber surface, reliably prevents blocking, improves sliding properties, and improves the appearance. This provides an ideal surface treatment solution that also contributes to improvement. It goes without saying that this surface treatment liquid is not limited to bearing seals and oil seals, but can be widely applied to products made of rubber elastic bodies where blocking is a problem.
