。Conventionally, molded products made of elastic materials, such as bearing seals or oil seals, have caused problems when stacked or packaged because they adhere to each other and cause blocking. For this reason, post-treatment to prevent adhesion is required, and countermeasures have been taken by applying a surface treatment liquid or chemically changing the surface with chemicals.

。However, in the former method of applying a surface treatment liquid, the surface treatment liquid obtained by dissolving silicone oil and a surfactant in an organic solvent, or the emulsion-type silicone oil-based surface treatment liquid, is used more as an aesthetic treatment than as an anti-blocking agent. Although they are effective as agents, they not only cannot sufficiently suppress the adhesive force, but also have the disadvantage that the surface of the elastic body leaks due to liquid components such as silicone oil, causing poor appearance. The latter type of chemical treatment chemically treats the surface, such as by halogenating the diene thread rubber, to lower the friction coefficient and harden only the surface to prevent blocking. In order to obtain the desired surface roughness and surface hardening, there remain very difficult problems in adjusting the chemical blend ratio and processing time, and it is also expensive, and there are many drawbacks such as the residual halogen that can lead to rust in composite products containing metal. It had

Add and dissolve 0.5 to 5.0 parts by weight (preferably 1.5 to 3.0 parts by weight to exhibit optimal blocking resistance) of a salt-based anionic surfactant. At that time, it may be slightly heated. [Operation] The surfactant is solid at room temperature and has a slippery property, but does not have a clear melting point like n-paraffin waxes. , no change in the state of the substance is observed even at high temperatures. Therefore, it exhibits lubricity even at high temperatures, and satisfactorily anti-blocking properties can be obtained. In addition, for vulcanized rubber having polar groups, this surfactant is suitable for sulfate groups (-3O3
M and M are metal salts) and have hydrophilicity, that is, strong polarity, so they have excellent adsorption to surfaces.

状態がさらに安定となり、処理液の管理が容易となる。Furthermore, since the concentration used in this treatment liquid is at least the Sissel limit concentration of the surfactant, it is sufficient to lower the surface tension of the emulsion. Therefore, the contact angle on the surface of the vulcanized comb becomes small, and it spreads easily over the rubber surface, making it easy to apply by dipping. In addition, the n-paraffin and silicone emulsions used in this treatment liquid are oil-in-water type (0/W type) in which oil particles are dispersed in water.
The addition of this surfactant makes this emulsified state more stable, making it easier to manage the processing solution.
さらにこの種の界面活性剤は生物分解が容易である。Furthermore, this type of surfactant is easily biodegradable.

Blocking did not occur in any of the vulcanized rubber pieces that had been treated with the surface treatment liquid, and blocking was observed in almost all of the untreated vulcanized rubber pieces, with blocking being particularly noticeable in half of the blocks.
