Conventionally, molded products made of elastic materials, such as bearing seals or oil seals, have caused various problems when stacked or packaged because they adhere to each other and cause blocking. For this reason, post-treatment to prevent adhesion is required, and countermeasures have been taken by applying a surface treatment liquid or chemically changing the surface with chemicals.

However, in the former method of applying surface treatment liquids, surface treatment liquids obtained by dissolving silicone oil and surfactants in organic solvents, or emulsion-type silicone oil-based surface treatment liquids are used more as aesthetic treatments than as anti-blocking agents. Even if they were effective as agents, they had drawbacks such as not only being unable to sufficiently suppress the adhesive force, but also causing the surface of the elastic body to leak due to liquid components such as silicone oil, causing poor appearance. The latter type of chemical treatment chemically treats the surface, such as by halogenating diene rubber, to lower the coefficient of friction and harden only the surface to prevent blocking. In order to obtain the desired surface roughness and surface hardening, there remain very difficult problems in adjusting the chemical blend ratio and processing time, and it is also expensive, and there are many drawbacks such as the residual halogen that can lead to rust in composite products containing metal. It had

Although the surfactant is solid at room temperature and has lubricity, it does not have a sharp melting point like n-paraffin waxes, and changes in the state of the substance are observed even at high temperatures. do not have. Therefore, it exhibits lubricity even at high temperatures and provides satisfactory blocking resistance. In addition, for hot-flow rubbers that have polar groups, this surfactant has a sulfuric acid group (-SO3M, M is a metal salt), and has hydrophilicity, that is, strong polarity, so it has good adsorption to the surface. It is excellent. Furthermore, since the concentration used in this treatment liquid is at least the Sissel limit concentration of the surfactant, it is sufficient to reduce the surface tension of the emulsion. Therefore, the contact angle on the surface of the hot-flow rubber becomes small, and it spreads easily over the rubber surface, making it easy to apply by dipping. In addition, the n-paraffin and silicone emulsions used in this treatment liquid are oil-in-water (O/W) emulsions in which oil particles are dispersed in water.
The addition of this surfactant makes this emulsified state more stable, making it easier to manage the processing solution. Furthermore, this type of surfactant is easily biodegradable.

Blocking resistance when stacked and left in an atmosphere at 40°C for 7 days showed that none of the blocks treated with the surface treatment solution of the present invention showed any blocking, and the untreated rubber pieces showed no blocking. Blocking was observed in almost all of the flow rubber pieces, and blocking was particularly noticeable in half of the pieces.
