The present invention relates to a post-treatment surface treatment method for preventing adhesion that occurs when elastic bodies are stacked, and more specifically to a surface treatment liquid. Conventionally, when molded products made of elastic materials such as bearing seals or oil seals are piled up or packaged, they stick to each other and cause blocking, which requires post-treatment to prevent adhesion. As a countermeasure, surface treatment liquid has been applied. This was dealt with by coating the surface or chemically changing the surface with chemicals. However, the former surface treatment liquid obtained by dissolving silicone oil, surfactant, etc. in Freonsolvent is more effective as an aesthetic treatment agent than as an antiblocking agent, and cannot sufficiently suppress the adhesive force. There were flaws. The latter type of chemical treatment chemically treats the surface, such as by halogenating diene rubber, to reduce the coefficient of friction and prevent blocking, but it is difficult to achieve the desired surface roughness. In order to obtain this method, there remained many difficult problems in adjusting the proportion of chemicals to be mixed and the processing time, and it also had many disadvantages that were not common, such as being expensive. The present invention eliminates these drawbacks and provides a surface treatment liquid that is effective in suppressing the coefficient of friction and preventing slippage and blocking. The present invention is a surface treatment liquid that is applied to a molded article made of an elastic body to prevent blocking phenomenon or slip failure that occurs when the molded articles are stacked on top of each other. Using silicone oils with different viscosities, add 0.5% or more of the silicone oil to Freon solvent.
This is a surface treatment liquid in which a base treatment liquid is synthesized by mixing in a solution concentration range of 2%, and paraffin-based or ethylene-based wax is mixed and dispersed in the base treatment liquid to a concentration of 0.1 to 0.5 weight percent. . Furthermore, add 0.05 to 1.0 of a metal soap (generally potassium stearate, sodium stearate, calcium stearate, etc.) to the surface treatment liquid.
It may be a configuration in which they are mixed and dispersed so as to have a weight percent concentration. When this surface treatment liquid is applied or dipped onto the surface of an elastic body, the freon solvent in the surface treatment liquid evaporates, leaving silicone oil, wax, and, if desired, metal soap on the surface. The surface condition is such that silicone oil forms a thin film layer on which wax particles and metal soap particles are uniformly adhered. In other words, when silicone oil was conventionally used as a surface treatment liquid, it would protrude from the contact area due to overlapping, resulting in no lubrication, or the amount would be unevenly distributed, causing adhesion due to surface tension, but silicone oil Wax particles or metal soap particles appear on the thin film, so even if there is strong overlapping, these particles will exert a colloid effect and greatly reduce the contact area and friction coefficient of the contact area. The mixture prevents the liquid from shifting when applied and forms a uniform film layer.Furthermore, when dispersing metal soap, the metal soap has a high melting point, so a surface treatment liquid containing it can be used. Even when subjected to heat treatment, it exhibits a sufficient anti-blocking effect for a long period of time without being denatured, making it possible to achieve good slipperiness and reliable anti-blocking.
