[Industrial Field of Application] The present invention relates to semisolid compositions. The semisolid composition of the present invention is suitably used as a base for dermatological ointments and cosmetic creams. [Prior Art] Mixtures of low-molecular-weight cyclic silicones such as octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane and oils and fats such as vaseline have been known as semi-solid compositions such as bases for ointments and creams (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 1983-1993). -145212 and Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 60-228405). Although these bases have improved the disadvantages of oils and fats, such as stickiness and high viscosity that cause them to be applied thickly, the low molecular weight cyclic silicone does not have sufficient volatility, so when applied to the skin, It takes several minutes to several hours to volatilize, and it has the drawback of leaving behind a slippery or slimy feel that is characteristic of silicone. [Problems to be Solved by the Invention] An object of the present invention is to solve the above-mentioned problem of volatility of low-molecular-weight cyclic silicones, and to provide a semisolid composition useful as a base for ointments and creams that has an excellent feeling of use. Our goal is to provide the following. [Means for Solving the Problems] The above objects of the present invention are achieved by the semi-solid composition of the present invention having the following constitution. 1. A semi-solid composition comprising a semi-solid fat and oil and a low molecular weight cyclic silicone, further comprising a fine powder that does not substantially absorb the low molecular weight cyclic silicone and is uniformly dispersed therein. 2. The semi-solid composition according to item 1, wherein the low molecular weight cyclic silicone is octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane, decamethylcyclopentasiloxane, or a mixture thereof. 3. The semi-solid composition according to item 1 or 2, wherein the fine powder is a fine powder of polyethylene, polystyrene, crosslinked polystyrene, nylon or acrylic resin. 4. The semi-solid composition according to any one of Items 1 to 3, which contains a gelling agent. 5 Gelling agent is dextrin fatty acid ester,
A fourth compound consisting of one or more of sucrose fatty acid ester, cellulose derivative, and phospholipid.
The semi-solid composition described in section. As described above, the present invention is a semi-solid composition containing a semi-solid fat and oil and a low-molecular-weight cyclic silicone, in which fine powder that does not substantially absorb the low-molecular-weight cyclic silicone is uniformly dispersed therein. The fat used in the present invention is not particularly limited, but it is preferably a semi-solid fat that is a mixture of a fat that is solid at room temperature and a fat that is liquid. Examples of fats and oils that are solid at room temperature include petrolatum, lanolin, lanolin derivatives, plastibase (trade name), waxes (e.g. microcrystalline wax, bees wax), solid paraffin, hydrogenated oils, higher alcohols (e.g. cetanol, stearyl alcohol). ),cholesterol,
Examples include cholesterol derivatives. Examples of fats and oils that are liquid at room temperature include liquid paraffin, higher fatty acid esters (e.g., isopropyl myristate, octyldodecyl myristate, isopropyl palmitate, etc.), higher alcohols (e.g., octanol, hexyldecanol, octyldodecanol, etc.), and vegetable oils. (for example, camellia oil, olive oil, castor oil, etc.), squalane, etc. The fat content is 20 to 90% (weight percent, same hereinafter) of the total composition, preferably 30 to 70% solid fat and 70 to 30% liquid fat. The low-molecular-weight cyclic silicone used in the present invention is a solvent for semi-solid oil and fat, and is octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane, decamethylcyclopentasiloxane, or a mixture thereof (for example, manufactured by Toray Silicone Co., Ltd., SH-344, DC -345) is preferred, and its blending amount is 5 to 90% of the total composition amount,
Preferably it is 10-40%. The fine powder used in the present invention is required to not substantially absorb low molecular weight cyclic silicone. If the fine powder absorbs low-molecular-weight cyclic silicone and swells,
This is because the smooth feel characteristic of fine powder is lost, and the addition of fine powder reduces rather than increases the volatility of silicone, making it impossible to achieve the object of the present invention. Examples include fine powders of polyethylene, polystyrene, crosslinked polystyrene, nylon, acrylic resin, etc., preferably those with an average particle size of 500 μm or less, more preferably 100 to 400 μm,
More preferably, the thickness is 10 to 50 μm. It is also desirable to have water resistance and oil resistance. In the present invention, by adding an appropriate gelling agent to the composition consisting of the oil and fat and low-molecular-weight cyclic silicone to form a lipogel, precipitation of the oil and fat at low temperatures is suppressed, and the ointment or cream feels even better when used. improves. Gelling agents include dextrin fatty acid ester, sucrose fatty acid ester,
Cellulose derivatives, phospholipids, etc. are used. Dextrin fatty acid ester is a dextrin in which a fatty acid having 12 to 18 carbon atoms is ester-bonded to a hydroxyl group, and most of the hydroxyl groups are esterified. For example Leopard KE, KL
(manufactured by Chiba Seifun Co., Ltd.) is suitable. Sucrose fatty acid ester is a product in which the hydroxyl group of sucrose is esterified with a fatty acid having 4 to 22 carbon atoms, and has an HLB of 1.
-2 (e.g. DK-ester F10, F20, manufactured by Daiichi Chemical Co., Ltd.), or those in which the remaining hydroxyl group is acetylated (e.g. DK-ester FA-
10E, manufactured by Daiichi Chemical Co., Ltd.) is used. As the cellulose derivative, oil-soluble ones such as ethylcellulose and ethylhydroxyethylcellulose are preferably used. As the phospholipid, soybean lecithin, egg yolk lecithin, and hydrogenated products thereof can be used. It does not need to be composed of only a single phospholipid, but may contain two or more types of phospholipids, and may contain components other than phospholipids (for example, soybean oil,
It may contain egg yolk oil), but the amount used is determined based on the amount of phospholipids it contains. The amount of gelling agent used is approximately 1 to 10% of the total composition amount.
However, it varies somewhat depending on the type. For example, in the case of dextrin fatty acid ester, 2 to 10%,
The amount of sucrose fatty acid ester is 1-10%, and the amount of cellulose derivative and phospholipid is 1-3%. These gelling agents can be used alone or in combination of two or more. When the semisolid composition of the present invention is produced as a cream base, a water-in-oil emulsion system is formed in which the external phase is an oil phase consisting of the semisolid oil and fat and low-molecular-weight cyclic silicone. Examples of the emulsifier used in this case include dimethylsiloxane/methyl(polyoxyalkylene)siloxane copolymer. In the present invention, desirable results can be obtained by further using an emulsifier consisting of a fatty acid ester of a polyhydric alcohol. Examples of such esters include glycerin monofatty acid esters and decaglycerin fatty acid esters, and esters in which the fatty acid is oleic acid are particularly preferred. When producing the semisolid composition of the present invention as a cream base, various humectants can be added to the aqueous phase. As such wetting agents, glycerin, glycols having 2 to 4 carbon atoms, polysaccharides, and polysaccharide derivatives are preferable, and glycerin is particularly suitable because of its high water retention capacity and non-irritant property, and cationized cellulose is Since it can be expected to combine with anionic surfactants in household detergents and alleviate their irritation, it is suitable for use in hand creams and the like. When producing a cream base, a stable water-in-oil type with a ratio of internal water phase to external oil phase of 1:2 to 2:1, preferably 2:3 to 2:1 is preferred. Obtained as an emulsion. It can be freely selected within this range depending on the purpose of use. The semi-solid composition of the present invention can be manufactured as follows. 1. Stir a mixture of solid fat and liquid fat (and gelling agent if necessary) at high temperature, preferably 75°C or higher to make a homogeneous liquid, then add preheated low-molecular cyclic silicone and stir. to disperse it evenly. Then cool while stirring. After cooling to a temperature of 40 to 60°C, fine resin powder is added and uniformly dispersed by stirring to obtain a semi-solid composition as an ointment base. 2. Stir a mixture of solid oil, liquid oil, and emulsifier (and gelling agent if necessary) at high temperature, preferably 75°C or higher to make a homogeneous liquid, then add low-molecular-weight cyclic silicone that has been heated in the same way. Stir well to make a homogeneous liquid. Thereafter, an aqueous phase previously heated to 75°C or higher is added to emulsify at a high temperature, preferably 75°C or higher. After emulsification, the water-in-oil emulsion base, i.e., a semi-solid composition as a cream base, is obtained by cooling to a temperature of 40 to 60°C with stirring, and then adding fine resin powder and uniformly dispersing it. can get. 3. Stir the mixture of solid oil and fat (and gelling agent if necessary) at high temperature, preferably 75°C or higher to make a homogeneous liquid, then add low-molecular cyclic silicone and fine resin powder to 75~ 85
Stir well at ℃. Then, by cooling to room temperature while stirring, a semisolid composition as an ointment base is obtained. In this case, care should be taken not to expose the raw materials to high temperatures of 85°C or higher for long periods of time. This is because, depending on the resin, the feeling of use without swelling may be impaired. 4. After stirring a mixture of solid oil, liquid oil, and emulsifier (and gelling agent if necessary) at a high temperature, preferably 75°C, to make a homogeneous liquid, low-molecular-weight cyclic silicone and fine resin powder may be added. Stir. Thereafter, while gradually adding an aqueous phase previously heated to 75°C or higher, the mixture is vigorously stirred and emulsified at 75 to 85°C. After emulsification, the mixture is cooled with gentle stirring to obtain a semi-solid composition as a water-in-oil emulsion base, that is, a cream base. Next, the present invention will be explained in more detail with reference to Examples and Test Examples. Example 1

In order to examine the usability of the composition of the present invention, the following tests were conducted. Four types of compositions, Compositions 6 and 9 of Example 2 and Comparative Compositions 1 and 2, were placed in 5 g narrow-mouth tubes, and a group for comparing Composition 6 and Comparative Composition 1 was designated as Group A (7 people). ), the group comparing Composition 9 and Comparative Composition 2 was designated as Group B (7 people), and each group was randomly assigned a number and distributed to volunteers. Two samples to be compared were applied for one day with an interval of two weeks or more, and the evaluations at that time were recorded on a data sheet. The order in which the samples were applied was randomized and designated in advance. The evaluation items are "oily feeling", "moist feeling", "stickiness", "slimy feeling", "resistance on the skin", "waxy feeling",
10 for "smell", "spreading", "workability" and "overall evaluation"
It was made into an item. The comparison results between Composition 6 and Comparative Composition 1 are shown in Figure 1 () (), and the comparison results between Composition 9, Comparative Composition 9, and Comparative Composition 2 are shown in Figure 2 (,).
It was shown to. For each item, 100 is the best rating, and 0
is the worst evaluation. As is clear from FIGS. 1 and 2, a remarkable improvement in the feeling of use was observed, especially in FIG. 1, which is a comparison of the ointment base. In the cream base, the effect of adding fine powder was confirmed in terms of stickiness, slimy feel, and soothing effect on the skin. [Effects of the Invention] The composition of the present invention, which contains a semi-solid oil and fat and a low-molecular-weight cyclic silicone, and in which fine powder that does not absorb the low-molecular-weight cyclic silicone is uniformly dispersed, can be used as a base for ointments and creams. When used as an agent, it does not have the slimy or slippery feel characteristic of silicone that remains when applied to the skin. Furthermore, the composition of the present invention has high water resistance, detergent resistance, and water retention ability. In the present invention, when a gelling agent is further added, precipitation of oil and fat components at low temperatures is prevented, and the feeling of use as a base is further improved. Therefore, the composition of the present invention is suitably used as a base for dermatological and cosmetic ointments and creams.
