Moreover, even if pre-coated paper, which is a printing paper coated with a resin, is used, physical properties such as abrasion resistance are insufficient.

The basis weight of the base paper for impregnated decorative paper is 23g/ m2.
~150g/m 2 , preferably 35g/m 2 ~100g/m 2
A pulp sheet mainly composed of pulp is preferred; if the basis weight is too low, the density of the paper is usually high;
If the basis weight is excessive, the physical and chemical properties will not be improved, and the amount of impregnating resin will be large, which is uneconomical. In addition, in order to improve impregnation performance, it is preferable that the material is porous, absorbent, and has high wet strength.
From the viewpoint of cosmetics, it is preferable to use a material that contains titanium oxide and/or other pigments and is white and opaque or colored and opaque.

Impregnation is carried out using one or more organic solvent solutions of these thermosetting synthetic resins (depending on the resin, there are also solutions dissolved with monomers such as styrene monomer, and aqueous solutions).

As the printing ink vehicle used for printing, resins with good impregnation properties such as melamine resin, acrylic resin, nitrocellulose, ethyl cellulose, cellulose acetate, cellulose acetate propionate, cellulose acetate butyrate, or polyvinyl butyral are used. Inks prepared using these vehicles are often used in known printing methods such as gravure printing, offset printing, clavier offset printing, lithographic offset printing, die-line printing, letterpress printing, intaglio printing, and jet printing. ,
Print by silk screen printing, electrostatic printing, etc. Alternatively, instead of directly printing using the above-described printing method, the image may be printed on the release surface of a release sheet to form a transfer sheet, and the transfer sheet may be used for transfer.

なり好ましくない。 The base material of the impregnated backer paper in the above is as follows:
Basis weight 80g/m 2 - 400g/m 2 , preferably 150g/m 2
A pulp sheet of ~350 g/m 2 is used. If the basis weight is too small, the thickness of the impregnated backer paper will be insufficient, so when it is attached to a substrate with an uneven surface, such as decorative sheet plywood, the unevenness of the substrate will affect the surface, resulting in an unsightly finish. Moreover, if the basis weight is too large, the entire decorative sheet becomes too thick and becomes inflexible, making it difficult to handle, which is undesirable.

る。(Top Coat) The decorative sheet of the present invention may further have a surface protective layer 6 formed on the outermost layer, if necessary. In the impregnated decorative paper 3, since a vehicle with good impregnation properties is used as the vehicle for the ink constituting the printed pattern 2, synthetic rubber,
Physical and chemical properties are ensured because the thermoplastic resin or thermosetting resin is coated, but a surface protective layer 6 is further formed on the surface in order to improve the physical and chemical properties. In order to constitute the surface protective layer 6 formed for this purpose, thermosetting resins such as acrylic urethane resin, aminoalkyd resin, polyurethane resin, epoxy resin, urea resin, or melamine resin may be used. is preferred, but other cellulose resins can also be used. The surface protective layer 6 is formed by applying a synthetic resin solution as described above by a known coating method such as gravure coating, roll coating, Meyer bar coating, air knife coating, spray coating, screen coating, or flow coating. Dry and heat cure if necessary. Considering curing and economic efficiency, a coating amount of about 2 to 30 g/m 2 (when dry) is applicable.

Gravure ink (Moroboshi Ink Co., Ltd.) using melamine resin and acrylic resin as vehicles.
A wood grain pattern was formed by printing in 3 colors using 3-color paper (manufactured by Suncolor). Thereafter, the mixture was impregnated with the following composition of 90 parts by weight of styrene-butadiene copolymer and 10 parts by weight of melamine resin (all values are calculated in terms of solid content) to an impregnation rate of 30% in terms of solid content, and dried. , Furthermore, polyurethane resin paint (manufactured by Moroboshi Ink Co., Ltd., UM) is applied to the wood grain pattern side.
No. 50) was gravure coated at 100 g/m 2 (when dry) to prepare impregnated decorative paper.
