Description

【0001】

[Industrial applications]
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a flexible embossed decorative sheet that enables processing following a complicated shape such as lapping or laminating.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, decorative sheets for wrapping that follow complex shapes such as skirting boards, picture frames, frames, etc., and decorative sheets that have the flexibility to be laminated into plywood and made into decorative boards are generally used in a wide range. ing.
[0003]
For example, as shown in FIG. 3, on a base paper (31), a pattern printing layer (32) and a mat (dull gloss) resin layer (34) are applied and dried, and a gloss ink layer (35) is formed. There is known a decorative sheet (30) used for lapping or the like, in which a matte ink layer (36) expresses design properties, and is made flexible by making the thickness of a base paper and each layer thin.
[0004]
However, in this decorative sheet (30), in order to obtain a decorative sheet having flexibility suitable for lapping or the like, a resin paint for forming a thick resin layer could not be applied. In other words, when the resin paint is applied and dried, it hardens and the whole decorative sheet becomes hard, so that it becomes difficult to follow the complicated shape of the adherend in lapping or the like. Therefore, since the resin coating is newly applied after the lapping, the cost is high. Further, when the resin layer is thinned by impregnating with a flexible resin that follows a complicated shape as in the case of lapping, (A) abrasion resistance is reduced, and (B) only shallow embossing is performed. There are problems such as the decorative sheet being broken during wrapping and poor design.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
That is, it has been difficult to obtain a decorative sheet that simultaneously satisfies the surface properties such as design, painting, abrasion resistance, solvent resistance, etc., flexibility according to the shape, embossing suitability, processing suitability, etc. by using the decorative sheet alone. For this reason, there has been a demand for an embossed decorative sheet which has a sense of thickness and is used for lapping or the like which follows a complicated shape. Therefore, the present invention provides a decorative sheet in which a resin printing layer is provided on a base paper to impregnate the resin into the base paper, and a resin layer is formed on the base paper to enable embossing or the like.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention provides a pattern printing layer (12) on a base paper (11), then applies a polyester resin having a molecular weight of 20,000 to 30,000, and dips and impregnates the base paper (11). And 30-40 g / m 2 on the base paper (11). Wherein a transparent or translucent impregnated resin layer (15) is provided, a conduit pattern (E) is embossed on the impregnated resin layer (15), and a conduit ink (13) is provided in the concave portion of the conduit. It is assumed that.
[0008]
[Action]
As described above, according to the embossed decorative sheet of the present invention, since the impregnated resin layer (15) is applied and impregnated on the surface, a feeling of painting is exhibited and the design is improved, and the resin layer is formed on the surface. Can be formed thick, so that deep embossing can be performed, resulting in abrasion resistance. Further, by using a polyester-based resin having a molecular weight of 20,000 to 30,000 as the impregnated resin layer (15), the sheet is flexible even if the resin layer is thick, and the decorative sheet has good follow-up ability to a complicated shape. It becomes.
[0009]
【Example】
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to examples.
FIG. 1 is an explanatory diagram of an embossed decorative sheet used for wrapping and the like in an example of the present invention. FIG. 2 is an explanatory diagram (a) of an embossing sheet for embossing a conduit pattern and an explanatory diagram (b) of a resin-impregnated sheet.
[0010]
As shown in FIG. 2A, as the base paper (11), a titanium paper having a basis weight of 80 g / m 2 (manufactured by Kishu Paper Co., Ltd.) was used, and a plurality of nitrified cotton inks (Toyo A wood pattern or the like is printed by a gravure printing method by Ink Manufacturing Co., Ltd.) to provide a pattern printing layer (12). Further, an impregnated resin layer (15) is provided on the entire surface to obtain a resin-impregnated sheet (10a). As the impregnated resin layer (15), a polyester resin having a molecular weight of 20,000 to 30,000 is applied. This resin dips and impregnates the base paper (11), and the impregnated resin layer (15) of 30 g to 40 g / m 2 is formed on the base paper (11), so that abrasion resistance and solvent resistance are generated.
[0011]
In this embodiment, in order to impart a design property to the surface of the resin-impregnated sheet (10a), a release pattern forming sheet (20) having a fine uneven pattern formed on one side is used. The embossing of (E) was performed. As shown in FIG. 2A, the imprint sheet (20) is provided with a polypropylene resin layer (22) on a thin paper support paper (21) having a basis weight of 30 g / m 2 , and A fine concave and convex pattern of a conduit pattern is formed thereon. The uneven pattern surface of the shaping sheet (20) and the surface of the impregnated resin layer (15) of the resin-impregnated sheet (10a) are overlapped, and the pressure is 2 to 5 kg / cm 2 at 140 ° C. for 1 minute. 15) After the conduit pattern (E) is formed on the surface, the conduit ink (13) is further provided in the concave portion of the formed conduit pattern (E) by a wiping method, thereby embossing as shown in FIG. A decorative sheet (10) is obtained.
[0012]
【The invention's effect】
The present invention having the above configuration has the following effects.
That is, since a transparent or translucent resin is applied and impregnated on the surface, a feeling of painting is exhibited and the design is excellent. Since the resin layer remaining without being impregnated on this surface is thick, a decorative sheet having excellent wear resistance can be obtained. Further, since the resin layer on the surface remains thick, a deep conduit pattern or the like can be embossed on the sheet surface, and the grain of wood gives a design feeling closer to that of real wood.
Furthermore, since the obtained embossed decorative sheet has flexibility even when the resin layer is thick, it is possible to wrap an adherend having a complicated shape such as a skirting board, a frame, a frame, and the like. It becomes a sheet with good followability to the shape.
