Abstract
Description
Claims (11)
- 1.配列されたマイクロレンズを支持する透明シートからなり、前記マイクロレ ンズの個々がスクリーンの面において一方向に長くなっていて、前記マイクロレ ンズの各々の中間領域がシリンドリカルレンズとして作用し、その端部領域が球 形レンズの部分として作用する、マイクロレンズスクリーン。
- 2.マイクロレンズの面において一方向に長くなっている孔を含む孔の配列を有 するマスクを介して、フォトポリマーのシートまたは層を露光し、これにより、 該フォトポリマーの選択的重合を行うことからなるマイクロレンズスクリーンを 作る方法。
- 3.マイクロレンズの配列を組み込んだ光拡散製品。
- 4.各マイクロレンズがシートの面の少なくとも一方の面において、それぞれの マイクロレンズのパワーに付加する表面レリーフ構成で終わるインテグラルな段 階的屈折率マイクロレンズの配列が形成されている透明なマテリアルのシート。
- 5.光を透過するベースマテリアルのシートを用意し、これの表面を形付けして 、マイクロレンズの配列を形成し、露光により屈折率が変化するフォトポリマー のような媒体を該ベースマテリアルにコーティングし、ついで、前記マイクロレ ンズを有する前記ベースマテリアルを介して、屈折率が変動する該媒体を露光し 、これによって、屈折率可変の媒体を介して、前記マイクロレンズにより作られ た前記露光光線の照度の地域的変化が前記媒体における屈折率に、対応する変化 を生じさせ、該ペースシートのそれぞれのマイクロレンズに光学的効果を付加す る、互いに整列した屈折率が段階的に変化するレγズ配列を前記媒体に作ること からなる光拡散マテリアルを作る方法。
- 6.屈折率が露光によって変化するフォトポリマーのような媒体のシートまたは 層を形成し、前記シートまたは層の一方の面を型成型またはエンボスしてマイク ロレンズ配列を形成し、前記型成型またはエンボスされた面を介して、前記媒体 のシートまたは層を露光し、これによって、前記型成型またはエンボスされた面 における屈折により作られる、可変屈折率媒体を介しての前記露光光線における 部分的な変動が前記媒体に、対応する屈折率の変動を生じさせ、これによって、 前記型成型またはエンボス加工による、それぞれのマイクロレンズ面に光学的効 果を付与する、互いに整列した段階的屈折率のレンズ配列を前記媒体に形成する 光拡散マテリアルを作る方法。
- 7.フォトポリマーまたは相当するモノマーをレーザー光線に選択的に露光する ことにより、特定のマイクロレンズスクリーンを製造する方法であり、該方法に おいては、四分の一波長板をレーザー光線源とフォトポリマーとの間に介在させ 、露光の間、四分の一波長板をその対向面に対し垂直な(即ち、速い軸と遅い軸 に対し垂直な)軸を中心として回転または回転状に振動させ、これにより、露光 の間、フォトポリマー内のレーザー光線の偏光を連続的に変化させ、該偏光によ るミクロの欠点をなくすもの。
- 8.透明な光重合性の段階的屈折率マテリアルの層からなるマイクロレンズスリ ーンを作る方法であり、該スクリーンにおけるマイクロレンズの配列は、段階的 屈折率レンズとして形成され、該方法は、前記フォトポリマーまたは相当するモ ノマーの層に、マイクロレンズの所望の配列に相当する変化する光パターンのイ メージをホログラフィックに形成することからなるもの。
- 9.光重合可能な物資の温度を、該物質の選択的重合露光の前に、関連するフォ トポリマーの軟化点近くに上昇させ、ついで、該物質を選択的に露光し、一方、 該物質を昇温温度に維持し、該物質の選択的重合を冷却または冷却させる前に昇 温温度で行うようにさせることからなる光重合可能な物質における、増強された 光学的パワーのマイクロレンズを作る方法。
- 10.下記の工程からなる光学極微構造体を製造する方法:支持基体に銀ハロゲ ン化物エマルジョン層からなる写真マテリアルを用意すること、 該写真マテリアルを所望の光耀パターンに露光させること、該マテリアルを処理 して、前記エマルジョン層に前記光輝パターンに相当するレリーフパターンを作 り、そして、前記光学極微構造体を形成する対応する、または、補完する表面レ リーフパターンを有する透明なグラステックスマテリアルのシートを製造するた めに、該レリーフパターンのエマルジョン面を、型成型、エンボス加工または類 似の技術により、マスターとして使用すること。
- 11.イメージスクリーン、感光性の面を設けるメンバー、前記スクリーンのそ れぞれの領域に並置された入り口端部と露出ゾーンのそれぞれの位置に配置され た出口端部とをそれぞれが有する複数の光ガイドに対し、露光ゾーンを介して対 面する面に垂直な方向へ該面を前進させる手段および感光性面が前記ゾーンを介 して前進するにつれて、前記スクリーンの前記領域それぞれを選択的に照射する 手段からなり、該面が前進するにつれ、複数の隣接する行において、前記感光性 デヴァイスを露光し、前記面に可視または見えないイメージを作る光学プリンテ ィングシステム。
