Abstract
Description
Claims (12)
- 1.光像を受取る運動可能の面と、 前記面の運動を測定して、この面の運動の参照信号を発生させる装置と、 前記面を走査するための少なくとも1つの走査光学ビームを発生させてタイミン グ参照信号を発生させる光学的結像装置と、 前記少なくとも1つの走査光学ビームを前記運動する面上に反射させるように配 置された位置決め可能のリレーミラーと、 前記面の運動の参照信号および前記タイミング参照信号の間の関係に応答し、前 記運動可能の面に対する前記光学的走査ビームの正しい配置を保証するように前 記ミラーを位置決めする位置決め装置と、 を含んでいる運動する面上に光学的に結像する装置。
- 2.前記運動可能の面がドラム状受光器であって、前記面の運動を測定する装置 が回転エンコーダーである請求の範囲第1項に記載された装置。
- 3.前記運動可能の面が受光面である請求の範囲第1項または第2項に記載され た装置。
- 4.前記運動可能の面が回転ドラムの面であって、前記面の運動の参照信号が、 そのタイミングが前記面の位置に関連する第1の電圧パルスを含むようになされ ている前掲請求の範囲の何れか1項に記載された装置。
- 5.前記面の参照信号が、その周波数が前記光学ビームが前記面を走査する速度 に実質的に等しい第2の電圧パルス信号列を含むようになされている請求の範囲 第4項に記載された装置。
- 6.前記少なくとも1つの走査光学ビームが順次前記面を走査し、前記タイミン グ参照信号がそれぞれの引続く走査に対する電圧パルスを含むようになされてい る前掲請求の範囲の何れか1項に記載された装置。
- 7.前記面が回転ドラムの面であり、 前記面の運動の参照信号が、そのタイミングが前記面の位置に関係するようにな された第1の電圧パルスを含み、 前記少なくとも1つの走査光学ビームが順次前記面を走査するようになされてい て、 前記タイミング参照信号がそれぞれの引続く走査に対する第2の電圧パルスを含 み、前記装置がまた、前記第1および第2の電圧パルスの間の時間差に実質的に 比例する信号を与える装置、 を含むようになされた請求の範囲第1項に記載された装置。
- 8.前記位置決め可能のミラーの角度位置を決定する装置を含むようになされて いる前掲請求の範囲の何れか1項に記載された装置。
- 9.前記位置決め装置が前記ミラーの角度位置を調節するようになされている請 求の範囲第8項に記載された装置。
- 10.前記角度位置を決定する装置がリニアー・ディスプレースメント・トラン スデューサーを含むようになされている請求の範囲第8項に記載された装置。
- 11.前記位置決め装置が前記面の運動の参照信号および前記タイミング信号の 間の関係に応答するような、前記リレーミラーに対する所望の角度位置に対応す る修正信号を発生する装置を含むようになされている請求の範囲第9項または第 10項に記載された装置。
- 12.前記位置決め装置がまた前記修正信号および前記ミラーの角度位置を比較 する装置を含むようになされている請求の範囲第9項から第11項までの何れか 1項に記載された装置。
