Description
Claims (35)
- 1.第一のコンテナー; 第一のコンテナーに接続された第二のコンテナー;第一のコンテナーと第二のコ ンテナーとの間にはさまれた機能的な生物医学的装置;および 機能的な生物医学的装置と第二のコンテナーとの間に配置された気体出口からな る生物学的液体加工系。
- 2.第一のコンテナーに配置されるかまたは第一のコンテナーと機能的な生物医 学的装置との間に配置された気体入口をさらに含む、請求項1記載の生物学的液 体加工系。
- 3.中に滅菌気体を有する第三のコンテナーをさらに含み、上記第三のコンテナ ーが機能的な生物医学的装置にバルブで接続された、請求項2記載の生物学的液 体加工系。
- 4.気体出口が、リクオフォービックな膜、リクオフィリックな膜、および少な くともひとつのリクオフォービックな層と少なくともひとつのリクオフィリック な層を有する多層膜からなるグループから選択される膜を有する、請求項1記載 の生物学的液体加工系。
- 5.気体入口が、リクオフォービックな膜、リクオフィリックな膜、および少な くともひとつのリクオフォービックな層と少なくともひとつのリクオフィリック な層を有する多層膜からなるグループから選択される膜を有する、請求項2記載 の生物学的液体加工系。
- 6.系が密閉された、滅菌血液加工系である、請求項1記載の生物学的液体加工 系。
- 7.加工される液体を受ける第一のコンテナー;導管を通して第一のコンテナー に接続された少なくとも一つの追加のコンテナー; 第一のコンテナーと上記追加のコンテナーとの間にはさまれた、生物学的液体を 処理する機能的な生物医学的装置;および(i)機能的な生物医学的装置の下流 で、追加のコンテナーの上流の導管、(ii)追加のコンテナーの壁、および( iii)上記追加のコンテナー上のポート部分の少なくともひとつの中に配置さ れ、下記生物学的液体加工系内の気体を、その中で加工される液体から分離でき る気体出口;からなる、密閉された、滅菌生物学的液体加工系。
- 8.機能的な生物医学的装置が白血球枯渇フィルターを有するものである、請求 項7記載の密閉された、滅菌生物学的液体加工系。
- 9.コンテナー; コンテナーに接続し、コンテナーと反対側の末端に接続器を有する導管;および 導管およびコンテナーのひとつの中に配置された気体入口;からなる、生物学的 液体加工系。
- 10.コンテナー; コンテナーに接続し、コンテナーと反対側の末端に接続器を有する導管;および 導管中に配置された気体出口; からなる、生物学的液体加工系。
- 11.気体を導管に入れるための気体入口をさらに含む、請求項10記載の生物 学的液体加工系。
- 12.コンテナー; コンテナーに接続している機能的な生物医学的装置;およびコンテナーと機能的 な生物医学的装置との間に配置された気体出口からなる、血液加工系。
- 13.コンテナー; コンテナーから血液を受けるために配置された機能的な生物医学的装置;機能的 な生物医学的装置から血液を受けるための導管;および導管中に配置された気体 出口; からなる、血液加工系。
- 14.上流末端から下流末端への液体流路を規定し、そして上流末端と下流末端 に接続器を有する機能的な生物医学的装置;および機能的な生物医学的装置の下 流末端に接続して流体を通す気体出口;からなる、生物学的液体投与アッセンブ リー。
- 15.機能的な生物医学的装置; 機能的な生物医学的装置に接続し、その上流部分に接続器を有する第一の導管; 機能的な生物医学的装置に接続し、その下流部分に接続器を有する第二の導管; および 第二の導管中に配置された気体出口; からなる、生物学的液体投与アッセンブリー。
- 16.第一の導管中に配置された気体入口をさらに含む、請求項15記載の生物 学的液体投与アッセンブリー。
- 17.空洞を規定し、そしてはめ合い接続器と係合するようにに配置された部分 を有するボデー; 気体を排気するために該空洞を横切って配置され、そして前記の接続器を係合し たとき貫通されるようにされた孔性膜;からなる、接続器。
- 18.膜が気体を通過させるものである、請求項17記載の接続器。
- 19.膜が、リクオフォービックな媒体、リクオフィリックな媒体す、およびリ クオフォービックな層とリクオフィリックな層を有する多層媒体からなるグルー プから選択される孔性媒体からなる、請求項18記載の接続器。
- 20.ボデーがハウジングおよびスリーブを有し、そして膜が該ハウジングの中 に配置されている、請求項17記載の接続器。
- 21.採取容器;および 該容器と協動的に配置され、開放と閉鎖の位置との間で制御可能な気体入口;か らなる、生物学的液体採取コンテナー。
- 22.気体入口が、圧縮された気体源に接続できる接続器を含む、請求項21記 載の生物学的液体採取コンテナー。
- 23.(a)ハウジング; (b)第一の側面と第二の側面を有し、該第一の側面が下記移送ラインに接続す るよう上記ハウジング内に配置された微孔性膜であって、下記送達系に移送され る液体により湿潤化されうる第一の微孔性膜;および(c)第一の微孔性膜の上 記第二の側面上に置かれ、気体を通過させることができる第二の微孔性膜からな り、上記第一の微孔性膜が液体により湿潤されない間は上記移送ラインから気体 を排気し、そして上記第一の微孔性膜が液体で飽和された場合には上記移送ライ ンをシールすることからなる、液体送達系の移送ラインから気体を放出するため の気体出口。
- 24.濾過される血液を含む折りたたみ可能な貯蔵所;濾過される血液を受ける ための受容コンテナー;上記折りたたみ可能な貯蔵所と上記受容コンテナーとの 間を接続する移送ライン; 上記貯蔵所と上記受容コンテナーとの間の上記移送ライン中に運ばれた上記血液 を濾過できるフィルター;および 上記フィルターの下流および上記コンテナーの上流の上記移送ラインに配置され 、 (a)ハウジング; (b)第一の側面と第二の側面を有し、該第一の側面が下記移送ラインに接続す るよう上記ハウジング内に配置された微孔性膜であって、下記送達系に移送され る液体により湿潤化されうる第一の微孔性膜;および(c)第一の微孔性膜の上 記第二の側面上に置かれ、気体を通過させることができる第二の微孔性膜からな り、上記第一の微孔性膜が液体により湿潤されない間は上記移送ラインから気体 を排気し、そして上記第一の微孔性膜が液体で飽和された場合には上記移送ライ ンをシールする、を含む上記気体出口; からなる、血液を濾過するための濾過系。
- 25.上記第一の微孔性膜および上記第二の微孔性膜が、ポリアミド、ポリビニ リデンジフルオライドおよびポリテトラフルオロエチレンからなるグループから 選択される重合物質からなる、請求項24記載の系。
- 26.上記第一の微孔性膜および上記第二の微孔性膜が、ポリビニリデンジフル オライドからなる、請求項24記載の系。
- 27.上記第一および上記第二の微孔性膜の孔径が約0.02ミクロンから約3 .0ミクロンの範囲である、請求項24記載の系。
- 28.折りたたみ可能な貯蔵器を折りたたむことにより、液体のカラムを上記貯 蔵器から液体送達系または移送系に排出し;上記折りたたみ可能な貯蔵所に十分 な圧力を保持することにより、液体のカラムが上記ラインを流れ、上記ライン内 の気体の先端を液体のカラムの前方の、上記ラインの末端に向けて押し、その結 果送達液体により湿潤可能な第一の微孔性膜および上記送達液体により湿潤され ない上記第二の微孔性膜を通って上記液体を通過させ;そして 第一の微孔性膜に液体カラムを接触することにより気体出口をシールし、そして 気体が通過するのを妨害する ことからなる、ブライミング方法。
- 29.移送される液体を含む折りたたみ可能な貯蔵器;移送される液体を受ける ための受容コンテナー;上記折りたたみ可能な貯蔵器と上記受容コンテナーとに 接続された移送ライン;および 上記フィルターの下流および上記コンテナーの上流の上記移送ラインに配置され 、 (a)ハウジング; (b)第一の側面と第二の側面を有し、該第一の側面が下記移送ラインに接続す るよう上記ハウジング内に配置された微孔性膜であって、下記送達系に移送され る液体により湿潤化されうる第一の微孔性膜;および(c)第一の微孔性膜の上 記第二の側面上に置かれ、気体を通過させることができる第二の微孔性膜からな り、上記第一の微孔性膜が液体により湿潤されない間は上記移送ラインから気体 を排気し、そして上記第一の微孔性膜が液体で飽和された場合には上記移送ライ ンをシールする、を含む上記気体出口; からなる、液体を移送するための密閉系。
- 30.上記第一の微孔性膜および上記第二の微孔性膜が、ポリアミド、ポリビニ リデンジフルオライドおよびポリテトラフルオロエチレンからなるグループから 選択される重合物質からなる、請求項29記載の系。
- 31.上記第一の微孔性膜および上記第二の微孔性膜が、ポリビニリデンジフル オライドからなる、請求項29記載の系。
- 32.上記第一および上記第二の微孔性膜の孔径が約0.02ミクロンから約3 .0ミクロンの範囲である、請求項29記載の系。
- 33.機能的な生物医学的装置を通して第一のコンテナーに生物学的液体を移送 し、そして 機能的な生物医学的装置下流から気体出口を通して生物学的液体の前方の気体を 排気する ことからなる、生物学的液体の加工法。
- 34.気体出口を開放し; 機能的な生物医学的装置を通してコンテナーから生物学的液体を通過させ、それ により液体の下流から気体出口を通して液体前方の気体を押しだし;そして気体 出口を閉鎖する ことからなる、系を通しての生物学的液体の加工法。
- 35.機能的な生物医学的装置の上流の気体入口を開放し;そして気体を気体入 口に流すことにより、機能的な生物医学的装置を通して液体を押すこと からなる、系を通しての生物学的液体の加工法。
