Conventionally, medical patches such as adhesive patches and adhesive patches have an adhesive layer that may or may not contain a drug on the surface of a support, release paper is temporarily attached to the surface of the adhesive layer, and the adhesive layer is applied to the affected area, etc. When using the product, the release paper is peeled off before use, but in the case of particularly thin supports, removing the entire release paper at once weakens the product and makes positioning and other application operations extremely difficult. Not only that, but the adhesive surfaces may stick to each other at the edges, etc., making it impossible to properly adhere the adhesive to the affected area. To solve this problem, cut lines such as linear or wavy lines are made on the temporarily attached release paper, and one side of the release paper divided by the cut line is peeled off to expose a part of the adhesive surface, and the other side is peeled off. Leave the release paper as it is on the adhesive layer to keep the patch strong, grip the patch at the area where the remaining release paper is, and apply it to the desired area of the affected area via the exposed adhesive layer. There is a method in which the remaining release paper is then peeled off and pasted. However, in the case of a patch with continuous cut lines as described above on the release paper, it is particularly difficult to apply the patch using a thin, flexible, and stretchable support such as a film made of polyurethane or ultra-thin polyvinyl chloride. In the case of a patch, it tends to shift at the cut line on the release paper due to tension and other effects during handling, which can cause wrinkles in the body of the patch and adhesive layers sticking to each other. As a result, it becomes unusable or no longer commercially available.

This project provides a cut line with a connection part that is easy to cut on the release paper, and even if the adhesive material has a thin, flexible and stretchable support, it can be easily cut into the material during various handling operations. There are no inconveniences caused by deformation of the line parts, and the release paper can be removed very easily when used by peeling off part of it as in the conventional method.

Examples will be described below. The surface of the support 1 is made of thin or thick fabric such as cloth, plastic film, paper, non-woven fabric, or various sheet-like fabrics with high flexibility and elasticity. An adhesive layer 2 is provided on the surface of the adhesive layer,
A release paper 3 having a connection part 5a that is easy to cut and a score line 5 that can be separated into two or more parts and peeled off is temporarily attached. The connecting portion 5a provided at the above-mentioned score line may be formed to have a thickness of, for example, about 1 mm or less, preferably about 0.3 to 0.5 mm. , adhesion with an adhesive or perforations.

In this case, the score line 5 includes a peak score line portion 6 that projects from the linear virtual center line 4 that crosses the release paper 3 to one side, and a cut line portion 6 that projects to the other side at a predetermined distance from the score line portion. The cut line part 7 of the trough, the straight cut line part 8 connecting these cut line parts 6 and 7 on the virtual center line 4, the side of the release paper 3, and the side adjacent to the side Consisting of a straight cut line part 9 that connects the cut line parts 6 and 7 of the peak or valley part on the virtual center line 4, the straight cut line part 9 on the virtual center line 4 A connecting portion 5a is provided at. If the adhesive material to be peeled off from the release paper is appropriately folded to the opposite side of the release paper along approximately the center line of the incision line, the peaks or troughs will be peeled off from the adhesive layer, and the peeled edge will become the gripping part. Can be easily peeled off. In this case, although it depends on the size of the patch, it will be easier to grasp if the cut lines are formed so that the peaks and valleys are approximately the size of a fingertip (FIG. 7). Further, the cut line 5 can be formed in a positional relationship in which the center line 4 is perpendicular to the side edge 3a of the release paper, or can be formed in a positional relationship in which it intersects at an appropriate angle.

As described above, the present invention provides an adhesive layer 2 on the surface of the support 1, a release paper 3 is temporarily attached to the adhesive layer, and an easy-to-cut connecting part 5 for separating and peeling off the release paper.
In the pasting material provided with a score line 5 having a shape, the cut line 5 has a cut line portion 6 at a peak projecting to one side from a linear virtual center line 4 that crosses the release paper 3; and a cut line part 7 of the valley part that protrudes from the other side with a predetermined interval, a straight cut line part 8 that connects these cut line parts 6 and 7 on the imaginary center line 4, and a release paper. 3 and the cut line parts 6 and 7 of the peaks or valleys adjacent to the side sides are connected on the virtual center line 4, and the above virtual center line 4, the connecting portions 5a are provided at the linear cut line portions 8 and 9 on the top surface of the patch. It is easy to bend along the center line 4, and at the same time as the folding, the grip portions 10 and 11 surrounded by the cut lines 6 and 7 of the release paper 3 easily stand up in opposite directions, and the grip portions can be used to peel off. When the paper is peeled off, the release paper is easily cut along the center line, making it extremely easy to separate and peel off the release paper. The present invention also has the above configuration,
Even if the patch is made of a thin support 1 with an adhesive layer 2 that is highly flexible and stretchable, it may deform during handling during use or manufacturing, or the separated release paper 3 may The part of the cut line 5 does not shift or move in a disorganized manner, and its shape is always maintained stably, allowing work to be carried out smoothly and efficiently.
A can also be easily cut and does not pose a problem when peeling off parts, so it can be used for adhesives, plasters, bandages, joints, etc.
It is extremely effective as a patch for protecting muscles, etc., a patch for first aid bandages and other treatments, and a variety of other adhesives such as labels.
