Conventionally, patch medicines are composed of a support, a plaster, a release paper, etc. The release paper is usually the same size as the support and is attached to a single sheet, and when used, it is peeled off and placed on the skin. A product that is attached to the skin, or a product where a linear cut line is made in the center of the release paper and a part of the release paper is peeled off from the cut line, and the release paper is peeled off while being applied to the skin. There are various types of patches, such as those that partially overlap, but in general, when applying a patch, the release paper is easy to peel off, and one part is peeled off initially and the release paper is applied while applying it to the skin. Gradual peeling is the key, especially with thin supports.

This is because if you try to apply it to the skin by peeling off all the release paper from the beginning, if the support is thin, it may twist or the edges of the paste may stick together, making it difficult to apply it to the skin properly. This is because it is not possible to do so, and it is also impossible to reliably paste it at the desired position.

In this invention, linear, wavy, or serrated cut lines are formed on the left and right sides of the middle part of the release paper, maintaining a constant width, and a release band is provided between them. It is an object of the present invention to provide a release paper structure for a medicinal patch that allows easy peeling of other release papers and reliable application to the skin surface by separating from a release band.

Describing the embodiment of this invention in detail based on the drawings, 1 is a support body, and the support body 1 is made of cloth, plastic film, paper, non-woven fabric, non-paper paper, etc., and has a thickness of approximately 40 to 80 mm. Furthermore, a plaster 2 is applied to the upper surface of the support 1 to a thickness of about 60 to 120 microns, and the plaster 2 serves as the main body of the patch, and is applied to the skin surface. In this case, the plaster 2 is directly attached.

A release paper 3 is attached to the upper surface of the plaster 2 in a releasable manner, and wavy cut lines 4,
4 are provided to maintain a constant width, and the release paper portion formed between them is used as a release band 5. In addition, the shape of the cut line 4 may be serrated in addition to the wave shape. It's possible.

Furthermore, as another modification, two linear incision lines 6 are provided on the left and right while keeping a constant width, a peeling band 5 is placed between them, and this is peeled off first, and the skin is removed from this band-like peeled part. In some cases, the adhesive is attached to the skin surface, and then the other release paper is gradually peeled off and the adhesive is applied to the skin surface.

The embodiment of this invention is constructed as described above. First, the peeling band 5 is peeled off to expose a band-shaped paste, and the band-shaped paste is first applied to the skin surface. Then, the release paper on both the left and right sides is peeled off and gradually applied to the skin surface.

Moreover, especially when the support 1 is thin, a part of the release paper is first peeled off, a part of the plaster is pasted on the skin surface, and then the release paper is gradually peeled off. However, it is necessary to apply the entire surface of the paste, and by doing so, the thin support 1 can be reliably applied to the skin surface without twisting.

Therefore, to explain in more detail the work of applying a patch, when peeling off the release band, the release paper is placed on the outside, and both ends of the support are brought closer to each other inward, centering on the center of the support. When the entire body is bent into a U-shape, the peeling band located outside the center bending part uses its own restoring force to resist the bending stress and maintain its original horizontal state. If the cut line parts at the ends peel off from the plaster surface and curve up in a cantilevered state, and the peeling band is peeled off through the peeled parts, the plaster can be removed without the fingertips interfering with the plaster. It can be kept in a clean state and adhered to the skin surface, and after the central plaster is adhered to the skin surface, the cut line parts of the release paper on both the left and right sides have self-restoring force as well. By bending the support so that it peels off from the plaster and warps up, the release paper can be easily peeled off.

According to this invention, the release paper can be easily peeled off from the plaster, the process of applying it to the entire skin is easy, there is no lost surface that would make it unusable, and it can be easily applied to the desired position. It can be applied by one person, has a clean application pattern, and has the effect of adhering to the skin in all areas.
