能率であつた。 The dressing material (surgical drape) used for the treatment area during surgical operations is a flexible, stretchable, transparent synthetic resin film such as polyurethane film or polyethylene film with a thickness of about 10 to 40 μm. This synthetic resin film is coated with an adhesive and pasted on a relatively strong release paper, and this synthetic resin film can be applied to the treatment area, not only for large ones such as 100 cm square, but also for smaller ones. When peeled off from the release paper, it is flexible and has no stiffness.
If the periphery is not supported and kept in a stretched state, it will roll up or the adhesive surfaces will stick together, making it unusable. For this reason, commonly used surgical dressings include edging tape of an appropriate width on both opposing edges of one side of the synthetic resin film attached to the release paper, so that it is difficult to remove the release paper. Two people hold the edging tape provided on both opposing edges and hold it in an expanded state. The other person peels off the release paper to expose the adhesive layer, and the two people holding the edging tape This film is attached to the treatment area in a stretched state, and at least three people are required to apply the surgical dressing to the treatment area, which is extremely inefficient.

る。 In this case, an adhesive layer is provided on one side of a flexible and stretchable transparent synthetic resin film, and a mount is covered over it.A release agent is applied to the entire surface of the mount on the adhesive layer side, making it easy to peel. At the same time, a non-peelable zone is formed on one side edge of which no release agent is applied, and the synthetic resin film having the adhesive layer is pasted to prevent it from peeling off. Even with a resin film, by peeling off the film from the easily removable zone and leaving it attached to the non-removable zone, the film can be maintained in a stretched state and affixed to the treatment area. It is something that two people can easily do without any problems.

The adhesive 3 is applied on the upper surface of the mount 1, which is suitably stiff, by subjecting it to a peeling process, leaving the opposing side edge 1a. A releasable surface 2 is formed on the surface. Reference numeral 2a denotes a non-peelable surface left in the side edge 1a zone. The removable surface 2, which is an easily removable area of the mount 1, and the non-removable surface 2a, which is an area where no release agent is applied, include acrylic, rubber, etc.
An adhesive layer 3 such as a silicone adhesive that has little rash or other negative effects on the human body is provided, and this adhesive layer is made of a flexible, stretchable and transparent material such as a polyurethane film or polyethylene film with a thickness of about 10 to 40 μm. A plastic synthetic resin film 4 is attached (FIGS. 1 and 2). The synthetic resin film has moisture permeability and is preferably suitably matted.

紙を切り離すと手術の際に邪魔にならない。 When the synthetic resin film 4 pasted to the mount 1 via the adhesive layer 3 as described above is peeled off from the mount, the adhesive layer on the releasable surface 2 of the mount will be peeled off together with the synthetic resin film, but it is non-peelable. Since surface 2a adheres to the mount and cannot be peeled off, when applying it for surgery, etc., one of the two people should apply it to the other side opposite to one side edge of the synthetic resin film that is adhered to the mount. The edge portion 4b is held in a stretched state, and another person holds the mount side edge portion below the side edge portion 4b,
When the synthetic resin film with the adhesive layer is peeled off from the easily peelable zone, it is thin, flexible, and
Even large films such as 100 cm square can be easily peeled off in the stretched state, and the film that is peeled off reaches a non-peelable zone and the peeling stops naturally. If you hold the film for the area and the other person holds the film and pulls it on both sides, the film will be maintained in a taut state, and in this state it will be able to be applied from the adhesive layer to the treatment area. For example, this film has no wrinkles and can be applied reliably and easily. After this pasting is completed, the mount can be separated by cutting at the part adjacent to the non-peelable zone so that it does not get in the way during surgery.

度である。 In the above case, the side edges 4b of the synthetic resin film adhered to the mount 1 are made of a material that is relatively stiff and has high tensile strength in order to facilitate gripping and cutting of the film. If the edging tape 5 is adhered, it will be easier to maintain and hold the synthetic resin film 4 in a stretched state when peeling it from the mount 1, making the work easier (Figures 4 and 5). . Examples of the edging tape include polyester, semi-rigid polyvinyl chloride, biaxially oriented polypropylene, nylon, cellophane and other plastic films, and the thickness of the polyester film is, for example, about 9 to 38 microns, preferably about 12 to 25 microns.

い。 As mentioned above, when using this product at the treatment area during surgery, it can be easily peeled off from the mount and attached to the treatment area by two people without any hindrance, except for one edge of the surface of the mount. By simply applying a release agent, you can separate areas that are easily removable and areas that are not, and by simply applying one type of adhesive to the entire surface and pasting a synthetic resin film over it, Because it is easy to manufacture, continuous production using roll paper, roll film, etc. is possible, and it can be made economically. Since there are no adhesives, there is no problem when stacking them, it is convenient for storage, and the adhesive does not become unevenly distributed when stacked.
