Although an adhesive layer is provided on one side of the base material and applied, the skin surface has irregularities and expansion and contraction and bending occur repeatedly, so if the base material lacks flexibility, it will not fit well on the skin surface. , Will come off immediately. Therefore, in general, a thin and highly flexible sheet-like film material is widely used as the substrate.

It's very difficult to do. Therefore, a carrier sheet having a rigidity higher than that of the base material is temporarily attached to the surface of the base material opposite to the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, and the base material is attached to the skin surface in the temporarily attached state. In addition, the carrier sheet is peeled off, but since this carrier sheet is formed of one sheet, it is difficult to peel it off easily, and when peeled off unnecessarily, the base material has wrinkles. There are many things, and there are still few things to be satisfied.

Provided is a medical patch, which has a split that is temporarily attached and divides the carrier sheet into a plurality of pieces, and the split is provided at a position distant from the working surface, and is provided on the skin or the like. The carrier sheet can be easily peeled off by pinching the split portion when sticking, and when the split portion is formed, fine pinholes or the like may be generated on the base material. The affected area can be protected from infection such as bacteria.

Is formed of a sheet, is flexible and stretchable, and is well adapted to the stretch and contraction of the surface of the skin to which it is adhered, and is made of a material having a required tensile strength. As such a material, for example, a polyurethane film, a polyvinyl chloride film, a polyamide film, a polyvinylidene chloride film, an ethylene vinyl acetate film and other films can be preferably used, and the thickness thereof is usually about 10
The thickness is preferably about 60 to 60 μm, preferably about 10 to 40 μm, and it is more preferable if it has appropriate moisture permeability so that the sticking portion can be prevented from being stripped.

It is preferable to set it to about μ, and it is particularly preferable to use an acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive because it causes less irritation to skin. A drug having a transdermal absorbability may be mixed in or applied to the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer to carry the drug.

When non-woven fabric, compressed cotton, gauze or other patch material (4) is provided, it can be used effectively for treating wounds or other materials by contacting the affected area such as a wound, but if no such material is provided Also, it can be configured so that only the action surface has a medicinal effect.

The inside of the small peeling piece (51) is folded outward, and the other large peeling piece (52) is formed so as to overlap this folded portion (53). As shown in FIG. The folded-back portion (53) may be provided at the inner end of the 52 so that the small peeling piece (51) overlaps the folded-back portion (53).

This carrier sheet is made of a material having rigidity lower than that of the above-mentioned base material, and examples thereof include plastic films such as polyethylene, polypropylene, polyester, polyamide, polyimide, and acetic acid fibrin base, and other films,
It is made of peeled paper and has a thickness of about 10
About 150 μm is preferable. To temporarily attach the base material to the carrier sheet, for example, a material of the base material such as polyurethane is coated on the carrier sheet in a molten state, or
Casting in a molten state is sufficient.

The narrow carrier sheet between the sheet pieces is removed so as to form an appropriate gap (71) between (61) and (62). The split shown in FIG. 1 is formed in a corrugated shape, and the width thereof, that is, the gap (71), is about 0.5 to 10 mm,
It is preferably about 1 to 5 mm. If this gap is too wide, the base material is easily bent at this portion, and it becomes impossible to give a proper rigidity to the whole base material, and the adhesive layers may adhere to each other to cause wrinkles. It should be noted that the number of the above-mentioned splits may be plural at appropriate positions depending on the size of the substrate.

At the same time, if the carrier sheet is also transparent and colorless, the affected area can be seen through even when it is attached, which is more preferable. It should be noted that it may be colored and transparent. It is convenient to store and use the adhesive material (8) configured as described above by enclosing the adhesive material (8) one by one in an appropriate outer bag (not shown).

Since the working surface (3) provided with the layer and the pad (4) is exposed,
Affixed to the skin surface so that the working surface contacts the affected area,
After that, the entire folded back portion (53) of the peeling piece (51) is pinched and peeled off, and the whole is attached. At this time, since the carrier sheet is still temporarily attached to the base material from which the peeling piece (52) has been peeled off, there is no wrinkle on the flexible base material as described above, and it is appropriate. It can be firmly attached to the skin surface with the waist tight, and even if the adherend surface is curved or has irregularities, the distortion of the split is absorbed in the carrier sheet, so it is perfect. Can be pasted.

For example, it can be formed in a straight line as shown in FIG. 4 or can be formed obliquely (FIG. 5), or can be formed in a corner portion of the carrier sheet. It can be provided diagonally (FIG. 6). Further, as shown in FIG. 7, two linear splits are provided in parallel on both sides of the working surface, and a carrier sheet is provided with three sheet parts (61), (62). , (63), which can be conveniently used when the patch is relatively large.

As the mouthpiece (9), an adhesive tape is attached to the surface of the carrier sheet, or a sheet of plastic such as polyester or paper is attached with an adhesive, an adhesive, a double-sided tape, or the like. The carrier sheet can be more easily peeled off from the split by using this mouthpiece as a clue. Further, if the mouthpiece piece (9) is colored differently from the carrier sheet, the position of the split can be seen at a glance, and it becomes easier to use.

When the tongue is wound up, the side provided with the mouthpiece becomes thick and the left and right balance is lost, and it becomes impossible to perform a clean cutting operation or a winding operation. Therefore, in the figure, on the other side of the split zone, an attachment piece (10) is formed corresponding to the above-mentioned edge piece to make the left and right thicknesses of the carrier sheet substantially uniform. 10) is made transparent to make it inconspicuous.

Since the split is formed while avoiding the action surface, when the carrier sheet is punched out to produce the split, even if fine scratches or pinholes may be generated on the base material, the action surface is bacteria. It can be kept in a clean state without being contaminated by etc. and can be used as a surgical dressing, wound covering sheet, wound healing sheet, catheter protective sheet, catheter fixing sheet. It can be variously applied as a medical patch, a transdermal drug administration sheet, a poultice, a penetrating adhesive and other medical patches.
