Description

The present invention relates to a dressing material such as an emergency bandage and a poultice, and a method for producing the same. In more detail, it is related with the dressing material provided with process paper, and its manufacturing method.

In general, for dressing materials (care products) such as emergency bandages, it is preferred to use a soft and thin base material because it is less uncomfortable when applied to the skin. However, when a soft and thin base material is used, handling is difficult and there is a problem in workability during production. Further, when the release paper is peeled off from the adhesive surface, the adhesive surfaces are easily bonded to each other, and a problem is likely to occur in the sticking workability at the time of use. Moreover, since elongation is large, there exists a problem that it is affixed on an affected part in the stretched state, and a feeling of pressure is felt after sticking.
Therefore, an emergency bandage in which process paper is laminated on the surface opposite to the adhesive surface of a flexible and thin base material is used (Patent Document 1).
The emergency adhesive bandage with laminated process papers can improve the overall rigidity with the process papers, so that processability and workability of pasting are improved. Moreover, since the elongation of the whole base material can be suppressed, a feeling of pressure after sticking hardly occurs.
JP-A-8-154965

However, the dressing material in which the process paper is laminated needs to peel the process paper from the base material after being attached to the affected part. At this time, the peeling allowance has to be made by the user himself / herself at the end of the dressing material, which is troublesome. Moreover, it is easy to damage a base material when making this peeling allowance. Thus, the problem remained in the sticking workability.
There is also a commercially available emergency adhesive bandage in which a slit is provided in the process paper so that the process paper can be peeled off starting from the slit. However, the situation that the user must make the peeling allowance is the same as when there is no slit. Furthermore, there is a problem that the slits are not only on the process paper but also on the upper surface of the base material, and the base material is easily cut off.
This invention is made | formed in view of the said situation, and it aims at providing the dressing material which is excellent in workability and sticking workability | operativity, and the strength of a base material is not impaired, and its manufacturing method.

As in FIG. 2, FIG. 3 emphasizes the thickness direction for convenience of explanation.

As shown in FIG. 3, the dressing material 10 ′ of the present embodiment is provided with a pad 8 made of gauze, nonwoven fabric, cotton or the like on a part of the adhesive layer 2 on the release paper 3 side. The pad 8 may contain a drug such as a disinfectant. In this embodiment, the release paper 3 is divided into two release papers 3 a and 3 b, and the ends of the release papers 3 a and 3 b overlap on the pad 8.
The dressing material 10 ′ of the present embodiment is adhered so that the release papers 3a and 3b are peeled to expose the adhesive layer 2 so that the pad 8 hits the affected area. Then, the process paper 4 is peeled similarly to the dressing material 10 of FIG.

In addition, in the dressing material 10 ′ of the second embodiment, the release paper 3 may be one sheet that is not divided as in the dressing material 10 of the first embodiment. Further, the end portions of the release papers 3a and 3b may not be overlapped on the pad 8 simply by being divided into release papers 3a and 3b by slits.
Moreover, in the dressing material 10 of 1st Embodiment, the release paper 3 may be divided | segmented into 2 sheets similarly to dressing material 10 'of 2nd Embodiment. When divided, the release paper 3 may be simply divided into two sheets by slits, or the two divided ends may overlap each other.

[Method of manufacturing dressing]
The manufacturing method of the dressing material 10 of 1st Embodiment is the laminated body by which the release paper 3 was laminated | stacked through the adhesion layer 2 on one side of the base material 1, and the process paper 4 was laminated | stacked on the other side so that peeling was possible. And a slit forming step of forming, on the process paper 4, the slit 5 and the peeled portions 6 and 6 from the substrate 1 in the vicinity of the slit 5.

Although there is no limitation in particular in a lamination process, the base material with the process paper which laminated | stacked the base material 1 and the process paper 4 previously is obtained, and this base material with a process paper and release paper are stuck through the adhesion layer 2. Is preferred.
As a method of obtaining a base material with process paper, a method of sticking the melted material of the base material 1 to the process paper 4 using a thermoplastic resin such as a polyolefin film as the material of the base material 1; A method of applying a casting solution containing these materials to the process paper 4 and drying it using a material widely used in the production of cast films such as an organosol of vinyl chloride resin or a urethane resin solution; For example, a method of pseudo-adhering the pseudo-adhesive layer to the substrate 1 may be used.

As a method of adhering the substrate with process paper and the release paper 3 through the adhesive layer 2, the adhesive or poultice is directly applied to the substrate 1 of the substrate with process paper, and then the release paper is laminated. Either a direct method or a transfer method in which an adhesive or a poultice is applied to the release paper 3 in advance and then the base material 1 is laminated is possible.

The slit formation process which forms the slit 5 and the peeling parts 6 and 6 in the process paper 4 of the obtained laminated body is demonstrated using FIG. 4, FIG. FIG. 4 is a perspective view of the cutting tool 20 used in the slit forming process, and FIG. 5 is a perspective view in the middle of forming the slit 5 in the laminate 10a using the cutting tool 20.

As shown in FIG. 4, the cutting tool 20 includes a shank 11, a guide plate 12 that is attached to the tip of the shank 11 at a substantially right angle, and a blade portion 13 that is suspended from the guide plate 12. The guide plate 12 has a shape in which the front (lower left direction in FIG. 4) at the time of relative movement is slightly upward. The blade portion 13 has a front end at the time of relative movement of the guide plate 12 as a front end, and a rear end attached to the shank 11. The blade portion 13 is provided with a substantially arc-shaped cutting blade 13a that gradually rises from the tip to the shank 11.

As shown in FIG. 5, the guide plate 12 of the cutting tool 20 is inserted between the base material 1 of the laminate 10a and the process paper 4 with the blade portion 13 as the process paper side, and the laminated body 10a remains in the inserted state. The guide plate 12 is moved relative to the stacked body 10a along the surface direction. Thereby, the process paper 4 of the part which the blade part 13 passed is cut open, and the slit 5 is formed. At this time, since the blade portion 13 exists on the opposite side of the guide plate 12 from the base material 1, the blade does not enter the base material 1. Further, since the process paper 4 is peeled from the base material 1 in the portion through which the guide plate 12 has passed, peeled portions 6 and 6 are formed in the vicinity of both sides of the slit 5.

In addition, after a slit formation process, in order to set it as a desired shape and magnitude | size, a cutting | disconnection, punching, etc. can be performed suitably.
In addition, in order to have a configuration in which two release papers 3 are laminated on the adhesive layer 2 so that the end portions overlap each other, the release paper 3 is once peeled, and then the release paper 3 once peeled is cut. What is necessary is just to cover the adhesive layer 2 so that the edges of the two release papers 3 overlap each other, or two release papers 3 prepared separately.
Moreover, in FIG. 5, although the laminated body 10a was shown as a sheet-like thing, the direction which makes the laminated body 10a continuous web form is easy to handle on a manufacturing process.

The dressing material 10 ′ according to the second embodiment is manufactured in the same manner as the dressing material 10 according to the first embodiment until the slit forming step, and then the release paper 3 is peeled off once, and the pad 8 of the required size is removed. Mount on the adhesive layer 2. After that, the release paper 3 once peeled is cut into two sheets, or two separate release papers 3 are used as the release papers 3a and 3b. Cover the adhesive layer 2 so as to overlap. Thereafter, in order to obtain a desired shape and size, cutting, punching, or the like is appropriately performed.
