In any of the above-mentioned methods, the auxiliary frame 5 can be removed from the mold at a stage where the pattern to be expressed is not damaged even if the auxiliary frame is removed after filling the entire sintering material for patterns. For example, it may be before or after the dry or wet sintering material 3D or 3W for the base layer is filled. For example, in the case of FIG. 8, if the auxiliary frame is removed after filling the pattern sintering materials 2R and 2B, the pattern collapses. Therefore, the base layer sintering material 3D or 3W is removed after filling the outside of the auxiliary frame, and in the case of FIG. Is a sintered material for patterns 2
R, 2B and the same amount of base layer sintered material 3D or 3W
The auxiliary frame may be removed after filling, or the sintered material for the base layer may be removed after filling each material. In the case of FIG. 10, the auxiliary frame is removed after filling the pattern sintering materials 2R and 2B and all the base layer sintering materials 3D or 3W, and
In the case of the figure, all of the pattern sintering materials 2S, 2W, 2Br, 2B may be removed after filling, or the base layer sintering material 3D or 3W may be removed on each pattern sintering material after filling. May be. Thus, when the auxiliary frame 5 is removed, the wall 5'of the auxiliary frame
The pattern-sintering material and the pattern-sintering material and the base-layer-sintering material in the portions that were separated from each other collapse, and fill the traces of the removed auxiliary frame wall. In addition, when removing the auxiliary frame, one or both of the form frame and the auxiliary frame is vibrated or vibrated with ultrasonic waves,
By removing the auxiliary frame and pressing the entire material with a press, the collapse of the material is forced, and it is possible to accelerate the filling of the traces on the wall of the auxiliary frame.

In this way, the auxiliary frame 5 is removed, and when the pattern sintering material and the base layer sintering material have the water content or the lubricant-containing binder ratio required for pressure molding, both materials in the form are removed. The base material of the ceramic molded body is molded by pressurizing, the mold is released from the mold and fired, and both materials are integrally sintered to form a ceramic molded body. Of course, after demolding, before firing, if necessary, the base material is dried or glazed so that the water content or the lubricant-containing binder content of both materials becomes predetermined.

When it is desired to dissolve and place the auxiliary frame early, after filling all the dried sintering materials for patterns, water and a lubricating binder are supplied, and then the sintering material for the base layer is filled. You may. In this case, the amount of water and the lubricating binder to be supplied to the dried base layer sintering material 3D is reduced, and the water content or the lubricating binder rate of the wet base layer sintering material 3W is reduced. Put. Furthermore, if the wet base layer sintering material 3W is filled before the pattern sintering material, the auxiliary frame may be melted before the pattern sintering material is filled. Use a substance that is soluble but requires a long time to dissolve. Then, since the auxiliary frame is melted and does not need to be taken out from the mold, it only needs to have a depth equal to the filling thickness of the pattern sintering material, and it is not necessary to project it upward from the upper face of the mold. ..

Similarly, in both the manufacturing methods of claim 1 and claim 2, a water-absorbing or oil-absorbing mat 6, for example, a non-woven fabric is laid on the inner surface of the bottom of the mold 4 as shown in FIG. When the auxiliary frame 4 is placed on top of it and each material is filled, the excess water and the lubricating binder are absorbed, and the moisture and the lubricating binder are evenly spread over each material, and at the time of pressurization. Since it helps degassing the material, it facilitates molding and demolding. This FIG. 12 corresponds to the embodiment of FIG. 8, but the same applies to the embodiments of FIGS. 9 and 11. Also, FIG.
Then, the base layer sintered material 3D or 3W is filled first, and the pattern sintered material is filled thereon, so that a water-absorbing or oil-absorbing mat is laid on the surface of the base material or the inner surface of the bottom of the mold. When placed, the moisture and the lubricating binder are evenly spread as described above, and deaeration is assisted during pressurization, so that molding and demolding are improved.

15 to 17 show an embodiment for manufacturing a cylindrical molded body, in which the mold 10 is a deformable peripheral frame 11 made of urethane rubber or the like, and a metal for mounting the peripheral frame 11 thereon. It is composed of a thin sheet, a plastic sheet, paper, a non-woven fabric, a woven fabric, a rubber sheet, and a rollable bottom sheet 12, and a peripheral frame 11 is placed on the bottom sheet 12.
1, an auxiliary frame is arranged at a predetermined position inside, the inside of the auxiliary frame is filled with dried pattern sintering material 2R, 2B, and the outside of the auxiliary frame is dried base layer sintering material 3D or wet type. The base layer sintered material 3W is filled (FIG. 15). After supplying water and a lubricating binder as needed, the peripheral frame 11 is covered with a rollable auxiliary sheet 13 similar to the bottom sheet 12 (FIG. 16), and both sinterings inside the peripheral frame 11 are covered. The material is supported between the bottom sheet 12 and the auxiliary sheet 13 and rounded together with the peripheral frame 11 (FIG. 17), and by keeping the rounded state until pressure molding, the pattern layer 2 has a cylindrical shape at a required position on the peripheral surface. The exposed base material can be molded.

Further, FIG. 18 shows that, as shown in FIG. 15, after the pattern sintering material and the base layer sintering material are filled, a mold 14 (a cylinder forming body is In the case of a cylindrical shape, it is wound outside of (cylindrical shape), and both sintered materials are pressure-molded to mold the base material of the cylindrical molded body. In this case, since the surfaces of the two sintered materials 2R, 2B and 3D or 3W exposed on the open upper surface of the peripheral frame 11 contact the outer surface of the mold 14, the auxiliary sheet 13 can be omitted and the mold 14 can be omitted. A polygonal cross section can be molded using a polygonal one. When the base material is rolled or rolled by the manufacturing method of FIGS. 17 and 18, when two side edges of the peripheral frame 11 are adjacent to each other, a seam of a space is generated between the side edges of the base layer sintered material, Both side edges are overlapped and overlapped a little inside and outside, and the sintered material for the base layer is doubled inside and outside at the seam, or each side edge of the peripheral frame 11 is cut off, and the base layer exposed on each side edge is sintered. Butt the materials together so that there is no space at the seam.

Similarly, as shown in FIG. 15, the pattern sintering material and the base layer sintering material are filled in the mold 10 and then lightly pressed to perform molding, and the peripheral frame 11 is removed as shown in FIG. It is wound with the bottom sheet 12 on the outside of the mold 15 corresponding to the inner shape of the power cylindrical ceramic molded body and having the flanges 15 ', 15' at both ends, and both sintered materials are kept in that state (Fig. 20). It is also possible to form a tubular body. Of course, as in the case of FIG. 19, the width of the inner shape of the peripheral frame 11 is set in accordance with the length of one circumference of the mold 15, and the vertical length is the flanges 15 ', 15'.
Match the spacing of. In this case as well, the auxiliary sheet 13 can be omitted, and a cylindrical material having a polygonal cross section can be formed in addition to the cylindrical shape by using the mold 15 having a polygonal shape.

For example, as shown in FIG. 15, after filling the frame 10 with the pattern sintering material and the base layer sintering material, as shown in FIG. 21, a recess 16 is formed on the upper surface, and a gel is provided in the recess. 17
Placed on a lower mold 18 filled with the above, and pressed from above with an upper mold 20 having a convex portion 19 corresponding to the concave portion 16 (FIG. 22).
As a result, the upper surface is pushed by the convex portion 19 to be depressed, and the lower surface is pushed into the concave portion 16 to form a base material of the molded body which is bulged downward. In this case, it is not necessary for the peripheral frame 11 to be deformable because it is part of the bottom sheet 12 that is deformed by the formwork. Further, the gel 17 filled in the recess is the upper mold 20.
It is for keeping the part of the bottom sheet located on the concave portion 16 flat until it is pressed by, and it depends on the bottom sheet pushed into the concave portion when the upper mold 20 starts to be pressed and the material on it. It overflows from the upper edge of the recess. The lower mold 18
May be made of a plastic material such as viscosity. In that case, since the upper surface of the lower die made of a plastic material is depressed by pressing the upper die, the recess 16
It is possible to dispense with filling gel 17 therein.

Further, as shown in FIG. 15, after the pattern sintering material and the base layer sintering material are filled in the mold 10, this is placed on the lower mold 21 having an uneven upper surface as shown in FIG. From above with a flat elastic plate 22 (FIG. 24), which causes the mold 10 and both of the sintered materials filled therein to be deformed to the uneven upper surface of the lower mold 21 to form a roof tile, Yatsuhashi. It is also possible to form a base material such as a shape. The mold 10 in this case may be composed of the deformable peripheral frame 11 described above and the bottom sheet 12 laid under the bottom thereof, but the bottom surface of the deformable peripheral frame is a deformable bottom wall. It may have a closed bottom.
