However, the pattern drawn on a part of or the entire surface of the pavement block is rubbed with the bottom of footwear of a person walking on the surface or a wheel of an automobile or the like running on the bottom. It wears out in a short period of time and needs to be repainted frequently, which is very time-consuming. In addition, the inlay method requires a lot of trouble in manufacturing, and the cost is very high. Therefore, the present invention has been developed for the purpose of expressing a pattern appearing on a part or the entire surface of the artificial stone molded body in a Kintaro candy style by a pattern layer made of a dried pattern aggregate having a predetermined thickness. It is.

The block shown in FIG. 1 comprises a pattern layer 2 and a base layer 3 having the same thickness, and the pattern layer 2 is exposed on a part of the surface of the block. This block fills a part of the stand spacing of the standing pieces of the forest three-dimensionally arranged in the formwork as described later with the aggregate for patterning, and the base layer aggregate for the rest of the stand spacing with the aggregate for patterning. It was manufactured by filling the same thickness. On the other hand, also in the block of FIG. 2, the pattern layer 2 is exposed on a part of the front surface of the block, but the back surface of the block is formed only by the base layer 3. That is, the thickness of the base layer 3 is small at the portion lining the pattern layer 2 and thick at the portion exposed on the surface. The block shown in FIG. 2 fills a part of the stand spacing of the standing pieces of the forest solid placed in the formwork with the aggregate for pattern as described later, and includes the remaining part of the stand spacing. It was manufactured by filling the remaining portion not containing the aggregate for the base layer with the aggregate for the base layer. In the block shown in FIG. 3, the pattern layer 2 forms the entire front surface, the base layer 3 is formed on the back surface, and the base layer is not exposed on the surface of the block. This block fills the entire stand interval of the standing pieces of the forest solid placed in the formwork with the aggregate for pattern as described later, and fills the remaining portion of the formwork inside the formwork that does not contain the above-mentioned pattern aggregate. It was manufactured by filling with aggregate for the base layer. The order of filling the aggregate for the pattern and the aggregate for the base layer is arbitrary in the production of any block.

In order to manufacture an artificial stone molded product by the manufacturing method of claim 1, metal, plastic, rubber, wood,
Hayashi solid 5 having upright pieces 5b made of paper, woven fabric, nonwoven fabric or other material insoluble in water or solvent is used, but if the molded body is solidified to some extent, the upright piece is left in the molded body. To remove the support material, or remove the standing piece from the molded body and remove the entire forest solid. When the upright pieces are left in the molded body, the upright pieces should be made of a material or structure that can be easily separated from the support material, the support material should be soluble in water or a solvent, or the upright pieces should be fixed to the support material by bonding. At times, it is preferable to make the adhesive soluble, for example, by making the adhesive soluble. In the case where the standing piece is removed from the molded body and the forest solid is collected, it is preferable that the standing piece is tapered to facilitate removal. Furthermore, when the forest solid after filling is inverted and arranged in the formwork or when a forest solid of mesh sheet material is used, even after the forest solid is removed, the hardened material is filled and solidified. good. In addition, when removing the standing solid from the molded body and removing the forest solid, the forest solid can be removed cleanly by vibrating one or both of the formwork and the forest solid with a vibrator or ultrasonic waves, and the standing solid is removed. Aggregates can help fill the traces that have fallen.

In order to form the artificial stone compact shown in FIG. 2, as shown in FIG. 6, the aggregates 2R, 2B for the pattern are thinned to a part of the stand spacing of the forest solids 5 in the mold frame. 5 in the same manner as in FIG. 5, and thereafter, the remaining stand spacing and the pattern aggregate 2
R and 2B are filled with a base layer aggregate 3 'so as to form a molded body having a required thickness, or as shown in FIG. Then, the aggregates for pattern 2R and 2B are filled in the stand spacing for a part of the forest solid, and the aggregate 3 ′ for the base layer is similarly filled in the remaining stand intervals so as to form a formed body having a required thickness. Alternatively, fill the entire inside of the formwork with the base layer aggregate thinly, dry the pattern aggregate on a part of the stand spacing of the standing pieces of the forest stand outside the form, and use the base layer aggregate on the remaining stand intervals. After filling, press the holding body of another board or sheet against the forest solid from above, flip the aggregate for the pattern and the base layer with the supporting material of the forest solid and the above-mentioned holding body, and invert, The pattern aggregate and the base layer aggregate are placed together with the inverted three-dimensional forest while the overlay is placed on the base layer aggregate previously filled in the formwork, and the holder is displaced and removed. . In this case, when turning over, it is good to turn the holder together with the surrounding frame, and if the surrounding frame is made thin or soluble, it will not be removed together by putting it inside the mold Is also good. Further, when the support is soluble, it is not necessary to remove the support. In this case, the forest solid may be removed before the hardening material is filled as described above.

In the drawings, the size of the three-dimensional forest is adjusted to the inner shape of the form, but it is only necessary that the size is slightly larger than the outer shape of the pattern to be expressed. In the case where a step is formed on the surface of the molded body due to the thickness of the Hayashi solid support material, which is inconvenient, the support material may be made water-soluble. or,
Filling each pattern aggregate within the forest stand interval can be done manually or with a robot, but for accurate and quick filling, it is the same size as a forest solid and has an opening corresponding to the pattern. ,
It is preferable to use a closed mask except for the opening. FIG.
Also, since the pattern of the molded body of FIG. 2 is composed of a red pattern and a blue pattern, as shown in FIG.
And a mask MB having an opening B corresponding to the blue pattern. Both masks have the same outer shape as the forest solid 5, and when accurately placed on the forest solid 5, the respective openings R and B can express the respective patterns of red and blue. Therefore, one of the masks, for example, the MR, is first superimposed on the forest solid, the red pattern aggregate 2R is filled through the opening R at a required forest stand interval, the mask MR is then removed, and the mask MB is placed in the forest. The mask may be removed by filling the blue pattern aggregate 2B through the opening B into the other required forest stand intervals, and then removing the mask MB.

The hardening material is filled into the entire space between the aggregates, and this filling may be partially performed first if necessary, for example, when it is desired to adjust the movement of each material. Further, a material obtained by mixing a hardening material in advance may be used as the base layer aggregate due to the fluidity of the hardening material. The curing material may be filled using a vacuum. When the cured material is filled in this way and the aggregate is solidified in the mold, remove the molded body from the mold and peel the forest solid together with the standing pieces as described above, or use only the forest solid support material as described above. Peel off. When the upright pieces are left inside the molded body, the upright pieces are preferably colored in advance so as to match the pattern.

Further, a forest solid is arranged on a bottom plate inside a mold form in which a bottom plate and a peripheral frame can be separated, and as shown in FIGS. 5, 6, and 8, a pattern aggregate, a base layer aggregate, and a hardened aggregate are formed. After filling each material, apply a holding plate or sheet to the upper surface of the mold, flip the whole mold, remove the bottom plate and remove the forest solid, solidify it in the surrounding frame as it is, and remove the molded body from the surrounding frame. You may remove it. Further, after filling the aggregates for each pattern in the stand intervals of the forest three-dimensional structure 5 outside the form in advance, the holding body of the plate or sheet is applied to the upper surface, and the plate or sheet is inverted by an appropriate holding method. Even if it arrange | positions like FIG. 8, removes a holding body as needed, removes a three-dimensional forest, fills with the aggregate for base layers and hardening material, and shapes it, it is necessary to previously set in a mold as shown in FIG. Fill the base layer aggregate, put the inverted Hayashi solid and the aggregate for each pattern on the base layer aggregate in the mold, remove the Hayashi solid, fill with the hardened material and mold, The mold may be removed from the mold. In this case, it is preferable to use the surrounding frame to invert it. If the surrounding frame is insoluble, it is removed, and if it is soluble, it is not necessary to remove it. Further, the support material of the three-dimensional forest may be used as a reinforcing material for the backing and solidified integrally, or the support material may be formed into a net material such as a net or a mesh to be used as a reinforcing material inside the molded body and solidified integrally.

If it is desired to dissolve the three-dimensional structure as soon as possible, the hardening material is supplied after all the pattern aggregates are filled, the pattern aggregates are humidified first, and then the base layer bones are supplied. Materials may be filled. In this case, the amount of the hardened material to be subsequently charged into the base layer aggregate 3 'is reduced. Furthermore, if the base layer aggregate and the hardened material are filled before the pattern aggregate, the solid may be dissolved before the pattern aggregate is filled. Make standing pieces with time-consuming materials. If not only the standing pieces but also the support material of Hayashi 3D are made soluble, the trouble of peeling the support material from the molded body can be omitted. And since the standing pieces of Hayashi 3D melt and disappear in the formwork, the height of the standing pieces only needs to be the same height as the filling thickness of the pattern aggregate, and the height of the formwork No need to match.

In any one of the first and second manufacturing methods, the mold is placed on a table vibrator and filled with each pattern aggregate, base layer aggregate and hardened material. When vibration is applied to the material, the density of each material increases and the material can be densely filled. Also, as shown in FIG.
When a water-absorbing or oil-absorbing mat 6, for example, a nonwoven fabric is laid on the inner surface of the bottom of the base material, and a supporting material 5a is placed thereon with a liquid-permeable forest three-dimensional structure 5, the mat 6 is filled with each material. Absorbs excess water and solvent, distributes the water and solvent uniformly to each material, and aids degassing from the material during pressurization, thus improving molding and demolding. FIG. 9 corresponds to the embodiment of FIG. 5, but the same applies to the embodiments of FIG. 6 and FIG. Further, in FIG. 7, since the base layer aggregate 3 'is filled first and the pattern aggregate is filled thereon, a water-absorbing or oil-absorbing mat is laid on the surface of the molded body or the inner surface of the bottom of the mold. If it is placed as described above, moisture and the solvent can be evenly distributed as described above, and deaeration is assisted during pressurization, so that molding and demolding are improved.

Further, in either of the first and second manufacturing methods, a part or the whole of the mold frame 4 is made of a deformable material, and each of the pattern aggregate and the base layer aggregate, It is also possible to manufacture a molded body having a shape other than a flat shape by deforming and shaping the mold after filling with the material. This is followed by forming a pattern layer 2 similar to that shown in FIG. The case where an artificial stone molded product having the same is manufactured will be described.

FIGS. 10 to 12 show an embodiment in which a cylindrical artificial stone molded body is manufactured. A deformable peripheral frame 11 made of urethane rubber or the like and a deformable peripheral frame 11 for mounting the peripheral frame 11 thereon are shown. Rollable bottom sheet 12 such as metal sheet, plastic sheet, paper, non-woven fabric, woven fabric, rubber sheet
The surrounding frame 11 is placed on the bottom sheet 12 and the forest solid is placed at a predetermined position inside the surrounding frame 11 or, if possible, the forest solid having a deformable support material is placed on the bottom. Used for sheets, as described above, aggregates for pattern 2R, 2B
Then, the base layer aggregate 3 'and the hardened material are filled into the stand intervals of the stand pieces of the stand (FIG. 10). Then, the surrounding frame 11 is covered with a windable auxiliary sheet 13 similar to the bottom sheet 12 (FIG. 11), and each aggregate inside the surrounding frame 11 is supported between the bottom sheet 12 and the auxiliary sheet 13. Then, the peripheral frame 11 is rounded (FIG. 12) and solidified while maintaining the rounded state to form a cylindrical shaped body having the pattern layer 2 exposed at a required position on the peripheral surface.

FIG. 13 shows a mold 14 corresponding to the inner shape of the cylindrical body to be manufactured after filling with the pattern aggregate, the base layer aggregate, and the hardening material as shown in FIG. 10 (the cylindrical body is cylindrical). In the case of (1), a cylindrical molded body is formed by winding outside the cylindrical shape and solidifying each aggregate. In this case, since the surfaces of the aggregates 2R, 2B and 3 'exposed on the open upper surface of the peripheral frame 11 come into contact with the outer surface of the mold 14, the auxiliary sheet 13 can be omitted and the mold 14 has a polygonal shape. A molded article having a polygonal cross section can be molded using the above. When the molded body is rolled or rolled by the manufacturing method of FIGS. 12 and 13 described above, if two side edges of the peripheral frame 11 are adjacent to each other, a seam of space occurs between the side edges of the base layer aggregate, Both side edges are overlapped and slightly overlapped inside and outside, and the base layer aggregate is doubled inside and outside at the seam, or each side edge of the peripheral frame 11 is cut off, and the base layer aggregate exposed at each side edge is removed. Butt, so that there is no space at the seam.

Similarly, as shown in FIG. 10, after filling with the pattern aggregate, the base layer aggregate, and the hardened material, the solidified material is cured to a certain extent.
The peripheral frame 11 is removed as shown in FIG. 2 and wound together with the bottom sheet 12 on the outside of a mold 15 corresponding to the inner shape of the tubular forming body to be manufactured and having flanges 15 ', 15' at both ends. Can be maintained in that state (see FIG. 15) to form a cylindrical molded body. Of course, the width of the inner shape of the peripheral frame 11 is shown in FIG.
As in the case of 3, the mold 15 is placed so as to correspond to the length of one circumference of the outer periphery of the mold 15, and the vertical length is made to match the interval between the flanges 15 ', 15'. Also in this case, the auxiliary sheet 13 can be omitted and the mold 15
Can be used to form a polygonal cylinder forming body other than the cylindrical shape.

Although the above is a method for producing a cylinder-formed body, a molded article other than a cylinder can be produced by partially or entirely deforming a mold. For example, as shown in FIG. 10, after filling the pattern aggregate and the base layer aggregate into the mold 10 as shown in FIG. 10, this is provided with a concave portion 16 on the upper surface as shown in FIG. It is placed on a mold 18 and pressed from above by an upper mold 20 having a convex portion 19 corresponding to the concave portion 16 (FIG. 17). The molded body of the molded body swelling downward can be molded. In this case, it is the bottom sheet 12 that is deformed by the formwork.
, The peripheral frame 11 may not be deformable. Further, the gel 17 filled in the concave portion is for keeping the portion of the bottom sheet located on the concave portion 16 flat until it is pressurized by the upper die 20, and when the pressurization of the upper die 20 starts. The bottom sheet pushed into the recess and the material thereon spills around from the upper edge of the recess. The lower mold 18 may be made of a plastic material such as clay. In this case, since the upper surface of the lower mold made of the plastic material is dented by pressing the upper mold, a concave portion 16 is formed, and the gel 17 is formed therein. Filling can be omitted. Further, as shown in FIG. 10, after filling the pattern aggregate and the base layer aggregate into the mold frame 10, the mold frame 10 is placed on a lower mold 21 having an uneven upper surface as shown in FIG. Push at 22 (Fig. 1
9) With this, the mold 10 and each aggregate filled therein can be regarded as an uneven upper surface of the lower mold 21 and deformed to form a tile-shaped, eight-bridge-shaped molded body. . The formwork 10 in this case includes the deformable peripheral frame 11 described above,
It may be composed of a bottom sheet 12 laid under the bottom, but may have a bottom closed by a deformable bottom wall on the bottom surface of the deformable peripheral frame. As described above, when a part or all of the mold is deformed to form a molded body,
If it is insoluble and can be deformed, the Hayashi solid may be removed after deforming the formwork. However, when the Hayashi solid is insoluble and cannot be deformed, the Hayashi solid is removed from the mold before being deformed. When the Hayashi solid is soluble, the mold may be deformed after the Hayashi solid starts dissolving. In order to make the forest three-dimensionally deformable, for example, the material of the support material of the forest three-dimensionally may be made of deformable rubber or plastic.

According to the present invention, it is possible to easily manufacture an artificial stone molded body that expresses a pattern by exposing the pattern layer to a part or the entire surface of the pattern in a Kintaro candy style. And even if the surface of the pattern layer is worn, the expressed pattern does not disappear or become unsightly. Also, since the pattern layer is formed of the pattern aggregate filled in the forest stand of the forest solid, it can be filled without gaps and the trace of the forest solid removed or lost can be removed by the pattern aggregate or the base layer aggregate. The boundary between the pattern layer and the base layer can be expressed finely, and an artificial stone molded body having a very clear pattern can be obtained. Furthermore, since the pattern aggregate is dry, if it is incorrectly filled, it can be easily removed by using a vacuum cleaner-type tool and removed by suction. Also, after filling of each pattern aggregate, or each pattern aggregate, after filling of the base layer aggregate, the boundary portion of each material,
Alternatively, by disturbing the whole, a unique pattern having a texture of marble or various other natural stones can be expressed. Further, the pattern layer is made porous and water-permeable by selecting the particle size of each pattern aggregate, and the base layer is made porous and water-permeable by selecting the particle size of the base material aggregate. By performing the above, the entire molded body can be made porous and water-permeable. In the case of FIG. 5 and the like, a light-transmitting artificial stone molded body can be easily obtained by using a light-transmitting aggregate for the pattern layer.
