The dry concrete pattern material is mainly composed of cement powder or resin, or a mixture of these and pigments and fine aggregate.
Even if it contains moisture from absolutely dry, it is not kneaded with water and is a material for pattern layer construction that can be easily loosened and supplied. Fines and other substances may be mixed, or a setting and hardening accelerator, a waterproofing agent, a swelling agent and other admixtures may be mixed.

Since the aggregate is removed from above the molded body, the lower surface is opened in addition to the upper surface. If necessary, the dense cell body may be configured so that the outer peripheral portion and the inner portion can be separated from each other so that the outer peripheral portion and the inner portion can be separately removed.

This is because the removal of the densely packed cells collapses the pattern material between parts separated by the partition walls of the subdivision, and fills the traces of the removed partition walls with the pattern material.
The removal of the dense cell body at this stage may be performed on the whole or on the outer peripheral portion and the inner portion.

When vibrating with ultrasonic waves or pressing with a press when removing the cell dense body and curing all the pattern material, the collapse of the material is forced, and it can promote filling the trace of the partition wall of the cell dense body preferable.

The traces of the dissolved and disappeared cell clusters are filled by the collapse of the pattern material in contact with the partition walls. Vibration or pressure may be applied to promote collapse.

The pattern layer 1 in FIGS. 6 and 7 is a family crest or a city emblem, and the pattern layer in FIG.
In order to form a black dense pattern material 1Bl in a small section corresponding to the portion representing the double-drawn pattern of the cell dense body,
As the background color of the pattern in the subsection corresponding to the other parts,
For example, the yellow dried pattern material 1Y was filled to the same level as the upper surface of the cell densely packed body, and a part was demolded as necessary, and an appropriate amount of each material was supplied with water. The pattern material removed from the upper surface of the pattern material or from the cell mass is pressed against the wall surface (FIG. 8), kept in that state by appropriate means, and each pattern material is solidified and integrated with the wall surface. As for the removal of the cell dense body, the pattern to be expressed is not impaired even if the cell dense body is removed after filling all the pattern materials, before supplying water, or after water supply, as in the case of claim 1. At the stage where it is not yet solidified, the entire cell dense body or one of its outer peripheral portion and the inner portion is removed as soon as possible.

製である場合は溶解するので取除く必要はない。When the cell mass is made of a material that is insoluble in water, it is necessary to remove the cell mass from the wall surface as described above before the pattern material hardens. If it is made of an oblate or other water-soluble material, it does not need to be removed because it dissolves.

Use flexible sheets and plates such as rubber, plastic, non-woven fabric and metal plates.

In this case, the compact is made of concrete. Since it is a cylinder, the mold is pressed and wound on the surface of the cylinder while rolling the molded body (FIG. 9), and in this state, each pattern material is solidified and integrated with the outer periphery of the molded body. As described above, the removal of the cell dense body is the same as that of the first aspect. The pattern layer 1 can be formed on the entire outer periphery of the molded body by setting the length of the cell dense body to be the same as the circumferential length of the outer periphery of the molded body. The molded body is provided with a flange as shown in FIG. 10. When the flange is integrally or detachably placed, the roll is easy to roll and the finish is beautiful.

Further, the filling of each pattern material into the subsections 2 'can be performed manually or by a robot. However, for accurate and quick filling, the openings corresponding to the pattern and having the same size as the cell dense body are used. It is preferable to use a mask that has a portion and that is closed except for the opening.

Both masks have the same outer shape as the cell dense body 2, and when correctly overlapped on the cell dense body 2, the respective openings R and B can express the respective patterns of red and blue.
